A completely different experience compared to GSP, Bergen Town Center, and Riverside... and I don't mean that in a good way. I remember coming to this mall as a child and having a blast. I came by yesterday on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty dead. I couldn't help but feel sad while I was walking through. It's like watching a very slow death... There's very limited shopping and dining options. Most of the stores have closed down. The few stores they do have are mostly smaller brands. The food court is mainly empty. There's just not much to DO here anymore. I'd say it's worth shopping here if you're only looking for a few items and want a very quiet shopping experience. No crowds, no parking issues, no long lines, no hassle. There's some notable brands like Macy's, Bath & Body Works, Old Navy, Sephora, Victoria's Secret, Ulta, Uniqlo, and Stew Leonard's. They have a Chick-fil-A and Panera. I really hope Paramus Park can return to its former glory.

The last time I visited here was prior to 2021. My family and I were staying at the nearby Fairfield Inn & Suites. We drove over because there was the threat of rain. We first stopped at the food court for a brief snack. The place has changed negatively since I last visited in 2020. Most of the food court businesses were closed. We were limited to getting a Nathan's hot dog. We noticed that there were buckets in this area collecting rainwater from the roof. Also the food court and the mall was not crowded. After we ate our hot dogs, I shopped at Macy's for some clothes. Even at Macy's there were fewer patrons than I last remember. Macy's seems to have the most customers.

I thought this small is very small because it has 2 levels and not that big. It is not that busy and crowded as other malls like the Westfield. There is a statue called "The Wild Turkey" on the 2nd level representing the mall, which consists of a Native American boy sitting on a big turkey. It looks very cool and very brown. The food court is kind of small in my opinion with Nori Japan, Chick fil A, Ray's #1 Pizza, Nathan's, and Cuban Eddie's to name a few. There are many seats throughout the whole food court. There is a mini playground area on the 2nd level for your kids to play in, which is in the food court area. There is also a paid playground called "Go Playland", which takes up most of the 2nd floor. I didn't see it quite busy the time that I went. It has slides and floor mats for obstacles to run and fool around in. Going to bring my daughter to this play area next time I'm there.

A Christmas wreath decorated with red and gold ornaments and lights hangs from the ceiling of Paramus Park mall. The wreath is positioned in front of a large glass ceiling, allowing a view of the mall's interior and upper levels. Below the wreath, a banner promotes orthopedic care services at Atlantic Medical Group, located in the Paramus Pavilion. The mall features seasonal decorations, including additional wreaths and holiday ornaments visible in the background.

The mall is the busiest. I've seen it in a long time. I'm sure because of the holidays. It seems as if half the stores are now gone, but one of my favorites Macy's is still an Anchor store. I always seem to get some good buys. For the most part, the prices are reasonable at Macy's. Some of the other stores that are still there that I frequent are Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, and Loft.

It's a shame I remember working here years ago. Always busy and every store filled. Now half the mall is closed up. Still kept well maintained. Bathrooms always cleaned. Security personnel pretty much everywhere you look. They have car charging stations now. It's a shame. Btw I'm hoping the vending machine was new or there's definitely a problem at the mall.

This mall stands out as one of the busiest in the area, but not as bad as Westfield Garden State Plaza. I consider this place to be not overly packed due to the size, and also it's a 1-floor mall, with the expectation of a food court on the 2nd level. Most of the stores I saw carry common retail names and even names that you wouldn't imagine. There is a Stew Leonard's which is connected to, and to my surprise, I didn't expect to find one here. Chick-fli-a is another, and also L.L. Bean to name a few. The food court is a decent size, with a variety of foods to choose from, and enough tables to fit people. Waiting in line can be a bit of a struggle when it gets long, leaving small room for people to walk by, especially Chick-fli-a. I saw a couple of food places closed. The hallways look well-kept up, and the mall itself looks active with plenty of stores to venture into. Consider stopping at Paramus Park.

The image shows the interior of Paramus Park mall with a high glass ceiling allowing natural light. A large vertical banner advertising healthcare services hangs prominently. Several shoppers, including a group of five women and a few individuals, walk across the open tiled floor. A large tree with green foliage is situated in the foreground, and storefronts such as Kids Palace and L.L. Bean are visible on the upper level. Security personnel are present near the bottom right corner.

There are some people but not overcrowded, and it could be because during the weekdays. Some stores space are vacant, and same to the food court space. There are Starbucks, Chick-fil-a , Philly Cheesesteaks, and more. Clean mall and still a good hangout place for families.

SANTA IS IN TOWN YAY!!! While passing through...Paramus Park Mall offers exceptional service with knowledgeable staff eager to assist shoppers. The diverse selection of stores caters to various tastes, from a few high-end brands to budget-friendly options. The value for money is evident, with frequent sales and promotions, making it a satisfying shopping destination for a range of budgets.

A large outdoor chess set with oversized black and white chess pieces is arranged on a black and white checkered chessboard mat in a shopping mall. The mall features tiled flooring, storefronts such as Swarovski, and an entrance to Paramus Park dental. The chess pieces are made of a sturdy material, and the setup is in an open area near the mall's entrance and retail shops.

A very small but manageable indoor mall. There are are some basic but well-known stores, such as Victoria Secret, Macys, Express, Chicos, Old Navy, and Ann Taylor Loft, as well as a large Stew Leonard's grocery store, plus a smaller food court on the upper level. There's ample parking and even charging stations for electric cars. The store selections are more affordable and not high-end, and it's pretty easy to navigate this shopping center.

New location for the play area, in the second floor food court.

Note that the children's play area has been moved to the second floor food court. Otherwise, not much else is different. A Uniqlo has opened and a Stew Leonard's is coming soon.

One of my favorite malls. I like that it's smaller and doesn't get too crowded, perfect to go with my little one.

They don't have as many stores as garden state plaza but it is a much calmer shopping experience.

My Jimmy Choo Nightmare -- A Cautionary Tale I splurged over…read more$700 on a pair of Jimmy Choo sandals. Seven hundred dollars. For that kind of money, you'd expect exceptional quality, right? Wrong. I wore them exactly ONE time, and the sole was already worn down. One wear. Let that sink in. So I called their customer service, and that's where the real nightmare began. For two months -- TWO MONTHS -- they gave me the runaround. They refused to replace the shoes. They refused a refund. Eventually, after endless calls and emails, they graciously agreed to repair them for free -- even though at first they wanted to charge me for the repair of their own defective product. Then they handed the shoes off to UPS... and UPS lost them. For a month. After yet another month of back and forth, the shoes were finally repaired and returned. And the cherry on top? Their idea of compensation for this entire ordeal was -- wait for it -- a whopping 10% discount on my next purchase. My next purchase?! There will be no next purchase. Ever. Let me be clear: I paid luxury prices and received dollar-store customer service. Months of my time wasted, zero accountability, and an insultingly small discount as a "sorry." Shame on you, Jimmy Choo. Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. If this is how you treat the people who spend hundreds of dollars on your brand, you don't deserve a single one of them. Save your money, friends. #JimmyChoo #NeverAgain #WorthCustomerService #LuxuryFail #ShameOnYou #CustomerServiceNightmare

There are also many restaurants like Cheesecake Factory and True Food Kitchen. There's a ramen store coming in soon. In addition, you can enjoy some entertainment like AMC in the mall. Decoration is always sparkly.
