We have had normal walker issues like high turn over and inability to handle XL breeds etc but typically there was always a prompt and reasonable solution. Unfortunately, I can no longer endorse this service. We recently went on our honeymoon and booked overnight sitting and dog walking for 8 days. Sadly our pets were not taken care of to the level that we expect. Our show dog was allowed to overeat and was overweight and lethargic upon our return; the other two dogs were very skinny--apparently one dog got to eat and the others did not. They were also sick & given food that was not part of their diet which gave them severe diarrhea. Believe it or not, this really isn't the core of the issue. Read on you'll be glad you did. When we got home our house was left absolutely filthy by the overnight sitter. The foyer rugs were chewed up due to the dogs being left unsupervised (instructions required them to be crated when not actively watched) Again, not the worst of the offenses. Upon removing the destroyed rugs I find a pool of urine under the rugs. Upon the initial inspection of the guest room where the walker was permitted to sleep the guest bed was DEFECATED on. The feces filled sheets were thrown into our washer! Later on when we go to clean the bed we discover that the bed was also URINATED on destroying a brand new mattress. Fast forward to our conversation with Kyle (owner) he says he will make amends and pay for the cleaning. I send him a bill for the cost of professional cleaning, the property damage etc. He refunds $39. Total cost of property damage approximately $664. He then proceeds to try to haggle to pay for same to include our previously included 10% discount (we receive and always have received that due to the volume of services) with a week worth of walking services. We decline the services because well, our confidence was severely shaken. When we asked for the full refund for the items we had to replace & provided proof of purchase he went radio silent. At this point we have had to dispute the credit card charges with our bank and reasonably only asking for a refund for the damage. If that fails we will be forced to open a small claims action in court which is going to cost us more in court expenses and aggravation & him a ton more in legal fees then just resolving this amicably. But again we are forced to take these measures since he has absconded.

But Walsh was not present when the auction house took the items and did not keep a list of what was taken. We had no way of accounting for what was taken to see if all was sold. John even asked me what was taken at one point. We had to "trust" the auction house. Further, John did not lay out all our options-- auction house vs estate sale, vs Facebook Marketplace, etc so that we could make an informed decision as to what was best with all the possessions. John was very personable, but this was really unacceptable. John was also slow to respond to emails, although this pales in comparison to the larger issue of not taking care to preserve our best interests with the auction house. Do not hire them for this type of service.

They also pressured me for my password even after I explained that my computer contains sensitive client banking data, then backtracked and said they didn't need it. For that, they charged almost $300 for a basic cleaning and repaste. Their Google page doesn't even list a proper address, which is concerning for a repair shop. Unprofessional, disorganized, overpriced, disrespectful, and completely lacking in understanding for people with disabilities. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I'd rather trash the laptop than hand it back to Ted -- that says everything about how much I trust his shop.

However, I could not have expected the amazing job that they did at our wedding! Our ceremony, and song choices, were interfaith and somewhat unconventional. Trillogie Trio played beautifully and timed every note exactly to make the entrance and departure for guests and bridal party spectacular! It is unfortunate that we were only able to speak with Jaclyn for a few short minutes on that day because she and her fellow musicians were a huge part of making it so very special! They even posted pictures of the ceremony on their Facebook page. Just one example of the extreme care that they take of their clients.
