Genuinely one of the best doughnut shops I've been to. I was visiting Miramar with some friends and one of them mentioned Parlor Doughnuts. The line was pretty long when we got there, almost out the door, but the service was efficient and it ended up being around a 20 minute wait. We got a pack of four doughnuts and my favorite was the honey glazed and blueberry hill. They were so crispy and delicious, that we went back on our last day, so we could bring some home. I wish there was a Parlor Doughnuts closer to where I live, however, I will definitely be visiting again if I happen to be near another location. read more

My fiancé and I have visited the Parlor Doughnuts location in Jacksonville several times, and it's one of our favorite breakfast spots, so we were excited to try the Destin location while we were in town. As expected, the doughnuts were delicious. They were fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we've come to love from Parlor. The coffee was decent, although not quite as good as we've had at other locations. We were also a little disappointed that this location had a more limited breakfast menu than Jacksonville. The shop itself was clean and had the same fun, modern atmosphere that makes Parlor such a unique place to visit. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the food. The staff didn't seem very welcoming, and the interactions felt rushed. Since not all of the doughnut flavors were visible, we asked if a specific one was available, and it felt like our question was more of an inconvenience than anything else. We also noticed similar interactions with other customers while we were there. Our coffee order wasn't prepared quite right either, and the overall experience just didn't have the friendly, upbeat atmosphere we've come to expect from Parlor. We'll definitely continue visiting Parlor Doughnuts because the food is consistently excellent, but this particular location didn't leave the same impression that Jacksonville has. We have been to other Parlor Doughnuts before and their food/coffee at this location is the same as the others. That being said, they have many doughnut flavor options. Their Honey Cinnamon cold brew is also very good. However, this location can get very busy and have long wait times in a very small space. We had placed a pickup order and had to wait a very long time in the store (after our pickup time) because they had forgotten to call or names or place our order at the pickup window. read more

Was so excited to try these donuts we decided to get a variety and try a dozen which cost $35 I got there on a Monday morning and the line was just out the door. It moved very fast. The service was great. They have a few seats outside of the store. The donuts were good. They were light and fluffy. They weren't real heavy and greasy, but they all kind of tasted a little bit the same. I was a little disappointed. It was expecting more as far as flavor goes. Flaky and buttery donuts but they taste more like a croissant in my opinion. We ordered the campfire. strawberry shortcake, holiday custard, and the turtle cheesecake. I was expecting them to be all filled but mostly they just change the icings. They were almost completely sold out by 12pm and the employee had to go in the back and prepare the flavors i wanted to try. She also made us this delicious Mexican chocolate coffee. The donuts are good but don't do delivery with them. I ordered delivery through their website. Then I get a call from store saying the delivery driver forgot our keto & gluten free donuts (whole reason I ordered from here). she asked if I could contact driver. I called the number it gave for driver (Saul) & it did not work. Then the driver just dropped my donuts on the porch (I did not mark for contactless delivery) So I couldn't talk to them. When I called the store they had no way to contact driver & asked if I was close so I could just pick them up. Obviously if I wanted to get out to pick them up I would have. Finally she said best she could do was refund me- I'm not holding my breath on that one. I've been here twice in the last 6 weeks. The doughnuts are amazing!! Probably the ONLY reason I came back and I was hoping it was just a bad morning for the staff. It is clear the moment you come through the door the staff wishes you hadn't. No conversation, no smiles or greeting and a lack of care or engagement. It may be time to clean house and start again with a staff who enjoys coming to work or at least a more customer friendly disposition. I went in December 2023. It was a bit deceiving bc there were almost no donuts in the front case at all. I was going to leave but a couple of locals came in and ordered off the menu. The staff went to the back kitchen to make their donuts. I'm so glad that moment happened! Chris was working that day - very kind. I ordered raspberry pistachio and blueberry. You people complaining about the staff are disgusting. So my family and I were in town on vacation and we visited this shop on August 21. We went after having brunch so it was a little later in the afternoon, about 1 o'clock. First I will say that the young lady that was working that day was not very friendly. I felt like she was rushing us. She explained the donuts very fast. And then as I was placing my order she cut me off and asked me how many I was going to get. Well this was my first time there and I had never tried out these donuts so I didn't know how many I was going to get. But once she said that I stopped at two. I didn't want to spend any more money then that. If she would've just been a little nicer I would've bought more. She also told us that there were more donuts in the back. And when I asked her what kind she proceeded to say that they weren't ready yet. So I was confused on why she even mentioned them. Now onto the donuts. They were good. Really messy to eat. But I also felt like the donuts weren't cooked all the way through. There were some Dowie spots in the middle. So it was hard to tell if it was supposed to be that way or if they were undercooked. So let me preface this with I LOVE doughnuts and I've never had a cronut, but not entirely sure if these are cronuts are just layered donuts, but they were delicious. This location was super close to our condo, and I kept seeing it, so asked my husband to stop there and grab me some doughnuts and an iced latte. I checked out their website and menu online, gave him a list of doughnuts and he was on his way to grab me my order. I asked for a sandy beach and a French toast doughnut and an iced latte. My husband and brother-in-law brought back a dozen doughnuts and let me tell you they were a work of art, huge, and we couldn't wait to dig in. Fifteen minutes later and two doughnuts left these were amazing. The sandy beach had like a maple-esque flavor, coffee cake crumbs, and so layered and fluffy and amazing. You want to know the best thing, when I checked their website, they said Jacksonville/St. Augustine location coming soon, so that's amazing news. Pros: -Variety of flavors -Variety of coffee items -Variety of milkshake options -Delicious doughnuts Cons: -Having one close to us is going to be a problem for my waistline. If I'm being honest, I love the donuts here. The service is just always so horrendous that it's really up to you if you want to go here and be treated this way. I come here often but I hadn't been here in a while, and truthfully I don't think they care if you're a recurring customer or not. Their donuts are great and that's apparently all that matters.
