Ms. Mayte and Ms. Alexis are always at the front desk with a smile and are always able to answer any questions or concerns. The director, Ms. Ariel is one of the first people to reach out if my daughter needs anything throughout the day as well as to help my daughter with anything she needs. She is also very open with communication which i find to be a huge comfort. Her teachers have been incredible from the infant class with Ms. Gigi, loving her as well as supporting and helping me through the early stages and milestones of her first months. Her favorite teacher; Ms. Chantel who has become her support person (as well as mine) has been there for her from learning to roll, taking her first steps, learning to speak, and so much more. She goes above and beyond to make sure she is feeling loved and safe throughout her day. As an educator myself, I am impressed with the curriculum and all of her teachers as she has progressed through the program. They have not only supported her, but have guided her through her milestones as well as educated her. We work long hours so he's there all day (2nd kid in last one picked up), but he's very happy. The teachers are all very kind, the school is very clean, and there's lots of learning and stimulation. He hasn't been ill once (no fevers, ear aches, just the normal sniffles sometimes) which is more than I can say for any of my friends kids. This is because of the strict sanitary protocols there. They also have the best ratio of any daycare, and the teachers in his room are warm, happy, and patient women. All the teachers in general smile and seem to enjoy their jobs. I have absolutely no concerns when he is there, and he gets very excited when I am dropping him off. The school is very well run, and the owner Jeff is always there and knows all the kids and families well. There's a big outdoor play area and playgrounds, a gym area with a ballpit our son loves, a library with tons of books, and it's a nice modern building. They do lots of fun learning activities with the kids like hatching baby chicks, butterflies, zumba, yoga, and music classes. They make you fill out so many forms about your babies schedule and instructions to just do whatever they want, feed them when they want as well as changing their diapers. They would put products on my baby's skin without my authorization. If you call during the day to see how your child is doing, they would get annoyed and give you attitude. All they want is money, don't let them trick you with the security systems and nice daycare, they do not care about the kids. All of the staff look unhappy and not wanting to do their jobs. I DO NOT recommend this daycare to NO one. Don't trust them specially with vulnerable infants. My experience was awful, I gave them time to put their shit together and spoke to everyone, even the director, to avoid writing this review and having to switch daycare. I think I trusted this facility way too much and had very high expectations, this is why now I'm so disappointed. My baby's first day when I picked up my 3mon old baby her pants were all wet of pee, my daughter was left alone in a corner awake in a swing far away from the other kids and unattended by the teachers, when I grabbed her she was freezing, the air conditioner was too low so when I carried her she was shaking, she was only given 2 bottles of milk during the full 8 hours that she was there (my baby eats a lot) I told them her eat schedule and wrote everything down on a form they provided, she usually eats every 2 hours and even before. When I saw her pants wet and felt how cold she was I asked the teacher (Jayda/Jayra whatever her name is) her answer was "well I just changed her diaper!" (with a nasty attitude) I replied by showing her my baby's pants so she can notice the wetness on it (she never made eye contact) she proceed with grabbing a tablet and slamming it in front of me to show the times she was supposedly changed but that doesn't really means she was changed on time cuz she can document what ever she wants on there and not necessarily be done. I was so irritated that I did not react any other way then just grab my baby and leave the center with my eyes full of tears. After I got home I called and spoke to the manager (Ashley I believe is her name) the director (Kimberly) was also aware, supposedly everything was gonna change but I was already concerned about my daughters safety and treatment. The next day that teacher (Jayda/Jayra) wasn't in my baby's classroom but the teachers there were still not following my baby's schedule, they were not giving the baby her bottles on time, they would always put the excuse that baby was sleeping. I also took my baby some sleepers so she can stay warm in her classroom since it was so cold in there but they would take it off and lose her socks.The third day when I went to drop her off, I went in the classroom and I waited almost 10 min for the teacher to go inside the classroom to take my baby so I can rush to work but she was too busy gossiping with another teacher in another classroom. Every time I use to go drop her off or picked her up, there was a different teacher which didn't know anything about the instructions I had gave to the previous teacher, their communication skills were horrible. This is not a place to trust, it's full of unprofessional and poorly trained staff that are only there for a paycheck and not necessarily because they like kids.

