I have been going to Park Hill Nails since it opened. I tolerated long waits because of the convience. I also spent a lot of money in there. The last time I went it was 4 hours for nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was poorly done and tech continued to hurt me. I was in so much pain I was in tears but she did not understand English so just kept on work what she was doing. Finally the client sitting next to me in another chair yelled at her to stop and pay attention. No where else I go is as expensive as they are. After 3 years and way too much money I'm done. I will not return. A set of nails should never cost $65. No convenienve is worth all of that. Too bad my loyalty was not honored. I even went in with 4 granddaughters and myself for a spa day. Normally I love this nail salon they do amazing work but the older lady who did my pedicure today was not sanitary at all. She cut her self doing my pedi and continued to dip her bleeding finger in my water and rinse it off then she put my foot in the water with her blood i asked her to change gloves since they were torn and bloody even that she refused to do. I'll no longer be going here do to the unsanitary conditions let's hope my foot doesn't catch an infection thanks to her. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for a few years now. I shifted to dip powder this fall and found that the nail techs weren't really great at making them look natural. But I kept going. Then my daughter lucked out and got seated with Emmie (for her first set of acrylics) so I scheduled with her and was so thrilled with her work. So. If you can schedule with her then you should. BUT. Today she wasn't there - and the manager wasn't sure if or when she'd return so she seated me with Jon. And I think he might be even better than Emmie. So he's my guy from now on. The nails are natural. He took his time with getting the old polish off (which is so critical!) and then really examined his work along the way. I'm impressed. One more person to recommend - Cindy. She has done my last three pedicures there and is my go-to for that. I saw her doing nails today as well and I am sure she's equally good there. Those are my three recs: Emmie, Jon, and Cindy. Came in to have my nails fixed. I had an appointment for 6:00 pm yesterday and was rushed through my whole rebase and pedicure. I didn't have time to stay for them to fix them so I left with different shape nails and lumpy acrylic. On June 25, 2022 I was the first customer at the salon. Several people came after me and I was skipped. I felt humiliated and cried for a good ten minutes or so after leaving the salon. I normally go to only one person for my nails but decided to go here with a friend for my pedicure. They got us in right away which was awesome but then the nail tech tried to upsell me on the pedicure package which was kind of awkward. As the pedicure went on, she was so rushed that she continuously kept ripping my skin off when cleaning the cuticles. She would even clip the side of the nail and rip it out. I kept flinching and at one point even said "oh ouch" and she didn't look up once. They rub on some sort of salt scrub and then proceed to aggressively rub it in until your legs turn a bright shade of red. We both got spa pedicures which the menu says includes hot towels but we never got the hot towels, just a lot of aggressive brushing of our legs. She rushed through painting my nails and all in all I will have to get them re done somewhere else. I understand it was a busy Saturday, but I've never really liked the salons that try to get people in and out as quickly as possible. I won't be returning and will be taking my friend with me to my gal. If you're paying for a quality service, they should at least do what you're paying for and not in a manner where you feel as if you've inconvenienced them. read more

Nail work is very good. The huge issue with this place is their inability (or complete indifference) to respect client time. A friend and I scheduled 2pm manicures and arrived 5 minutes early. We waited til 2:15 to be sat. Another 20 minutes for a tech to start--that's right it was 2:35pm before anything started. The best part? Only MY manicure started. My friend sat waiting until someone started her's at 2:45pm. 45 minutes late. In the mean time, women kept arriving for walk-in services, all being told "it'll be a few minutes"--which was total BS. And a pair of women soaking in the pedi chairs who let me snag the polish cards informed me they had been sitting there for almost an hour without service. So long story short--if you have two hours free, then go here for your nails. Customer service is a total joke here. If you want a salon that respects clients, manages an honest calendar, and actually feels badly for delays--Park Hill Nails is NOT your place. read more

These people are all about nickel and dimming you. I brought my two young daughters for a Valentine's treat. I'm a single mom, and I was super clear about wanting to do the cheapest full set. They didn't listen at all, and added all these extra charges. It made what was supposed to be a fun "date day" at the nail salon with my girls a horrible experience for all of us. I even tried to clarify right away when she started, and she was so rude, and literally said she would charge extra for the 3 nails, since that's only as far as she had gotten at that point. I've been going to Linh for 5 months now for my dip manicure. She is awesome!!! Friendly, meticulous, always checks in to make sure you like the shape and color. I wasn't very impressed. I just got regular polish on my toes and paid a little extra for the tropical pedi and my friend sitting next to me didn't and we got the same service. My nails weren't completely painted I had to show her he missed spots & she didn't clean up the mail polish she got on my skin around my nail. She was nice and the place was clean. read more

