Nadia the director helped us figure out a schedule to transition him in before he was full time. Then this was his first time in full time care and all of the teachers were so warm and caring that he was immediately eager to go to school every day. It is a fairly small school so our son was thrilled to get to know some of the "big" kids and eager to move up a class each year. He constantly amazes us with all he has learned at LPP and he loves the enrichment classes he takes like art, dance, science, and music. Since the school is in downtown Maplewood, the kids get to spend outdoor time in Memorial Park, walk over to the library, and explore on walks. We greatly appreciate the great hours as two commuting parents. Most important to us is how we see LPP helping our son become a kind and caring citizen of the world. Damia not only text me updates and pictures, let me talk to my son, but she went above and beyond the job. She did my laundry and folded it. She swept my house, hand washed my dishes, and even made my bed when I didn't have time to make it this morning. On-Call Concierge service has top nanny's and caregivers. I highly recommend them. Unlike many other services I looked into On-Call Concierge also didn't charge me a finders fee, but instead a flat rate membership fee that included a guarantee of my scheduled caregivers. The caregivers are interviewed twice by Ridwana, go through an extensive interview process, and a thorough background check. After being on Care.com for months and not being able to find a quality person I could trust with my son I finally feel good about leaving my son at home when I need to. :) Thank you Damia and Ridwana for being so awesome! The children are encouraged to learn, play, and engage all the senses. They can provide all meals and snacks, and the menu varies from day to day. They also open as early as 7 am and have extended hours up to 7 pm, where they feed your child dinner. And there is plenty of play area, both outside and inside on rainy days.
