I'm writing this review with a heavy heart. I'm not one to bash any company! If I dislike any…read morecompany I just go about my day and don't return. Unfortunately, today I felt the need to review this business due to the trauma my son has been facing. My son attended this center for less than 8 months. In which two major head injuries occurred (see photo). One hematoma on the forehead which has left him with permanent muscle tear and is visible when he cries or laughs real big. Second injury was staples on his head because they allowed another child to hit my son with a very heavy plastic toy that gashed my son's head pretty deep. This is not ALL staff but certainly some young ones who clearly are not meant to be in The field to care for children. Sadly also management not being more proactive to make sure teachers are more aware of the children's surroundings. These are only 2 incidents that I felt justifiable enough never to return. There were other incidents of my child constantly being bitten. My reason for writing this is because the staples incident occurred 4/4/2025 and today my son had a complete meltdown scared to return to a new daycare... still naming the child from kindercare who hurt him. I'm not blaming the child I'm blaming management for having people who don't care and for not being more involved in the classroom. When my husband returned the following Monday to retrieve our sons belongings the staff didn't even bat an eye and that's very sad to hear. The reviews you see here are from management office pushing to get reviews from both parents and staff. They aren't real reviews. I only know this because I was one of the parents who received those request in November/December. Due to the biting incidents it took me awhile to review. But after the hematoma I removed it. All bad reviews seem to have been deleted. I hope they do better... for the children's safety and for the parents who have to work and shouldn't have to worry about their children's safety.

From the day we started I have never felt more confident in our child's safety, education, and well-being. From the moment you walk into the door every staff member greets us and knows my daughter's name and what to say if she is having a rough morning. Ms. Mayte and Ms. Alexis are always at the front desk with a smile and are always able to answer any questions or concerns. The director, Ms. Ariel is one of the first people to reach out if my daughter needs anything throughout the day as well as to help my daughter with anything she needs. She is also very open with communication which i find to be a huge comfort. Her teachers have been incredible from the infant class with Ms. Gigi, loving her as well as supporting and helping me through the early stages and milestones of her first months. Her favorite teacher; Ms. Chantel who has become her support person (as well as mine) has been there for her from learning to roll, taking her first steps, learning to speak, and so much more. She goes above and beyond to make sure she is feeling loved and safe throughout her day. As an educator myself, I am impressed with the curriculum and all of her teachers as she has progressed through the program. They have not only supported her, but have guided her through her milestones as well as educated her. Ms. Frida, Ms. Jacky, Ms. Maylee, Ms. Anna, Ms. Z, Ms. Zeba, Ms. Aimee, Ms. Isabella, Ms. Noelle, and countless others are incredible educators. I couldn't be more grateful for all they have done and continue to do for my daughter.

For you to write a comment a day ago should be illegal. You should be ashamed of yourself and also the OWNERS for allowing you to do what you did. I do want to be complete honest, Nicole is the rudest director ever. This facility is a dump and they fake the funk all the way with the parents. Once she is crawling I think this is a really worthwhile activity, especially for an indoor activity idea when it's cold out. The space has lots of great activities like slides, climbing walls, rocking toys and tunnels. A single session is $30 and you get 45 minutes of play time. I like that you don't need to commit to a package and can simply buy classes a la carte. The instructor was energetic and enthusiastic. The class ended with the signature gymboree parachute which was fun. You also take a few minutes during class to introduce yourself to the other families. The instructor warned us that it can be sensory overload if it's your child's first time and she was completely right! Our normally 'chill' child wasn't her usual self for the first part of class and was definitely a bit fussy and scared. Every kid is of course different, but worth noting that it's a lot of stimulation during a first time visit! Overall it's a fun play space and I'll certainly plan some future visits when my girl is a little more mobile.

This review is for the Gymboree in Pine Brook, NJ…read more My 10-month-old doesn't go to daycare, so finding a place where he can socialize, explore, and develop new skills has been really important to us. Gymboree in Pine Brook has been absolutely perfect. It's become a regular part of our routine, and it's made such a big difference in his movement and confidence. He gets so excited the moment we walk through the doors. It's truly his happy place. The instructors here are what make it so special. We've worked with every one of them, and they are all amazing in their own way. Ms. Geri: She has had such a big impact on my son's movement. She's incredibly thoughtful, caring, and observant, and she really takes the time to get to know each child and respect their autonomy. She's given us so many helpful tips and ideas to support his physical development, and I really believe her guidance has helped him get closer to walking and become more confident with movement in general. Ms Geri is so experienced with children and has given me much insight to my son and his ability to explore and learn about the world at his own pace. Also, as a side note, one day I desperately needed coffee (it was a loooong day) and Geri called a nearby business for me to see if they were open and sold coffee!!! It sounds small, but it's rare to find people who go out of their way like that for you. She genuinely cares and it shows. Ms. Kathleen: She has SUCH a beautiful voice!!! Even if you go for just one class, try to go to hers so that you and your little one can listen to her lovely singing. It instantly draws my son in, even though he usually takes a little while to warm up to new people. She's super engaging and fun, and somehow got him to start drumming along with us for the first time ever at his last class! It was such a sweet moment that I wasn't expecting. She has a really special way with children. Ms. Morgan: She was the first teacher we had at Gymboree, and after just one class with her, we signed up for the unlimited pass. That's how good she is! She brings so much energy and creativity to her lessons, and she keeps the kids excited and involved the whole time. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she made us feel right at home right away. I think that is all the instructors, but if not, then these are the ones that we have attended classes with. I honestly can't recommend this Gymboree location enough. If you're considering it, just try a class. you'll see right away how wonderful the staff is and how much your little one will get out of it. It's been such a great experience for our family. Thank you everyone who works at this location. We are so lucky to have found you!

Christiane is a party goddess, providing absolutely everything we needed. The only decision I had to make was what type of cake icing and colors to use. All the other parents were impressed with how well it was all run. For kids who had never played Minecraft before, there were several instructors on hand to help out, as well as table games and toys for kids who didn't want to play Minecraft. Christiane is super cool and very nice, and she ran that party like a total rock star. The plates, napkins, and balloons were all Minecraft themed, and the kids playing Minecraft had a choice of Creative Mode or Survival. So everyone had a good time and got to be involved, even my younger son who is 4 1/2. If I *had* to give any negatives, it would be that the pizzas were delivered early on so that by the time the kids ate they were cold. But that is so minor a thing. I will definitely be signing my kids up for their classes and recommending this for other kids' birthday parties.

The staff was about to leave when I walked in for a holiday break over the summer, but Ms. Donna welcomed me in to show me around. I was impressed with how clean each of the rooms were. They have hard wood floors throughout with the occasional area rug for children to sit and play or read. Each child has their own hook for their coats and backpacks. The infant room as a dedicated location for each child's belongings (Diapers, cups, snack, pacifiers, etc.) They have an outside location for the children to play during the warm weather. In the summer they do water play. Once a week the music teacher comes in and the kids have a blast. Tiny Tiki is a fun place to be. After a short discussion with my husband we decided to bring our daughter here. Day one was rough for me to leave my daughter at 3 months old, but Ms. Donna was quick to send me pictures of how happy she was throughout the day. Over a year later I can honestly say choosing Tiny Tiki was the best decision. My daughter is so happy to go to day care each day. She knows all the teachers and can say their names at almost 2 yrs old. They all care for each of the children as their own. There are even times when she cries because she doesn't want to leave. I never worry about her being there all day while my husband and I are at work. Keep up the great work! Thumbs up to Ms. Donna for running such a great school.