Delusional practices that want kids reading and doing math by 3 years old -- again, not a real Montessori. My child experienced harsh teachers and policies such as half day kids forced to stand around and watch the full day kids eat lunch. Even when I said I would pay for the extra 15 minute overlap so my kid could eat lunch, they said no. I ended up picking him up early so he didn't have to be subjected to that. And ultimately quit the school.

This school is not a professional environment because of their lack of communication with parents. They do not give honest assessments of children's abilities, and are too wrapped up in promoting Montessori instead of looking out for the best interest of the child. This environment is not conducive to the child who needs extra reinforcement. They are too focused on the Montessori philosophy to identify into the learning style, and abilities of individual students. After transferring my child to public school I was met with the reality that my child was not prepared academically. This came as a huge surprise because after confronting the teacher and principal about my childs readiness. I was assured that my child was prepared. What an absolute let down, and pathetic disappointment that this school did not live up to its academic integrity. And please do not waste your time on the "fast track" education that this school offers, as it is nothing more than a business ploy. The administration should seriously re-evaluate their responsibility to the community and our children. They have become more of a business instead of being a responsible institution.

I signed up my daughter for this school's summer program in Feb. Last week Wednesday, I was sent…read morean invoice for the full first month payment plus $300 in fees. Total charge was $2,400 for one month of summer camp. The price is not my main issue. Its the manner in which they bill and THREATEN. I usually send my daughter to Lightbridge which has smaller class sizes and is a better school IMO and have never been billed in that manner. Apple Montesorri billing practice is threatening and predatory in nature. On Monday, 3/20, I received an email indicating paymment should in full in 2 days or "your application will be denied". . I didnt want my daughter to attend a school with such practices so I didnt pay tge inviice forgetting that I had given them my credit card info. . My card was charged on Friday 3/24. Today on 3/27, I contacted them telling the school I'm no longr interested in their summer program. They claim I cant reverse the charge and my daughter must attend their summer program that starts 2 months away. I've already called my bank to reverse the charge. But had to leave a review as this practice is predatory and manipulative. I only wanted my daughter to attend due to the daily swim classes n activities. But I could not in good faith support a school thats so impersonal and threatens parents. Their proram doent start till after July 4 by tge way. We're still in March!.

We had a very bad experience when they started charging us for AM and PM care randomly for being 1 or 2 minutes late or early. When we tried to explain that the timestamps appear to be made up(which they were - I had proof), they just charged us anyway(without authorization). Even when the assistant director told us that there was an error on their part, the tuition director didn't refund us the charge. Following is what I observed in being ~4 years with the school: 1. They find new ways of getting money from parents. 2. Their fast track program($100 per month) is a waste. When the teacher of this program left, the school didn't inform the parents about it and kept charging us. 3. Even the tution director who does the billing doesn't know the correct buffer pick or drop times for the parents. These buffer times changed when I exchanged emails with her. Earlier it was said that it's 10 minutes for morning but later this was changed to 15 minutes in the same email thread.(looks like a scam to me) Their payment system has been designed to make holes in parent's pockets: 1. There is no free AM or PM care, and buffer times vary based on whom you ask. 2. During covid they did close classrooms for weeks, but we as parents never asked for refund. They should have at least brought it up. We kept our kids home and never said that we need money back for services we never got. 3. Fast track classes are charged $100 per month. Why would you charge for extra class when it should be available for every kid paying the monthly tuition? I can't give less than 1 on review, but if they keep going on this path then parents like us will keep leaving this school. Please do not send your kid to this school. Stars for the management : 0
