Was so excited to try these donuts we decided to get a variety and try a dozen which cost $35 I got there on a Monday morning and the line was just out the door. It moved very fast. The service was great. They have a few seats outside of the store. The donuts were good. They were light and fluffy. They weren't real heavy and greasy, but they all kind of tasted a little bit the same. I was a little disappointed. It was expecting more as far as flavor goes. Flaky and buttery donuts but they taste more like a croissant in my opinion. We ordered the campfire. strawberry shortcake, holiday custard, and the turtle cheesecake. I was expecting them to be all filled but mostly they just change the icings. They were almost completely sold out by 12pm and the employee had to go in the back and prepare the flavors i wanted to try. She also made us this delicious Mexican chocolate coffee. I've been here twice in the last 6 weeks. The doughnuts are amazing!! Probably the ONLY reason I came back and I was hoping it was just a bad morning for the staff. It is clear the moment you come through the door the staff wishes you hadn't. No conversation, no smiles or greeting and a lack of care or engagement. It may be time to clean house and start again with a staff who enjoys coming to work or at least a more customer friendly disposition. The doughnuts won't outweigh the poor treatment of your customers soon. I really wish I had a better review to give. read more

You people complaining about the staff are disgusting. The staff is majority black peoples working hard to give you diabetes inducing pastries and you're complaining because they are not shucking and jiving for you. So my family and I were in town on vacation and we visited this shop on August 21. We went after having brunch so it was a little later in the afternoon, about 1 o'clock. First I will say that the young lady that was working that day was not very friendly. I felt like she was rushing us. She explained the donuts very fast. Well this was my first time there and I had never tried out these donuts so I didn't know how many I was going to get. But once she said that I stopped at two. I didn't want to spend any more money then that. If she would've just been a little nicer I would've bought more. She also told us that there were more donuts in the back. And when I asked her what kind she proceeded to say that they weren't ready yet. So I was confused on why she even mentioned them. Now onto the donuts. They were good. Really messy to eat. But I also felt like the donuts weren't cooked all the way through. There were some Dowie spots in the middle. So it was hard to tell if it was supposed to be that way or if they were undercooked. If I'm being honest, I love the donuts here. The service is just always so horrendous that it's really up to you if you want to go here and be treated this way. I come here often but I hadn't been here in a while, and truthfully I don't think they care if you're a recurring customer or not. Their donuts are great and that's apparently all that matters. It's why I've been back as many times as I have. I think I'm done though. There are other places that may not have these phenomenal donuts (I highly recommend the minis dusted in the cinnamon sugar), but waiting forever to be treated like garbage is up to you. read more

We placed a pick up order and the donuts were hot and fresh. They are pretty much like croissant donuts and not dough like your typical donuts which I think make it that much better. Even if you don't like the toppings, you can buy a plain. While we didn't get it, based on the insides of these I would think it was equally as good. I would say it's a nice treat and worth trying. We were the only people in the store. They were STOCKED with all different types of donuts! The woman working behind the counter was a delight. She was very friendly and helpful. Full disclosure is that we visited the donut food truck while it was in Seaside so I don't know what brick & mortar it is attached to. Now for the donuts. They got the 5 stars. These are the cronut style and most of the varieties are the same donut with different tops. A few have fillings but my husband had one with Filling and he thought the donut was so good on its own it was almost unnecessary. They remind me of a fritter that's not glazed with the soft light inside and a crunchy crust outside. As I am a big fan of the fritter this is a big compliment. Lots of choices in icings/toppings. I have written to the corporate office it is so bad. I arrived at this location when I open it was like 7:30 in the morning and they were out of almost all their donuts.
