I later find out that they close at 2 so I won't get my PERISHABLE FOOD that I need for a gathering TONIGHT until MONDAY. After calling customer service, one person said the reason is because "the address was wrong" and another person said they couldn't access the building. Regardless, I got no notification and the office is not closed for me to pick it up. This is a very pitiful attempt at delivering packages.

When I got there, suddenly we were given some lame made up excuse about the first sentence of the document needed to be "reworded"? And no, they could not provide another witness. So we had to leave. The guy didn't seem legit with his answers, maybe he didn't like latin people. We went to Wells Fargo instead and they did it in a few minutes, no charge.