This is by far my favorite nail salon. Everyone is very friend and well trained. Emmy in particular is incredible. She gave me a gel manicure that lasted nearly a month. The Park Hill deluxe pedicure is 100% worth the price. If you're getting a pedicure, pay the extra money and just go for it. Lots of really good colors to choose from. My daughter and I do not regularly get out nails done, but we decided to treat ourselves to manicures. We both have natural nails and the technician recommended dip gel manicures. I hadn't heard of this but we both love our results and the employees are polite, professional and made us feel welcome. He did not call me back. I called the next day to say I never heard back, and left my number and it's been a week and still haven't heard anything. I went in on Sunday (today is Thursday) for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fine, but my shellac manicure already looks pretty ragged. The woman who did my pedicure and the first half of my manicure was great, but when the man who also works there took over, it went from good to not-so-good. He would forget to turn the UV light on, and then would look irritated at me when I would tell him the light was off. He seemed to be rushing through it to get me out of there. The shellac is also starting to peel off around the edges on about half of my nails. I won't be coming back here. It's a shame, because it's so close to my house. read more

The best customer service! They always take care of me. I usually go to Emmy when I'm there but I've been a couple of times on her day off and everyone is always really helpful and does a great jobs on my acrylics and pedicures. The only nail salon in denver that I've been to that is actually really good and gets me what I want every time. After an hour or 2 of being open, they usually get pretty busy but you can still walk in and get taken care of pretty quick! The only salon in Denver that is as good as the ones I used to go to in Los Angeles. read more

I stopped here my last business trip to Denver. I was on the way from the airport to my hotel, stopped for coffee at the adjacent Starbucks and saw this place by chance. My nails need attention so I stopped in. A lady greeted me and started my fill but about halfway through I was handed off (pardon the pun!) to another gentleman named Leo. Overall I was quite impressed with this place. They were training some new techs so I learned a lot while they explained each step to the new guys. They take forever to finish your nails don't go to this place if you are a in and out person an hour is fine for nails to be done but if its long nails basic nail polish color it shouldn't take 3 hours I was running late already for my graduation worst place ever and also my nails weren't that good, the lady cut my skin when I had told her that she was hurting me already! I got a shellac manicure on Sunday. The English speaking employee told me that 'Cindy', who was doing my manicure would use acetone and foil to remove the previous shellac, but Cindy proceeded to file my nails to get the shellac off. I commented again to the English speaker because Cindy was talking loudly to the English speaker and she wasn't watching as she filed my nails down to near nothing and filed my skin as well since she want even watching what she was doing. I pulled my hand away finally and the English speaker had a young gal take over. The filing had caused a Knick in one of my nails at the edge, so she supposedly repaired it. The next day, Monday, one of my nails split at the end of my finger, today, Tuesday the 'repaired' nail split and I'm now paying another salon to repair them. I did speak to the owner just before I walked out Sunday and he excused the employee due to the fact that she did t understand English very well, which was not valid since the English speaker told her not to file my shellac off, I explained that to the owner and his response was 'Have a nice day'. So I was ignored and then dismissed! STAY AWAY FROM PARK HILL Update! It's Wednesday and another nail just ripped at the edge! That's 3 nails that ripped since the shellac done on Sunday for $28! I have NEVER had more than 1 nail rip after a shellac manicure and it was several days later. Beware of Park Hill Nails, they will do a terrible job and still charge their going rate. Can I give this place zero stars? Absolute worst manicure and very unprofessional place. Came in for a dip manicure that ended up being matte in spots because the clear wasn't evenly applied, my nails looked 8 inches thick, and the sides were uneven and cuticles still in bad shape. A man came over and attempted to fix it, but it still wasn't improved to my liking so I asked for it to be completely removed. He did that, and left my nails extremely thin and jagged and even left on some of the color. I asked if he could take it all off and they gave me a cotton ball to do it myself. Then he came over to help, and I noted that my nails were pretty ravaged and I would appreciate a file. That's when his attitude started in full force. After I asked him to stop arguing with me, he proceeded to start talking to another customer about me while I was still here! The ladies who worked there were lovely, however this intolerable and unprofessional man will cause me to never return and urge my everyone else to not give them your money.
