They also looked the tablet up and told me that parts and support from the manufacturer was ending next month and I would need to get a hustle on to get to them if this failed to work. The weekend passed and they called me and said it was fixed and ready for pickup. OMG I was so happy! It was $140 which I had approved at drop off. I will be back to Doc's! Great place.
