Two years ago, my A/C went out due to the freon we had being below industry standard. We searched everywhere for quotes, ranging from $4,500 -$7500 just to upgrade the compressor and switch out the outside unit. I came across Raynor's number in my search, went through the normal questions I was asking everyone else and he was more than patient. He asked me details about my home structure that no one else did and quoted me 20-30% less than the other competitors. Not only did he upgrade the freon, he updated all the maintenance, switched out the outside unit for a higher grade model from Goodman that was more than what we needed, without charging more and a brand new warranty for 10 years. These guys installed a full new A/C and furnace into my new home. They also ran propane lines and added propane drops to the major appliances. My home was previously all electric. I also had them move the cold air return for the A/C. I was not satisfied with the noise level of the new cold air return initially. They installed 2 new ACs and staged heating units. Both units work well and also the 2 Stg heaters are really great, no more cold then hot then cold again, temperature stays almost constant, can't even feel the units turning on and off.
