I say this knowing all quesadillas basically consist of the same thing: dough, meat, and cheese. This quesadilla was on another level because each of those ingredients were much better than what I've experienced before. The cheese was really the star of the quesadilla. It was so rich. It was very savory and the meat was tender. I don't eat a lot of authentic Mexican food but I know what good food tastes like. I definitely would recommend the birria tacos from La Cocina.

I usually call in my order because the line will be down the street on any the days they are around. The food... I've tried everything except the nachos (it's on my food bucket list). The brisket is good, the quesadillas are huge and so are the burritos. My favorite is the loco taco that has chicken and beef. It's as big as a burrito. You get chips and yummy salsa Fresca with every meal. Try em out and call ahead to avoid the wait.
