Amazing!!! Such a friendly, knowledgable, and helpful staff. I've been to a lot of optometrists offices and have even worked in a few, and I by far had the best experience with this staff. Dr. Sarlitt and Dr. Vo both have years of experience and are very thorough with their exams. Letty and Renee who work in the front helped me pick out the perfect frames (they have a broad selection) and were ready with all my insurance information before my exam. Lastly, Rob was able to adjust and find the perfect fit for my glasses. I'm a student at UCI, so this was the first time I've ever had to schedule my own appointments. Starting from the phone call, the receptionist Rene was patient and talked me through what I needed to bring and my insurance. The office? itself is located close to campus making it easy to get to for students without cars such as myself (though my friend drove me this time). Upon entry I was greeted by the same friendly person I was on the phone with (they booked me the same day I called) and she helped me will out all the paper work I needed. After I finished, Dr. Vo was the one to help me. He was a great guy and super helpful as well, taking the time to explain everything and what needed to happen. The explanations were thorough and easy enough for me to understand what the implications of each detail were. After the checkup, which took the better part of an hour, they helped me order more contacts through my insurance and checked to see if they had any extras in the back so I would last until the order shipped. Overall the staff is great and I'll be coming back for whatever appointments I'll need to make in the near future. read more

I really had a very good experience with my recent visit to Parkview optometry. Dr. Vo was awesome. He spent a lot of time with me and I felt the care and his superb professionalism. I had very dry eyes and some cataract, so it was never easy to get a good prescription for my eyes but Dr. Vo was very patient with me. I was very happy with the staff also. Dr. Vu is a truly gifted optometrist. I am a surgeon and feel very qualified to evaluate his clinical and interpersonal skills. Not only is he incredibly smart and very knowledgeable about a wide variety of eye conditions, he has one of the best bedside manners and personalities of any clinician I have worked with during my career. My trust in him is so great that I no longer feel the need to follow up with my specialist ophthalmologists for ongoing surveillance of retina and neurological ophthalmology issues. He has the state-of-the-art equipment and the knowledge to provide the ongoing care I need. He also has the confidence and acumen to know when to refer and when to treat. Re: optometry, which includes prescribing glasses and contact lenses, we have gone to Parkview optometry for 14 years as all the members of my family wear glasses. When Dr. Vo took over the practice, he kept the wonderful support staff that I have known for as many years as we have been their patients. We have always bought our frames and lenses from Parkview Optometry as their prices are competitive and the quality is absolutely tops. They stand behind everything and always work hard to make sure that we are completely happy and satisfied. Great place! The ladies at the front desk are warm and very helpful, especially when you need help picking out glasses. They take the time to answer questions, look up information and give suggestions on frames that you may like or look good on you. Dr. Vo is gentle and very intentional about asking questions and giving information about the health of your eyes. Rob is also really good about helping with eye tests and frame fitting. He's not only excellent at what he does as a doctor, he's simply an amazing person....he goes above and beyond. Additionally, the entire staff feels like family...they, too, go above and beyond. Dr. Sarlitt is by far the best optometrist for hard contact lens. I have been wearing hard / gas permeable lenses for over 30 years and have never had a better fitting. Dr Sarlitt was very meticulous in his tests and measurements before ordering the lens. He had me wear them for a week to evaluate the comfort and vision clarity before making the final adjustments for the perfect fit. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful. read more

I had a great experience at this place. Some of what I can say is that the office manager was really nice and welcoming anytime I showed up and even when it is crowded. They would always give you all the time you need to make sure you are happy and you get what you ask for. My experience with the professional lab manager was great. He was very patient and tried his best till he found the correct lenses and materials. He took the extra mile to make sure my vision was good and I was comfortable with the glasses. Forgot to mention, that whenever I show up and ask him to fix my glasses, he would do that with great positive professional attitude. Most of all, you feel very comfortable when you go to this clinic, it is like family and they become your friends genuinely. Don't go anywhere else if you are in Irvine, come here and you won't regret it. One thing only, they close on Monday, so call before you go! read more

He is an energetic person that I could tell he really enjoy his profession and communicating with his patients. Not only he is knowledgeable and professional, he is patient and considerate. He really took his time to give me a comprehensive exam! He patiently answered all my questions and explain every thing to me. Cleanliness is another trait that is extremely important to me visiting a doctor beside knowledge, friendliness,and being professional, what I noticed was that he washed his hands during the exam few times and I really liked that!
