I love going here! I've been going to Paris nails for about 3 years now. Great dip manicures, gel and GelX. Their spa pedicures are wonderful and so relaxing! You can also text them to make an appointment which is super convenient.

My nails before. Im an artist, expressive arts therapist, and dog/hedgehog owner so my nails needed serious TLC.

So I came here yearssss ago and was content with the service but felt that the people doing my nails were rushed at the time. Fast forward to 2 days ago and I show them a picture I found online asking if they could do it as a walk in and I walked out with the best manicure I've gotten in my life. I don't normalLy do long nails or anything so showy, but I wanted to do something fun and the artist I had nailed it! I usually leave a manicure and touch up small areas "the way I like it" but had NOTHING to touch up. I wish I remembered my artists name, but my memory is . She had grey hair and appeared young. Very friendly and talented. She took her time but wasn't moving slowly. I will be going back even though I live about 45 minutes away.

I've been coming here for years and they never disappoint! The nail techs are extremely skilled and friendly and the salon is always clean! Great atmosphere. I would highly recommend.

Using very low quality products will never go there again.. they are very expensive and it doesn't work good.

never go there again. I went there second time to fixed my nail paint and she don't even do cuticles but put the nail paint on my nails. Very disappointed.

Tried booking at another place but they were completely booked. When we walked in on a Friday afternoon they said it would be about 10-15 minutes. I picked my color, but this was my first gel manicure so I went with what ended up being too light of a color. After waiting my friend and I got to sit together. I had never gotten a gel manicure, so I had to ask a lot of questions but my technician was really helpful. Everything is clearly sterilized and it was very clean. My technician also took her time to make sure they came out well. As you can see from my picture there were some flaws that I only noticed the next day. Some kind of bubbling and dust got stuck inside. Annoying but not a huge deal. We're 10 days in and my polish is like half chipped. My nail beds grew so much that it's clearly noticeable now but I'm more disappointed that it's chipping so quickly. The color was wayyyy too light but this is totally my fault. It's only $25 so it ended up being $31 with a tip. My technician was great but not sure if I would go back. I'll try other places in the area before deciding who will permanently get my business.

Hands down (no pun intended ;) the BEST manicure/pedicure I've ever had. Two weeks later and it looks like I just had them done (and all I got was the basics). Will definitely be back when I'm in town again!

So I've been to the sister store on Washington/Market Street and loved the service there. Granted my nails needed help as they were dying. Quite almost literally... Came to this one and decided to try it out since I had a great experience at their sister store. First visit was three weeks ago and Amy took care of me. Good manicure! Went back yesterday and experience was different than the other one. It was rushed and my nail tech went to another client with no explanation at all. None. She seemed irritated for some reason. Another tech, Alan, took care of my nails. The manicure came out okay, I felt rushed and some of my nails weren't filed. When I asked about two of my nails he's like it's fine don't worry. Sure... Here's a tip: keep an appointment log so your appointments are completed in an orderly, timely fashion. Don't stockpile clients in a corner of a salon only to rush them out later on. Good: clean salon with lots of chairs Bad: disorganized scheduling issues and some disgruntled techs I think I'll stick to my South Shore nail salons...

This is my 3rd time coming. First 2 times were very nice! And was disappointed in this last appt. The owner came took off my acrylic and had another guy do my powder dip style nail. One week later it cracked really bad so I called to have the 2 nails fixed and told him what happened and the owner said he had no time for me....wow so sad...guess that will NEVER happen again

    Terrible polish job

I've been going to Paris since 2016 and after tonight, I can't say I'll be going back. I could tell that my nail tech was rushing through my gel polish removal. She was rough on my nails and ultimately stabbed my pinky with the tool enough to draw blood. I got a quick "sorry" and she continued, regardless of the fact that I was bleeding. She continued to rush and left me with half of my nails remaining almond shaped with the other nails being completely rounded. I have polish underneath my nail on my fingers and no polish on entire portions of my nail. Worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. Save yourself the money and go to literally any other salon in Brighton.

