Tried a new router from Spectrum, restarted multiple times, spoke with HP Support which was a JOKE! Took my tower in to this wonderful company and walked out 15 minutes later with it working. I was on the verge of purchasing a new CPU unit but thought I would try them first. Small diagnostic fee was all I paid. There was a setting that Microsoft randomly changed without my permission. I went to them to simply get a refund of about $50 so I could go to Verizon and replace my phone with a new phone. Instead I was forcefully pushed out the store causing injuries to my fore arm face ankle and underarm. I fully intend on pressing assault charges and will be going through the courts to get my money back and for the damage to my $700+ sunglasses that are prescription. So unless you want bad customer service and possibly get assaulted I recommend not using them for anything.

I frantically looked around to see if any of the big box stores had one locally but their inventory was a joke. I stumbled across KyTrade almost at random and called them up to see if they had what I needed. They did and were closing in less than 30min. I ran over there and they had the exact CPU cooler I wanted originally (that I couldn't find online which led to me buying one that didn't fit). I was in and out in just a few minutes with the correct cooler and they threw in a free SATA cable when I asked if they had any to sell. I'm sad that it's taken this long (I've lived here over a decade) for me to realize such a gem was practically right down the street from me and I will be going back for any computer supplies I need in the future.
