We were scammed by B&B Appliance. We called them to view our fridge which had been collecting…read morecondensation over the course of several months. When they arrived, they quickly opened the fridge doors, saw the condensation, and without any further evaluation or listening to my description of how long the condensation had been an issue, told me that I hadn't been closing the fridge doors fully, and it was my fault. I have had this fridge for 12 years and have not had this problem, yet they insisted that I was wrong and just wasn't closing the doors properly. After they left, I wiped down all the condensation and left the fridge securely closed for 15 hours and guess what-- when I opened it the next morning, all the condensation was back. To add to the situation, both repairmen kept insisting I was too anxious, and one even gave me an unsolicited hug. To say I was shocked is an understatement. They were pushy for their $140 service fee, and my husband and I paid them cash but immediately regretted it. Since then we had a real repairman come by who diagnosed the problem after quite a bit of investigation. I have called them several times and left messages, but my calls have never been returned. I have requested my money back, also no response. I would avoid them completely.

Our flooring was raised kinda like they built the kitchen around the dishwasher and we didnt want to take any chances. We called day and evening, they came out and looked at our current dishwasher and advised us on what to get....no charge. We go get the dishwasher, the day of install comes and day and evening come back. Unfortunate for us I bought a closed bottom dishwasher which requires a plumber. Instead of charging us for the 30 or so minutes they were here, they hooked us up with their plumber who will be here in the next day to install and didnt charge us for the trip out here. This is how you do business. They could of charged us for both trips out and with gas being $4 right now I would of understood that, but instead they said no worries and shook our hand. We have used this company a few times and they know they are our go to when SHTF and things like this is the reason WHY i'd never call anyone else to fix any of our appliances. They aren't out to get over on their customers or make a quick buck. They are there to do a job, do it right and do it fair and in 2026 that is often overlooked.