Chrome not even on full nail, messed up edge of nail

I've been here 4 times and this last time, yesterday, was an absolute disaster. It's truly sad because I've had fairly pleasant experiences before, but this one really sealed the deal for me to NEVER go back again. TL; DR - I paid $65 for a chrome manicure that I could have done myself at home. It was so poorly finished and when I complained to management they said it was "my fault because I came late so the service isn't going to be the best." That's absolutely NOT OKAY especially when I wasn't told this and still had to pay full price for the services. If you want people that don't care and just want your money - come here! ---- I arrived around 7-7:10pm for a dip powder and pedicure. The place was packed but the owner said they could take me and do both. So I picked my color and waited to be attended. I asked for chrome nails (which are $25 more making it $65 for a dip powder manicure). I am seated and the guy doesn't say a word to me and starts working on my nails. Then he gruffly tells me to head to the pedicure station while my nails soak since I had dip powder on before. As the place is packed, there is a bit of a wait to get someone to do my pedicure. The guy who did my manicure seems to walk around and be on his phone while I wait. I'm not bothered because I don't know who's going to attend me next. However, it seems he was supposed to be doing my nails, because he comes over with some powders and begins doing my manicure at the pedicure station. However, it seems that he wasn't done with his phone as he constantly stops to check and text back, smiling at his phone, while doing my nails. Let me repeat I am paying $65 for this. Amy, who was doing my pedicure is doing a wonderful job and keeps looking up at him as I'm clearly not pleased. Even worse, he has NO manners and barks commands at me, without saying please or giving clear directions at all. It seems I might have annoyed him as he spoke with his colleagues around him in their native language anytime I asked him what he meant. The last straw was the outcome. My "chrome nails" were jagged and my hands were full of powder and there was no instruction to go wash them or what the next steps were. He literally finished my nails (which I didn't know he had because he literally only put color on them and marginally filed them) and walked away. I had to ask him if he was done. When I complained to management, they told me I didn't know how dip powder worked and that you don't get a manicure with this service. All it comes with is a filing, the change of color, and using the scraping drill to go over the nail. They also stated it was my fault for arriving so late so if my nails were less than perfect, it's because I should have come earlier. All in all, don't waste your money. They don't care about your experience and just want your money.

I went with two of my friends to get my nails done and only two of us were taken care of right away while one of my friends had to wait 20 minutes more to get their nails done. The person who did my nails put the nail glue on my actual nail and barely on the acrylic so it was dripping on my finger. I was very shocked to know that they do not disinfect any of their equipment not even the nail clippers which is very unsanitary and dangerous. They say they are charging more due to the "extra precautions" they're taking for covid but the only thing they're doing is wearing a mask. She did a nice job on my nails but I wasn't a fan of having dried nail glue all over my fingers. My friends nails on the other hand were not so nice, she had acrylic and nail polish under her nails which can be seen in the picture.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever went through. First of all, I've never been treated so rude, even though all I did was tell them what kind of nails I wanted. But because they don't usually do longer nails, I had to BEG AND PLEAD for them ti style my nails the way I wanted. I heard them be rude to multiple people, over charge all of us, even though there is a menu posted, and they blatantly laughed at me the entire time. These crater filled nails cost me $110!!! I've never paid so much for nails, and this is by far the worst quality job I've EVER had. Nothing but overcharging people, tell you that you need things you don't, and treat their clients like crap! Here is a list of things I'd rather do then go back to Paris nails: -Eat glass -get food poisoning -pay for another person to get their nails done at any other nail salon -pay for cosmetology school, so I can learn how to do my own nails, even though I don't have the time or patience to ever do that! I've gotten better looking nails from the dollar store. Please believe, I don't have time in my life to exaggerate. I want to save other people from wasting their time trying to go to Paris Nails. If you ever do want to risk going there, ask them how much everything costs before you tell them what you want, or else they will just overcharge you for what you want done.

horrible experience DO NOT GO HERE! Paid $80 for a full set with gel and they turned out horrible! I showed them a picture and it didn't even turn out anything like I wanted. I tried being nice and sitting with them for an hour but then decided they were just too bad for the insane price I paid. Tried calling them back and asking if there was a chance they could re-do the polish and I got screamed at by one of the staff members accusing me of trying to steal from them. I tried to compromise but he ended the call with telling me not to come back. Unbelievably horrible service i've never seen a business so bad in my life! Here's what I asked for vs what i got. Couldn't even fix my cuticles for $80.

The woman at the front desk was nice, so I do have one positive memory! It started out on a strange note, the girl who did the waxing just came out of the back waxing area and waved me in; someone else was waiting so I wasn't exactly sure if she meant me at first? One of my BIG pet peeves is someone not introducing themself (and welcoming them to a brand-new location), and that was the case here. Worse than the "just a wave, no introduction" was the actual wax itself: forget about the usual going home and needing to pluck a few hairs (emphasis on FEW); in this case, I went home and looked around to find someone who did "patch areas" AND could get me in quickly because there was an entire section that had not been waxed!!! It didn't occur to me to LOOK before I got dressed, but now I know I should check out the handiwork before leaving. That was another $20 added on (as well as the time of finding someone and going to the appointment), so it definitely wasn't a great experience!

I've been getting waxes for 3 years now and 2 with this company. I've never had to tell a waxer to stop what they are doing mid wax because the pain is that unbearable. Literally to the point of me crying my eyes out. What pissed me off is the girl that waxed me told me my pain is coming from my hairs being too long. I instantly knew that was BS because I've gotten waxes looking like a bear on the wax table multiple times and NEVER HAS IT BEEN THIS UNBEARABLY PAINFUL. I could also tell she either wasn't trained well or didn't have any experience because she focused on one area of my body vs bouncing off body parts like a waxer would normally do. She focused on my Brazilian area for about 30 mins continuously applying wax over and over again. I asked her if my skin was red or bleeding and she told me no, but the moment i sat up to look my whole Brazilian area was very red and bumpy from the pain and amount of time she went over it. Normally when someone is doing a Brazilian on me, it takes about 5-7 mins if that. I've never experienced a wax session this bad.
