It's a very veggie forward pizza, which I was fine with. I was full after two slices. I thought his pizza would be super heavy, but is was not! The base was chili that tasted a LOT like Tommy's, so we were happy with it. There is a layer of cheddar cheese, some pastrami, and lots of pickles. I picked up on the chili flavor more than anything. Lunch was $40 for the two pizzas, a beer, and an iced tea. If we lived closer I am sure we would have them again, but it wasn't great enough to make a trip out to Cerritos again.

This guy consistently goes above and beyond, and our most recent visit was no exception. What really sets Alberto apart is how he anticipates everything. He checked on our spice tolerance mid-boil to make sure it wasn't overwhelming, and he kept the wet wipes and extra lemon coming without us lifting a finger. The food was phenomenal as always but Alberto's energy and genuine care elevated the whole experience. He's friendly, efficient, funny without being over-the-top, and clearly passionate about making sure everyone leaves happy and stuffed.
