I will never again utilize this company for further home building projects. I am advising any prospective buyers to deeply reconsidering investing their time and money into a company that lacks professionalism and exhibits evasive unaccountable behavior. Since my closing in November 2019 there have been numerous faults found in my newly constructed home. I have made uncountable attempts to reach out to project managers and builders in my subdivision to no avail. I am sick and tired of having people come in to "take a look at what's wrong" then "promise they will send contractors out to fix things" and NEVER GETTING ANYTHING DONE. I am at the brink of my patience with this company in what should have been a smooth and professional home building experience. The following is a list of items that need to be fixed in my home: 1) following the February 2021 freeze I had several busted water pipes in my outdoor kitchen. After no help from partners in building with whom I have a warranty I had to resort to hiring another outside professional to patch up the damage. HOWEVER, all he could do was patch is up, there is still no finishing on it. I am missing the stonework and stucco and hardy plywood in the ceiling from those areas to completely reseal the area. I spoke to Steve the builder I'm charge of this area who vouched he would send out contractors to complete the area and we are now in October 2021 with no follow ups. Pictures are attached below. 2) Downstairs guest bathroom bowl sink has been leaking and loose since I initially moved in. It has been replaced 3 times and the problem still persists. 3) Main kitchen cabinets have gaps and several "ghost-drawers" which were supplied via Harbinger Cabinet Company. Once again Steve and John who are in charge of this area have looked at this problem several times but never send anyone out to fix the problem. I HAVE TAPE HOLDING THE DRAWERS OF MY 1 million + dollar home together. This is not the quality of finishing I am expecting at this price point. See pictures below. 4) Main home door has gaps and is not sealed properly. Upstairs balcony double door same problem. There were several other problems including an upstairs bathroom that had reoccurring leaks which is still not 100% resolved. I have made warranty requests via the mypibhome.com My point is I am exhausted of having to reach out back and forth over the course of the past 2 years to get work finished around my home. This is completely unprofessional and evasive behavior on behalf of this company and it's representatives. The things listed above are just the tip of the iceberg. There were many red flags even during the consultation and construction process that should have had us rethinking our commitment. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Mold on caulking appeared in first year. Was told not warranty and only solution is to paint it. Which we have to pay for.

We called a few local outfits for estimates and while Abraham wasn't the lowest bid, he impressed us with his motivation, presentation and knowledge. We also noticed how well received he was in the online reviews. As we had just purchased a home, we needed the paint dry before moving in furniture. Abraham was able to start the job for us within three days of the estimate. While he did not work on the job directly, his crew made it clear this would not be a problem. They were punctual, hard-working, and considerate of our home. They taped off and tarped over all of our exposed floors and other areas with care. The paint was applied exclusively by roller and brush, even in our large vaulted foyer and upper window frames. The en-suite bathroom wallpaper was expertly removed, the entire room spackled, primed and painted to match. All of our blinds and other pre-installed wall fixtures were removed, and then replaced once the painting was finished. The few things we pointed out were addressed and handled without question. We were on the lookout for shortcuts, splatter, missed areas, sloppy work that we were warned of in other company reviews. Instead what we found was a bunch of guys who treated our home like they were going to live there. We felt taken care of, advocated for. I cannot extend a more enthusiastic recommendation for Abraham and Magnificent Painters. Thank you so much! The Moore's - Jared, Debbie, Matthew, Lizzie P.S. Pictures include before and after. We only painted walls, no trim, no doors or no ceilings. Color used was Sherman Williams "Drift of Mist" SW#9166

It's not easy to find someone who combines great work, fair pricing, responsiveness, and integrity. Highly, highly recommend him!

Following an inspection completed on September 30, 2026, CGarcia Renovation estimated the work at $1,800, stating it would require 5 to 6 workers over two days to complete all repairs before October 2. I accepted the proposal and immediately issued the requested $900 deposit. However, on September 30, no personnel arrived at the property. On October 1, a single worker arrived at approximately 9:00 AM, worked until 12:30 PM, and abandoned the job without completing the scope of work. I engaged a secondary handyman to inspect and complete the remaining repairs. The secondary contractor provided an estimate of $1,200, completed all work by himself that same day
