The pastries are fresh, and the dining area is well-maintained. My only concern is with the croissant. While it was a good size, upon cutting into it, there were large air pockets instead of the expected layers. It appeared as though less dough was used, and the croissant was over-proofed to achieve an acceptable size, which was then sold as a standard-sized croissant. I was disappointed, as I felt a similar product of better quality could have been found at a smaller bakery for the same price.

The one thing about PB is their delicious consistency! This location boast a clean, welcoming , warm ambiance. As a PB fan I went on for something festive to satisfy the sweet tooth craving and I fell in sweet love with the yule log cake slice , rich layers of chocolate folded in their most sponge with a cute gingerbread chocolate man was everything! As always staff were wonderful!

Some of the finest comfort food I've had in awhile. Was searching out for random places to make reviews on and this spot in particular caught my eye. Inside the place looks clean and extravagant with a plethora of options to choose from, most of them being baked goods since it's essentially a bakery of sorts. I chose the Chocoholic Chiffon Cake Slice, Chocolate Cream Bread, Turkey Melt Sourdough & the Iced Chocolate Hazelnut latte with Nutella for brunch. Starting from OK to best, the Chocolate Cream Bread was very light. Tasted more bread than chocolate, the breading itself was good but I didn't get the full taste of chocolate from that so next time I might get something other than that. The Chocoholic Chiffon Cake on the other hand was wonderful, a nice balance of sweet and savory, it just hit the right spot without being too sweet or too bland so that's a plus. The Sourdough Turkey Melt was also another banger. Toasted up well you can taste the full flavor from the turkey slices to the melted Cheddar Cheese, it was heavenly. The latte was the MVP of my meal. Dunkin donuts, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, you all have been put on notice by this place because the latte was absolutely superb. No other Iced coffee I could ever have will come close to it. Top notch work from the fellas at Paris Baguette. Speaking of which, the service from the two people there were outstanding. Answered the few questions I've had with courtesy and even asked how I liked the food. I'm willing to venture out here again to try more of their stuff. I insanely recommend this spot. (Note: I feel foolish, I didn't know this was a chain, I didn't even need to go that far out to the LIC location if I knew there was one at Rego Park. Lol nonetheless, I don't regret the journey there)

The cashiers were very short with me and seemed irritated that I asked for a cup of water. I enjoyed the pastry but would have been better if they had an option to warm it up. It was a great spot to study and get work done. The coffee was mediocre, it tasted old. Overall I liked the coffeeshop but could have been a better experience.

Cannot believe LIC now has another Paris Baguette location! This one is very cozy and modern looking. There's a ramp that have you to get on to get inside the place. Many fancy pastries and bread organized in each window for you to grab. They have clean utensils and trays to hold the pastries. This time I got milk bread, which is a pretty big hit and a best seller. The bread is very soft and luscious inside your mouth. Got a peanut crunch bread too, which is my favorite. It is not too dry or hard to bite into. My birthday passed and I got a code for a free birthday cake slice to redeem and the staff said I can get any slice. So I decided to go with the chocolate chiffon cake slice and boy was it silky soft! The chiffon cake melts in your mouth like heaven and it's very soft like cloud! I love the cream with it too! I can eat it all day but then got to watch out for diabetes!

Absolutely fantastic chocolate pastry, very good coffee. Unfortunately the espresso machine was broken. It happens. Huge selection of sweet and savory pastries, super friendly service. A nice little work spot.

Every time I come here I always am able to get a seat . Today I went with my son and we enjoyed a spider Mochi donut and he loved it and very tasty. My go too is the ham and cheese croissant it may sound basic but one of the best ones I had by far . Today I tried the iced coffee with milk , they actually have black and coffee that's already mixed . Today I tried it and I preferred it and will deff get it next time I'm in the neighborhood

This is our local Paris Baguette, and overall, it has been a good experience. But this evening after going out for a quick bite, we went in to buy some desserts to bring home. Just want to share with the location to try to be careful when you pack! This made the wifey not enjoy her treat. Oh well.

We stayed at the hotel just a few doors down from here, and man did that get us in trouble. We weren't really sure how this works, so for fellow newbies - trays are in the front corner of the store, pick out what you want and pay at the register. They can warm up items you pick if you request it (some need it!) and of course you can order from the case or a specialty drink. Big winner here is the strawberry croissant. The hash brown bread was a decent choice, but it needed to be warmed up more and I didn't feel like taking it back after I took a bite was an option so I dealt with it - but was pretty disappointed the whole time, like eating a Hot Pocket that was piping hot outside but frozen in the middle. Solid idea but execution was unfortunate. We came back for cake later one evening and my wife loved her cake slice but I didn't really enjoy it - the "icing" was too light and fluffy for my liking. Clearly personal preference there. Common allergies are listed which is nice, as my wife is allergic to coconut, and they made it easier for her to choose what was safe for her. (Not many options for her, but glad to have the information clearly identified.)

