The crew was very professional and did a great job ensuring everything was done well with high attention to detail. I especially appreciate that they were able to properly treat the wood trim we have inside our craftsman house. There were some white spots left from construction workers previously, so we enlisted Parternship Painting to help see what could they could do. They did an amazing job removing, sanding and staining the wood while maintaining its original character and not overly treating the wood so it looks like it was never in bad shape! You would've never known construction workers had spilled paint or whatever chemicals were left behind. Super pleased. Also they did a great thorough job with repainting our doors and frames. I had a deeply troubling experience with this company. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate, both in person and over email, they refused to acknowledge or address their role in helping my former landlord, Timothy Marshal Smith (of TC Enterprizes / TDC Investments), wrongfully withhold over $9,000 of my security deposit. The estimate provided by this paint company was used to justify charges that were both inflated and baseless. I made them aware that the estimate was being weaponized in an unethical and illegal manner, and even showed documentation supporting my case. They chose to ignore this entirely. After a lengthy legal process, I have won the case, and it's important for others to know: this company stood by and enabled a landlord's attempt to steal from a tenant. If you're a renter, or care about ethical business practices, I would urge you to think twice before supporting a company that ignores wrongdoing and protects bad actors. read more

We had originally found them as they were the group that painted a house down the street from us and we noticed that they did a great job. Our house was in need for a new paint job and so we had reached out to get their information. Scott had come out for an estimate and to see what needed to be done. They then scheduled out a time for us and let us know when they'd be here and how long it would take. A 3 man crew led by Juan Carlos was amazing and they were extremely friendly and did great work. They were very respectful and great people. Throughout the process they would make sure we were comfortable with everything along the way. Solid experience working with Partnership. They offer a paint specialist to help choose the right colors and we loved the selection we ended up with. We have a historical 1920s home and have received many compliments from neighbors. In addition to our home exterior, we had our side fence restained and our front door sanded and revarnished. Until a month ago, it was more than 35 years since the exterior of my house was painted. Due to neglect, there was extensive termite and water damage to the fascia boards and eaves, as well as unsightly patches of cracked and peeling paint on the stucco. We retained Partnership Painting to do plaster/stucco repairs and painting of an interior wall that was damaged during last winter's rains (both sides). It was a difficult situation that we put off dealing with for many months -- there was lead paint deep in the centrally-located wall (we have young children at home) and the texture was unusual/difficult to match. From previous experience (I received an estimate for another job many years earlier which I now regret not accepting) I knew that Partnership had a reputation for high quality work and also proper lead RRP certification. We could not be happier with the experience from start to finish. Jason came by to give an estimate and was transparent and professional about how we should proceed assessing the internal damage and conducting the repair. He immediately put me at ease that they understood the complicated situation and in particular the importance of following strict lead containment procedures. The work was easy to schedule and Monica was kind, professional, and accommodating. Juan Gomez and and Ruben Jimenez did the work and were an incredible team; they could not have been more professional, punctual and communicative. They were extremely serious about using strict and proper containment procedures for the lead. The final product is beautiful -- the texture and color match were exceptional. Finally, when it was over I didn't find a speck of dust anywhere - lead or otherwise. I would not hesitate to use Partnership again for interior work in my (unfortunately) lead-laden 1920s home. read more

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" "THE QUALITY OF WORK IS VERY POOR" (see pictures) **If you're looking for a company to do a second rate job and charge you an arm and a leg.. you should definitely call them. *********************************************************************** I contacted Partnership Painting to repair a falling strip of patching tape that looked like a crack in my living room ceiling and to patch some holes on a wall in my family room and paint them both. I had Becky come out and give me an estimate and price out the work. I was quoted $770 for the painting and patching for the living room ceiling and the family room wall. I was quoted 1-2 days for the work to be completed. I was told that two painters would come out to complete the work. We agreed and the following week they showed up. We only had one painter come out to our house his name is Jose Luis. He was a very nice gentleman and seemed very pleasant to deal with but, his quality of work was horrible. After they began the tear down of the tape and plaster we had the estimator Becky show up and try to change the price of the job after they had already started. She explained that she had not quoted the job correctly and would need to charge me additional for the living room ceiling. She offered to split the cost and only charge me an additional $75 dollars for her error. Reluctantly, I agreed to pay it and we moved forward. She pressured the painter to finish the job quicker because of her mistake. They showed up on a Friday, so they ended up leaving us in a mess for the entire weekend until Monday. Monday morning they showed up to complete the work. They rushed through the patching, taping and sanding just to get to the painting portion of the job. Needless to say they left the holes visible in my family room wall along with several bubbles and left the living room ceiling looking like a rough pancake. After an additional three days they were able to make the family room wall look decent but, left the living room ceiling just the way they had painted it, horrible! Then they decided to tack on an additional $100 dollars without any notice, claiming that the job took more time than anticipated. Again, trying to charge me for their mistakes. The customer service was just as horrible as their quality of work! read more

Partnership Painting company has been a godsend to me. I have a very nice heavy hardwood double doors that a previous painter some 4 years ago had messed up. They used to be stained and varnished. The previous painters used actual paint mixed with varnish and ruined the look of my doors, which had recently started to bubble up and peel. Partnership Painting was the only company that was willing to strip the paint, re-stain and varnish my hardwood doors. It was a very messy job and took almost four days to get the job done. But it was so worth it because my doors look stunning now, with the beautiful grain of the wood exposed by the stain and varnish. The team leader Rene who worked on my project was terrific. And his partner Edgar was good too, a very fast and hard worker. There was only one mishap on my project when Edgar failed to install one of the door seals properly and ended up gouging the door sill. It showed the lack of experience on Edgar's part and I hope he learned from the mishap. My one recommendation to Rene, the team lead, would be for him to assign tasks to his co-worker only after explaining to him how the work should be performed and what to watch out for. I would highly recommend Partnership Painting. They are pretty pricey, but you get what you pay for, and with Partnership Painting you get the best of the best. read more
