I literally live 5 minutes walk from this place. My wife and I have come here often. Since April or May of 2022 this place has gone WAY down hill! The new female manager is rude, disorganized, and turned this place in to a bad episode of Kitchen Nightmares. They refuse to seat anyone within 30 minutes of closing time. And they seem to have twice the number of employees now, but service is twice as slow!! The last time we came here, they refused to seat us and told us 8:30 was the cut off. Tonight, we arrived at 7:50, and she refused to seat us again! What costs me $60 at this restaurant, I can make at home for $20. I come here for the convenience and because some times I just don't want to cook. If they don't do something about the management here, it's done, it will never survive.. There was a young guy that ran this place since it opened, that was very respectful and organized, they need him back! BTW, there's amazing food and service next door at Smoke and Fire! read more

Feb. 4 @ 7:30 pm First of all, I arrive at the designated time for my online pick up order, I told my name to two employees and they go to the back and check nothing. Yet they tell me nothing so I assume I have to wait. I wait another 30 minutes only to have -who I assume is the lead front of the house employee- help a DIFFERENT pick up order that came a long time after me. Confused I get up and ask her how much longer for my order- she then asked for my name AGAIN she looks to the counter gets my order and says - I quote - "I'm sorry" in a snarky and laughing tone. My food was COLD and SOGGY. They did not provide any napkins, salt/pepper, or limes. They forgot an order of garlic bread when I ordered two. & They also forgot my rice. I don't know what exactly was going through their minds, while they kept talking the entire time, but they need to focus as they are at work, not flirting with each other, nor pretending to clean. I was immediately welcomed by my server Alberto who sat me and was quick to offer drinks and appetizers. I ordered the jalapeño poppers and they were cooked to perfection! It was fairly busy but I was still being consistently checked on by Alberto. My tiger shrimp were brought out within 10 minutes of ordering. As a seafood lover, I have high expectations. I ordered shrimp lovers with corn and sausage, garlic noodles and garlic bread. The food was not impressive. The shrimp was tender, the flavor of the sauce was just ok. The corn was not fresh, the garlic noodles were somewhat dry. My daughter ordered the snow crab legs and again, not impressed. We came here September 5 at 3:30pm-4:21pm the service was horrible. They messed up on our order they kept forgetting my husband drinks we had to tell the server about the drink. The food was okay. Even after seeing so many negative reviews went to try to give this place some good stars but it was bad as soon as we got there we noticed there was a lot of tables that were not occupied in the patio but all very dirty and not picked up overall maybe 10 tables only three of them were being used the rest had trash and food on top we stepped by the door nobody even acknowledged us we stood there for a while till one young man asked us if we were waiting for a table? Like yesss sur.. and he walked away he said he was gonna clean a table for us but give it to somebody else That had just walked there we still stayed standing there for another while till one young man came out of the back kitchen And I told him that we had been waiting for a table n he sat us but he didn't even mention his name told us a waiter will be with us or anything just walked away they all look like they were very mad they did have plenty of servers and waitresses they look like they would just work in their area of tables to serve they would walk by our table just look at us but not even ask if somebody had already helped us most of the girls except one short one that had highlights but most of the brunettes they were all on their phone texting literally right next to our table while we were waiting to even be asked what drinks we wanted after over 20 minutes I stood up and spoke to one young man that was by the register I asked him if someone can at least take our drinks and he was like who is your waitress I told him we didn't even have one he's like don't worry I got you he went and took our drinks he did mention to us that he was going to get as a waitress but at the end he's like I'll just end up taking your order myself he was actually very professional very nice and helpful He got us our food super fast every this was delicious and honestly the overall food and experience with him was great my stars go to that maybe the other workers should learn a little from him his name was Jordan good job!!! The most important thing when it comes to seafood boils is the sauce and theirs was quite watery if I were to compare it to Kickin Crab. All of the seafood was lukewarm at best. This is probably the only seafood boil place I've been to that is actually spicy. My boyfriend and I have been to at least four others and the spicy is never spicy. So we went here and let me tell you I started crying. It was perfect for my boyfriend but it left me in tears! It's a typical seafood boil place with friendly staff. I've been placing an order from here since they opened and I always place an order more than $100 each time I order from here. I use to live maybe about 5 minutes from them but we moved to Orange County but still drove to place an order with them. After checking our order once we got home, they gave us the wrong order and I tried to call and let them know but they told us that their policy is to check our order before we leave. I have to say, compared to other popular Cajun seafood joints, Stinkin Crawfish's unique flavor profile in their sauce beats out all other competitors, hands down. All the food is fresh and delightful, you can taste every bit of garlic and Cajun in the sauce. The fries were fresh and crisp, hats off to the cooks for being on top of it. Don't get me started on the service. I got to talk to every one of the servers during my meal, as they all came to check on our table. They made me feel like I was a part of the Stinkin Crawfish family. 5 stars for the food, service, and all around experience. A girl with a rude tone of voice comes and says I'm the manger Brianna who needs me ?
