While I definitely consider myself to be a fan of Paris Baguette, I have to admit that the times we've been to this specific location have had a lot more to do with where it is than anything else. Being just a few blocks over from Disneyland/DCA, it's a super convenient stop to grab some coffee and/or breakfast on the way to the parks. However, it's the fact that it's at the Anaheim Gardenwalk that makes this place even more appealing! Compared to the other Paris Baguettes that I've been to, one thing that I like about this one is how it seems to be on the larger side, as it has a decent amount of seating/tables inside. More importantly, though, the baked goodies here actually looked better for some reason. Besides how everything is kept in enclosed cases (which they've implemented everywhere, thank goodness), it seemed like some of their items, like their hot dog/sausage buns, weren't as heavily slathered in sauces. Of course, it also didn't hurt that their seasonal menu was celebrating the company's Korean roots with some delicious looking options! -- SMOKED SAUSAGE BREAD - Smoked Sausage and Dijon Mustard on Cream Bread with Mozzarella and Ketchup I find Paris Baguette's hot dog/sausage buns to be a little hit-or-miss based on my mood, but this was solid. The sausage itself was decent, but the highlight for me was the cream bread (oh so soft) and how this wasn't heavy on ketchup or mustard. -- KOREAN BBQ PIZZETTA - Flaky Pizzetta Pastry Topped with Korean BBQ Shredded Beef, Red Onion, Melted Cheese, and Korean BBQ Mayo I hate that this was just a seasonal item for the spring because it was so good! The pastry was crisp and flaky while the beef itself was moist with a slight sweetness to it. Plus, I loved how cheesy this was, too - so good! -- VANILLA SWEET CREAM COLD BREW Typically, I usually just get a regular coffee here, but this was actually pretty good! The coffee had a nice punch of caffeine to it and I liked how the vanilla sweet cream wasn't overpowering nor overly sweet. As I mentioned already, the best thing about this Paris Baguette is that it's located at the Anaheim Gardenwalk, where we typically park when we're heading to the parks. The main reason is that the garage's rate is not only cheaper, but they also run promotions on top of that. The most recent one, for example, was that if you spent $20 or more at one of a handful of the complex's eateries, including Paris Baguette, and mentioned the deal, you'd get a validated code for $20 all-day parking. In our case, it actually ended up being free, but, regardless, it makes coming here that much more appealing - cheaper parking, breakfast, and coffee all in one quick stop! If all of that wasn't reason enough, another nice perk about this place is that it stays open relatively late (until 11pm). So, not only can you stop in here to get breakfast, but you can also pick up a sweet treat for dessert to cap off your night - waistline and diet be damned! read more

I recently visited Paris Baguette at the GardenWalk while looking for an iced coffee. With so many options in the area, I was pleasantly surprised to find a Paris Baguette there. One of the nice conveniences is that it's easily accessible from the Garden Walk parking structure. The café offers both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a comfortable spot to relax. I especially enjoyed sitting outside, chatting, and people-watching while enjoying my treats. I also appreciated the self-serve setup with trays and tongs, which made browsing the pastry selection easy and enjoyable. I had a great time picking out a few pastries, and I loved that they offered individual slices of cake instead of requiring you to buy a whole cake. I ordered an iced latte, but unfortunately, it wasn't my favorite. It was much sweeter and milkier than I expected, so it didn't quite satisfy the caffeine fix I was looking for. The pastries, however, were the best part of my visit. They were beautifully presented, tasted just as good as they looked, and definitely made the trip worthwhile. I also love the packaging, it looks well together and makes pastries or desserts a great option for gift-giving. I made a second purchase to go because everything looks so satisfying. Service was ok. There was two gentleman at the front doing the best they can but checking out seems so slow. When I came back for my drink and a cup of water, it took forever. So I did choose to come here am a hour before they close which I believe is a reasonable amount of time. I think there should I have been a sign or at least I could've been notified they wouldn't be able to heat up anything. I feel because this location is in a very populated area that they would be more welcoming. Now I understand if I would've showed up 30 minutes or less before they close but I didn't they were still a whole hour. There was about 4 staff member there and it wasn't busy at all. I did end up putting back a couple items because why would I want a cold pizza or hot dog. My boyfriend and I left with just a slice of carrot cake . My son had a basketball tournament over at the Anaheim convention so we stopped here to grab a quick treat and drinks. They have a huge selection of treats, savory grab and go items and drinks. I came here for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. They heated up my sandwich which took a few and the s'mores iced latte came out in about 7 mins. Sandwich was decent for it being premade prior. Coffee was good, sweet and chocolatey, only downside were some of the hard topping that they added which melted and became very soft really quickly. So glad this location is open late, compared to their other locations. Paris is one of our go to bakeries and we love their cakes. They have a good variety of pastries, whether it be sweet or savory. I ended up being my typical self and grabbing a chocolate chip cookie as well as what I can best describe as a chocolate chip crescent stuffed with chocolate and covered in chocolate chips and chocolate drizzle (I'm a simple man, I like my chocolate). The gentleman working was friendly and was stuck working instead of seeing Cattle Decapitation like I was, so I hope that dude had a good night regardless. The chocolate chip cookie was just the right level of soft and tasted great, and the chocolate crescent thing was mad good as well, I especially liked the chocolate chips on top of it. Overall, Paris Baguette is a place you go to basically knowing what you are getting. Paris Baguette is my go-to spot for cakes on friends and family's birthday. Their cakes are all light and fluffy. It seems like they added more to their drink menu as well they have a new Dubai chocolate matcha and latte. They have seasonal strawberry, mango, and blueberry matcha. I ordered the mango matcha to try and got the blueberry yogurt cake slice. Their cake was more sweet than I remembered. The drink was good but the mango was overpowering and I didn't get too much matcha flavor. There's plenty of tables indoors to sit and chill.
