They were booked out on full details (interior/exterior). But they had a last minute cancellation the next day and called me up to fit me in. I dropped it off and picked it up the same day. Scott even drove from him his home back to work after hours to give me keys since I was running late. The job was pretty immaculate. All the nooks and tight spaces were taken care of and it looks like I had just bought the car again. They seem to be a very detail oriented, customer pleasing business. Would definitely return and recommend family and friends to get their detailing done here. It cost $195 (I tipped) which is a great deal as most would know that this level of detail would cost at least $75-100 more Olay other locations. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating. I had tint installed on my new Traverse at the Troy…read morelocation, and after the initial installation I found scratches along both side windows and a chip in the windshield banner. I brought it back to have the issues addressed, but after picking it up, I discovered debris trapped underneath the passenger-side tint as well. I had to make multiple trips from Huber Heights to Troy to address these issues and ultimately had the passenger window redone at the Poe Avenue location. While the issue was eventually corrected, customer service did not provide any compensation for the repeated issues, inconvenience, or multiple trips required to get the installation done correctly. Hopefully, the company can improve its quality control and customer service when issues like this occur.

Terrible workmanship and very dishonest. The person at the counter told me that if I would get the…read morerust protection in addition to the window that I was getting re-tinted, he would have my car detailed for me. They then refused to detail it. He claimed he never said that. I had a bubble in my original back window tint from the Sun. I wanted the back window tint removed and replaced. The rep told me that I had to sign a waiver stating that, even though they used chemicals and a hot air gun to remove old tint, there was a chance that a small portion might not come off and would have to be scraped. There was a chance that that may damage the defroster. I asked him what are the chances that that would happen? He said the guy that was doing my job and 25 years of experience and it was extremely rare to cut through the defroster circuit. Based on his claim of "extremely rare", I signed the waiver. They scraped away nearly my entire defroster and antenna. Picture attached. I presented the window issue to two experienced tinting companies. They were aghast. Both said that they guaranteed that job had I done it with either of them, with no waiver. They said there are chemicals to remove old tint and you never, ever use a razor blade near a window defroster. It cost me $667 to get the window replaced so I can have a working defroster and antenna again. And another $139 to get it re-tinted. I can't find my bill right now but I think I spent over $800 with Ziebart that day. It cost me $806 to correct their terrible workmanship.

They broke a piece on the door and told me it was like that when they got the car? And back to today. Bought a new car, looked for local tint shops, found these guys through Pro Ceramics site, contacted them on social media. They were super nice regarding all my questions and tint desires for the new Honda. Timing issues with me being able to drop off at 8a. They suggested dropping the car off the day before and they'd pull in to bay to keep indoors overnight. How thoughtful so I took advantage of this offer. When dropping the car off, they went over everything about percentages of tint, how it blocks the damaging rays of the sun and all the perks. Go to pick up car, ceramic tint looks stunning. Seriously, it's impressive. The lines that are currently visible are all perfect. They get this by using a laser cutter of some sort. Since I can't put the windows down for a few days, I'll update again with pictures of how clean the roll down window tops gaps are. At this point, I'd expect them to be perfection as well. Choosing Ceramic Pro gives me a lifetime warranty that goes with the car just in case I happen to sell. The folks working here are super friendly and don't mind you asking them a bunch of questions. I asked for a wider visor tint to match the factory mirror and they took care of me. They also do paint protective film and ceramic coatings. Go support these local folks. Steves been tinting windows for 25yrs and Reegen(who runs the desk along with Nezy the pup) is just so dag gone nice! I'm just so pleased on how the car looks now.
