I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with the store, but the store manager, JP, and the owner have refused to adequately address my concerns or provide reasonable compensation for my property. What is particularly concerning is the manner in which this situation has been handled. Rather than taking responsibility for the loss of my belongings and working with me toward a reasonable resolution, both the store manager and owner have treated me disrespectfully and have failed to provide an appropriate apology or meaningful resolution. I have also requested information regarding the appropriate corporate representative or corporate office so that I can escalate this matter, but the store has refused to provide that information. I find this response unacceptable, particularly given that my personal property was entrusted to the business and was not returned to me.

The young woman working the counter was very patient with me as I don't take in clothing to the dry cleaners very often, and I was a little confused with the process. I took in around7 items and the cleaning cost was bout $45. (I'm not the most well-versed person when it comes to comparable cost. Considering I brought in what felt like a giant trash bag of items- I thought it was reasonable.) Wait time to pick up was super fast- less than 24 hrs! I will definitely come back again.
