He was incredibly professional. Mistakes happen and he made it right in my eyes. I would gladly do busy there again. I took my iPhone 14 Pro Max in to replace the back I had broken. That repair was well over $300. Costly, but I agreed. They broke the screen taking off. They said it was completely white. Then I was told it would cost me to replace the screen, another $300 and some dollars. Now if I were a mechanic and someone has me work on their engine. If I dent the fender, I would have to fix it at my cost not the customer. But they, the professionals brake my screen and I have to pay for them to repair the damage to my phone. Great way to make extra money I guess. Next time, I'll just buy a new phone. It will cost me about the same.
