Future Generation is the cream of the crop when it comes to childcare. They do everything in their power to make sure children are healthy, happy, and safe. Future Generation has been the leading daycare in the area throughout the pandemic by ensuring the strictest guidelines are followed so that our kids are kept safe. As a first-time parent, this has been such a challenging time, but I know that my daughter is not just safe when she's at school, she is also supported and loved by an incredible staff. Future Generation hosts so many fun events for children each week, as well as twice a week local business lunches that you can opt-in to. FG also supplies wipes and diapers which is AMAZING and two less things to think about when you're packing your child's bag for school. I have only had incredible encounters with each staff member and I know that they are continuously improving and training so that they can keep up with state curriculum and requirements to best serve the young learners at the childcare center. I noticed a lot of reviews mention how the space is cramped for children, but we have not witnessed any problem with this - in fact, the space is perfectly suited to then keep such a small teacher-kid ratio and a better view on kids.

A Wonderful Experience…read more I can't say enough wonderful things about working with Shanotte and her nanny agency! From the very beginning, Shanotte was incredibly supportive, professional, and truly went above and beyond for me. She made the entire placement process feel comfortable and seamless, and I always felt that she genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me. I'm so happy and grateful to have been placed with such a wonderful family. It has been such a positive experience, and I truly appreciate all of the time, effort, and care Shanotte put into making this opportunity possible. Thank you, Shanotte, for everything you've done for me. You are amazing at what you do, and I would absolutely recommend your agency to any nanny looking for a wonderful family and a supportive agency!

It has been wonderful knowing that every day he is in a safe, nurturing environment where he feels supported, is encouraged to learn and explore, and has made some really special friendships along the way. Marianne and Alissa do such a great job creating a welcoming community for both the kids and their families. They are both incredibly approachable and responsive, and you can tell they genuinely know the kids and care about them as individuals. We always felt comfortable going to them with questions or concerns, and knew that they truly had our son's best interests in mind. The school has the structure and resources of a larger franchise, but still has the personal, family feel of a smaller, family-run school. The programming for the kids is also a real standout. They regularly bring in special visitors and experiences, which makes school exciting and gives the kids opportunities to experience things they may not otherwise get to do. We are only leaving because we are moving, and we wish we could bring the Goddard School of Montclair with us. We are so grateful for the wonderful experience our son has had there and for all of the people who have been part of his first few years.

He learned so much in the time he spent there, prior to Covid-19 lockdown.  We will miss his teachers dearly! Cons: The administration at this site is in need of increased professionalism.  A lot of communication has gray areas and is done vaguely, leading to miscommunication, misunderstandings, and tense conversations with the owner.  We have since decided not to return to the center but the manager has decided to keep our deposit, despite our child not attending since the state-wide shut down or reopening.  We clearly spoke about removing him from the roster and that he would potentially have to be on a waitlist upon return because a spot WOULD NOT be held.  We were completely okay with that risk.  Unfortunately, she started singing another tune when we decided not to return and is in turn, holding the deposit hostage. I am extremely disheartened that this was our final moment and experience with the center.  His teachers were amazing educators and individuals.  If I recommended Buzzing Bees of East Orange, NJ to you, I would say please be prepared to communicate and stand up for yourself frequently because the manager will switch things up to her benefit and to make sure she keeps as much money as possible, in any situation- just or unjust. Ms. V- please feel free to respond - I welcome your response.

In addition to ensuring that students achieve academic milestones, PSA teaches children to be worldly citizens and considerate members of the community.
