We love the school so much that I sucked it up for a full year and made two 24 mile round trips per day so my daughter could graduate there. We tried one of the large well known chains and there's no comparison. Busy Bee's small, family owned school made me feel like I was dropping my kids off with family.

His teacher has been working with him with potty training which is amazing. They even offer before and after care which was very important for me with my work schedule. Although it's small there is a little outdoor play area they go to when the weather is nice. My son always is excited when he gets to go out and play there. It's nice that they communicate with parents often. We get a calendar every month of what the kids will be learning and any important dates to remember. I love getting the weekly picture updates. There are lots of fun activities for the kids during the school day also. I like that they have enrichment programs once a week (with an outside company that comes in) you can pay extra for (my son has already done gymnastics and soccer skills). Another plus is that there is summer camp which runs similar hours and you can choose which weeks to send them (1-8 weeks). The teacher and director are always available to answer questions and get back to me quickly when I send a message or email. They make you fill out so many forms about your babies schedule and instructions to just do whatever they want, feed them when they want as well as changing their diapers. They would put products on my baby's skin without my authorization. If you call during the day to see how your child is doing, they would get annoyed and give you attitude. All they want is money, don't let them trick you with the security systems and nice daycare, they do not care about the kids. All of the staff look unhappy and not wanting to do their jobs. I DO NOT recommend this daycare to NO one. Don't trust them specially with vulnerable infants. My experience was awful, I gave them time to put their shit together and spoke to everyone, even the director, to avoid writing this review and having to switch daycare. I think I trusted this facility way too much and had very high expectations, this is why now I'm so disappointed. My baby's first day when I picked up my 3mon old baby her pants were all wet of pee, my daughter was left alone in a corner awake in a swing far away from the other kids and unattended by the teachers, when I grabbed her she was freezing, the air conditioner was too low so when I carried her she was shaking, she was only given 2 bottles of milk during the full 8 hours that she was there (my baby eats a lot) I told them her eat schedule and wrote everything down on a form they provided, she usually eats every 2 hours and even before. When I saw her pants wet and felt how cold she was I asked the teacher (Jayda/Jayra whatever her name is) her answer was "well I just changed her diaper!" (with a nasty attitude) I replied by showing her my baby's pants so she can notice the wetness on it (she never made eye contact) she proceed with grabbing a tablet and slamming it in front of me to show the times she was supposedly changed but that doesn't really means she was changed on time cuz she can document what ever she wants on there and not necessarily be done. I was so irritated that I did not react any other way then just grab my baby and leave the center with my eyes full of tears. After I got home I called and spoke to the manager (Ashley I believe is her name) the director (Kimberly) was also aware, supposedly everything was gonna change but I was already concerned about my daughters safety and treatment. The next day that teacher (Jayda/Jayra) wasn't in my baby's classroom but the teachers there were still not following my baby's schedule, they were not giving the baby her bottles on time, they would always put the excuse that baby was sleeping. I also took my baby some sleepers so she can stay warm in her classroom since it was so cold in there but they would take it off and lose her socks.The third day when I went to drop her off, I went in the classroom and I waited almost 10 min for the teacher to go inside the classroom to take my baby so I can rush to work but she was too busy gossiping with another teacher in another classroom. Every time I use to go drop her off or picked her up, there was a different teacher which didn't know anything about the instructions I had gave to the previous teacher, their communication skills were horrible. This is not a place to trust, it's full of unprofessional and poorly trained staff that are only there for a paycheck and not necessarily because they like kids.

Delusional practices that want kids reading and doing math by 3 years old -- again, not a real Montessori. My child experienced harsh teachers and policies such as half day kids forced to stand around and watch the full day kids eat lunch. Even when I said I would pay for the extra 15 minute overlap so my kid could eat lunch, they said no. I ended up picking him up early so he didn't have to be subjected to that. And ultimately quit the school.

This school is not a professional environment because of their lack of communication with parents. They do not give honest assessments of children's abilities, and are too wrapped up in promoting Montessori instead of looking out for the best interest of the child. This environment is not conducive to the child who needs extra reinforcement. They are too focused on the Montessori philosophy to identify into the learning style, and abilities of individual students. After transferring my child to public school I was met with the reality that my child was not prepared academically. This came as a huge surprise because after confronting the teacher and principal about my childs readiness. I was assured that my child was prepared. What an absolute let down, and pathetic disappointment that this school did not live up to its academic integrity. And please do not waste your time on the "fast track" education that this school offers, as it is nothing more than a business ploy. The administration should seriously re-evaluate their responsibility to the community and our children. They have become more of a business instead of being a responsible institution.

This gymboree location was a nice and clean facility with plenty of space for kiddies to roam…read morearound! My daughter isn't crawling yet so unfortunately we didn't get as much out of it. Once she is crawling I think this is a really worthwhile activity, especially for an indoor activity idea when it's cold out. The space has lots of great activities like slides, climbing walls, rocking toys and tunnels. A single session is $30 and you get 45 minutes of play time. I like that you don't need to commit to a package and can simply buy classes a la carte. The instructor was energetic and enthusiastic. The class ended with the signature gymboree parachute which was fun. You also take a few minutes during class to introduce yourself to the other families. The instructor warned us that it can be sensory overload if it's your child's first time and she was completely right! Our normally 'chill' child wasn't her usual self for the first part of class and was definitely a bit fussy and scared. Every kid is of course different, but worth noting that it's a lot of stimulation during a first time visit! Overall it's a fun play space and I'll certainly plan some future visits when my girl is a little more mobile.

Gymboree in Pine Brook has been absolutely perfect. It's become a regular part of our routine, and it's made such a big difference in his movement and confidence. He gets so excited the moment we walk through the doors. It's truly his happy place. The instructors here are what make it so special. We've worked with every one of them, and they are all amazing in their own way. Ms. Geri: She has had such a big impact on my son's movement. She's incredibly thoughtful, caring, and observant, and she really takes the time to get to know each child and respect their autonomy. She's given us so many helpful tips and ideas to support his physical development, and I really believe her guidance has helped him get closer to walking and become more confident with movement in general. Ms Geri is so experienced with children and has given me much insight to my son and his ability to explore and learn about the world at his own pace. Also, as a side note, one day I desperately needed coffee (it was a loooong day) and Geri called a nearby business for me to see if they were open and sold coffee!!! It sounds small, but it's rare to find people who go out of their way like that for you. She genuinely cares and it shows. Ms. Kathleen: She has SUCH a beautiful voice!!! Even if you go for just one class, try to go to hers so that you and your little one can listen to her lovely singing. It instantly draws my son in, even though he usually takes a little while to warm up to new people. She's super engaging and fun, and somehow got him to start drumming along with us for the first time ever at his last class! It was such a sweet moment that I wasn't expecting. She has a really special way with children. Ms. Morgan: She was the first teacher we had at Gymboree, and after just one class with her, we signed up for the unlimited pass. That's how good she is! She brings so much energy and creativity to her lessons, and she keeps the kids excited and involved the whole time. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she made us feel right at home right away. I think that is all the instructors, but if not, then these are the ones that we have attended classes with. I honestly can't recommend this Gymboree location enough. If you're considering it, just try a class. you'll see right away how wonderful the staff is and how much your little one will get out of it. It's been such a great experience for our family.