This place reminds me of 85degrees in Cali. You pick out your treat (there are so many choices) place them on a lined tray and pay. I chose the ham croissant. It was ok. A nice little treat.

Your local high end bakery with endless pastry and delicious baked options. Perfect for a nice morning breakfast or brunch which isn't too hearty or filling. We tried a couple different options such as croissants, quiche, milk bread and Lavazza coffee. Everything was freshly baked and super delicious quality. You also get a wide variety of breads, cakes, salads, deli sandwiches and pastries. The crowd was very trendy and modern early morning and the place was abuzz on a Sunday. Definitely worth a try!

I had a large group that was looking for a last minute place to gather due to the weather. The business owner saved us and allowed our group to stay to enjoy our catered food. I was amazed by the staff's attention to everything, our group and for the customers going in and out. The bakery was clean, well lit and the pastry cases showcases the amazing assortment of baked goods. We got the catered boxes and a cake for our group. Everything was so fresh, including the sandwiches which weren't soggy at all. Amazing food and amazing people saved the day and I will forever be thankful. I will be back for more pastries when I'm in the area.

This place insinuates French cuisine, but the workers and the food were East Asian influenced, so that was just unexpected. I was disappointed because not only did a lot of their items not have labels, but the staff didn't really know what was inside some of the pastries. However, I appreciated that there was plenty of seating. While it was a good place to stop because it was walking distance from the place we stayed, I don't think I'll go out of my way to come here. However, it's probably a good pastry shop to stop by if you're already in the area. The staff was friendly and conversational so that was really nice. My experience wasn't bad, but it just wasn't my cup of tea.

There's usually a line of some length during peak hours and especially around the holidays. You can tell by the sheer volume of baked goods and cakes available in their window displays that they sell a lot daily. This location is on the main drag of the little downtown section of Forest Hills, the baked goods in the front window display connect to a tall and long glass counter along the left side of the store that extends almost to the back. At the back middle and along the right side of the wall there's seating for about two dozen people at small cafe tables. They carry an assortment of traditional cakes (full and sliced), pies, cookies, pastries, cheesecakes, cupcakes, ice cream and coffee/tea drinks. A wide variety of flavors in each, so you're bound to find something sweet to satisfy most here. They are a classic bakery so from what I can tell, they don't carry items that are gluten, dairy or nut free. I've purchased their apple pie, fruit tart, berry napoleon, red velvet and chocolate fudge cakes from this or other locations in the past and they're all solid choices for desserts to share with a larger group, though I find a lot of their cake options to be on the heavier/richer side. My most recent encounter with their cakes came in the form of a slice of their seven layer cake $9.95 which is thin layers of yellow cake alternating with chocolate cream mmm pretty tasty, and their caramel cake $9.95 which had a layer of chocolate cake in the middle, sandwiched by caramel cream and white cake on either side. The latter had a pronounced caramel flavor was enjoyable though a bit too much cream for me. My preference would be for their chocolate cakes over other cake flavors here. Their apple pie is one of my favorite apple pies anywhere tho!

It's absolutely amazing, and the filling is very generous--it feels like heaven in every bite. Another favorite of mine is the chocolate layer cake: rich, velvety smooth chocolate that isn't overly sweet. The only thing I don't agree with is that they do not clearly tell customers that dining in adds an extra $1 charge to each item. Yes, check your receipt. I'm expected to tip my waitstaff and also pay an extra dollar per item just because I chose to dine in. For example, the cupcake is usually $4.75 to go, but they charged me an extra $1 for dining in. Their cake slices are usually $9.50 to go, but I was charged $10.50. I also tipped 20%, so the added charge felt frustrating, especially since there was no clear notice. When I asked the waitstaff about the $1 charge, she said it was entered that way because I dined in. When I later called about it, the manager simply said, "Next time, just order to go if you don't want to be charged extra." That response was disappointing, especially since there was no visible sign explaining this policy, and their dine-in menu does not show separate pricing. I really think management should fix this to avoid misleading customers. Transparency matters. Don't get me wrong--I would still come back because their cakes are amazing, but from now on, I'll always order everything to go.
