Today, I arrived at 6:30pm (they close at 7pm and this is what worked with my schedule) with the same hopes only for the door to be locked while there are 2 women being serviced. Once I was finally acknowledged at being at the door, the front desk guy didn't bother opening the door, so I asked through the glass "are y'all closed" and he proceeded to turn the opened sign to closed and walks away.

I was looking for somewhere open later on Sundays (hard to find!) and this spot was perfect right in the Kroger parking lot, super easy to get to, clean, and has such a calm vibe the moment you walk in. Cindy did my nails and Skye did my pedicure, and both of them were amazing. Cindy really took her time with the shape and color PERFECTION and Skye gave me one of the most relaxing pedicures I've had in a long time (massage, hot towel, the whole experience). You can tell they both care about their work and their clients. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt upscale but still down-to-earth, no rush, no chaos, just chill energy and attention to detail. I loved how they checked in throughout the process to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted. I'm already planning my next visit, this might just become my new go-to spot!

She asked all the right questions and told me what was happening before each new step because it was my first time and I had asked her to so that I wouldn't get caught off guard. She began by soaking my feet in warm/hot water for a few minutes and then proceeded to cut/trim my cuticles and toenails to my preference. She then added in the first 2 packages from the volcano set and an eruption of bubbles starting foaming! I then got my heels scrubbed which was pretty intense for me but she had given me a warning beforehand so it was all good. She then exfoliated my legs with a sugar scrub followed by a rinse. A mask was applied to my legs after the rinse and then each leg was wrapped with a hot towel. After the towels cooled off, oil was applied and the massage began. It started with a hot stone massage, followed by a dip into paraffin wax which felt awesome! After the wax cooled off, it was rinsed off and she applied the lotion from the volcano package and finished the pedi off with a great foot/leg/shoulder massage. The aroma stuck to me until I got home 3 hours later. My feet and toes felt brand new (soft like a little baby's) 10/10 I would highly recommend.
