I lost my old glasses and needed to get in. As many, I have Covid related fears. The office was extremely sanitary which made me feel safe and confident. They have good air filtration systems and partitions where needed. They limited the number of patients that can enter the building at one time. Bad doctor's office, stay away! Wife is pushy, greedy and pretty much runs the office. Sarlitt is knowledgeable on contacts but the associate, Dr. Vo, is not! Dr. Vo never checked my reading capability during a contact fitting and then charged me to change the prescription when I couldn't read with the contacts he prescribed. What a joke, do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache by going elsewhere! Giving them one star is too generous! read more

He is very professional, knowledgable and he answered my many questions. He made me feel very comfortable and I felt he really cared about my vision issues. I moved to southern CA in 2015 and was in need of a new optometrist. Having loved the optometrist I had in northern CA, I was hesitant to pick one because honestly my expectations were very high. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Vo at Parkview Optometry and, after I asked a few questions, he sounded like an ideal choice for my expectations. I love his office staff. They are very friendly and were extremely helpful in giving me great suggestions for a new pair of glasses frames, even getting me outside of my comfort zone (and my friends and family give me so many compliments on the new frames). Dr. Vo is wonderful - I can tell he is passionate about Optometry and he has a friendly personality. He is great about educating the patient on eye health and how it ties into overall health. He also listened when I wanted to keep my contact prescription the same for both eyes and agreed that it would be fine (makes life so much easier for me when they are the same). I loved that there is technology in the office that allowed Dr. Vo to take photos of my retinas and back of the eye without having to be dilated (and he let me take a photo of the screen to use for my classes since I teach science...very cool). I have been a patient of Dr. Sarlitt's since I moved to OC ten years ago. When I orginally saw him, it was for contacts and glasses (I was a hair short of being legally blind). He helped me get the right prescription and a great fit for my hard contacts. I appreciated the help Jackie gave me in getting fitted for glasses--I have one of those broad bridges and wide-set eyes that are hard to fit. But best of all, Dr. Sarlitt walked me through the process of Lasik surgery two years ago. He encouraged me along the way, helping me get my eyes healthy in prep for and after the surgery.
