9:15 am on a Friday: Firstly, we stood at the counter for about 5 minutes, ignored by every employee, until the manager, who had walked past us multiple times, finally rung us up & took our drink orders. The pastries were fantastic, but sadly our drinks were not. We ordered the Korean Iced Milk Coffee, which we've had before & loved, but I believe we received regular Iced coffee. My daughter & I both had stomach aches after only a small amount. The place was crazy so I decided not to address the issue, so that is on me. I ordered a birthday cake for my mother's birthday and paid extra for the chocolate plaque with text. I wanted "chúc mừng sinh nhật" which is happy birthday in Vietnamese. Vietnamese uses the english alphabet but with accent marks so i assumed it would be pretty straight forward. I assumed wrong because of instead of calling or waiting until i arrived to clarify they thought it was perfectly fine to write question marks on my mother's cake. Recently opened the week before Thanksgiving and decided to pop in after seeing a movie nearby. They were about to close, and it was snowing, so I didn't take a lot of time to explore the menu. I chose a single slice of a chocolate cake, which I can't remember the exact name. Even at the end of the night, it was pretty good. They have an outdoor space with the quintessential black and white fabric rattan Parisian chairs, which will probably be nice to enjoy during warmer weather. I will definitely return! read more

10/10. TEN OUT OF TEN. I don't know how it was possible, I had high hopes, but they exceeded my expectations. Chocolate supreme croissant, raspberry almond croissant, cherry Greek yogurt danish, Pastel De Nata, Peppermint Mochi donut, and cream cheese donut. Everything was at its best, from flavor, to texture, to crunch. $28 bucks for my 6 pastries and worth every penny. I went mid day Sunday and a few things were out but they were in the process of refilling. I'm overly happy with all my first picks. I will be back to try out more. Beautiful cakes too. read more

What a surprise. I was looking for coffee and stumbled upon this spot. Located at the edge of a bustling mall area, the building is very accessible with ample parking. Walking into the store, I was met with a very clean and beautiful place full of patrons who seemed to be enjoying all that this restaurant had to offer. The pastries in the cases look amazing and appear very fresh. I tried a fresh baguette and a hot Americano...simple, I know--but that is how I usually judge a good patisserie. Both were excellent, as was the friendly service. I look forward to visiting again tomorrow morning. read more

Yay! I'm so glad Paris Baguette finally came to South Jersey! This location is a delight, and the quality of the pastries definitely lives up to the brand's reputation. You grab a tray and serve yourself, choosing from a wide variety of pastries, sandwiches, beverages, and more. I ordered a coffee and two pastries (pictured below), and everything was delicious! Do keep in mind that it can get a little pricey if you pick up multiple treats- but in my opinion, it's still absolutely worth it. The café is also experiencing a bit of disorganization, likely because it's new and was a little busy at the time, but I'm confident that will improve over time. Finally made it there and wow, what a treat this place is. I'd first visited one when we were staying up in NYC, so it's great to see the open a very similar store down here with all the expected goodies. Today I was really craving croissants and theirs were absolutely delicious. The ambiance is bright, colorful and clean and the two staff members were very helpful. It's not inexpensive, but the prices are very fair for ultra-high-quality, fresh, authentically made baked goods. read more

Warning: Check your receipts. I've been noticing they're ringing up more expensive items than what I'm purchasing on multiple occasions. I've been going here once a week and getting the caprese which is supposed to be $8.50 but keep getting charged for a chipotle chicken baguettes instead- which is $1.50 more. That adds up each time and every dollar counts in this economy. Also the donuts are all being rung up as king cream donuts. Everything is packaged beautifully; however, nothing is clean ingredient-wise and tastes like it was made a month ago. Paris Baguette hasn't been opened long and unfortunately it has not taken long for their service to start slipping. I visited this evening about an hour before closing. They had limited items available. I got a peanut crumb which was stale. The check out counter was not clean. Crumbs all over. There was a tray with food just sitting off to the side and the prep area was quite messy too. The place wasn't busy when we arrived so I would think that was a good time for the girls at the register to clean. I used the bathroom and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day! Truly disappointing!! There was a young man cleaning the seating area...hopefully he will make it to the bathroom! read more

Great place, a bit small, but it's usually very clean. I went there today and got great pastries, including a chocolate croissant, chocolate cream bread, and a garlic & cheese quiche. Service is okay at best, the wait times are very long, and the coffee takes forever to get. We asked for Korean Iced Milk Coffees and ended up getting regular ones instead. I've been to the Paris Baguette location in Philadelphia in the past and always had a good experience, so I was really excited when one opened near my home. Unfortunately, my visit last night was disappointing. When I walked in, it seemed like the manager was training, but he appeared very frustrated, and no one greeted us at all. The overall atmosphere felt tense. The pastry display was mostly empty, which was surprising. I ordered what I believe was the cinnamon churro doughnut, which was almost $5. It was very hard and not at all what I expected. I also tried the Ghirardelli hot chocolate and a churro latte. The Ghirardelli hot chocolate was the only item I enjoyed. The churro latte was probably a 2 out of 10 for me. I was really looking forward to this location, so this experience was a letdown. I love absolutely everything about this place. Been going there since the week they open. The manager David is wonderful and so friendly and helpful. This place just sucks. I've given them multiple chances and every time I get a drink from here it doesn't taste anything like it's supposed to. It's either so milky or doesn't taste like the described flavor. It always takes forever and there is never anywhere to stand and you always feel like you're in peoples ways. This place is a scam. I ordered things for pick up, one of my things (a $6 donut) was not with my order but there was a mochinut. I went to the counter and the apathetic teen told me that's what they replace things with if they don't have what you originally ordered. They replace a $6 item with a $3 item... I said that wasn't fair and I got a shoulder shrug from the employee. So I went into the app to lodge a complaint and there is nowhere to do that, best I can do is provide cafe feedback. I cafe feedback'ed twice and got no response. There is nowhere on their site or app to speak to customer service and conveniently my order history disappeared, so I'm reduced to commenting on their social media to warn other consumers of their shady practices. Went to this location for the first time and it will definitely be my last. Was pretty excited to try the new Nutella lineup, however none were even in stock upon arrival. Even the other pastries were almost empty. Place seemed pretty dirty as well and overall just not well run. Pastries were very good and service was very nice. The place though was very dirty! It was Sunday @ approx. 8 am. We ordered our food and sat down to eat. First thing we notices was all the crumbs and trash still on the floor all over. Maybe it was a bad day prior and didn't have time to clean from the night before. We'll definitely try another time. Just hope management see's this and corrects the issue. Hate to see a place go down quickly and go out of business. read more
