Paramount Cafe is a great little coffee shop right in the heart of downtown. The location is great, the history is great, the space is great. I only stopped in for a quick coffee, and not being from the area this was my only experience, so I don't have a lot to go on here, but I really enjoyed my quick trip to Paramount. The coffee was good, the staff was friendly, and (minus the Saturday morning crowds) this seems like the type of place that I'd really enjoy hunkering down with a good book. read more

I really wanted to like this place. 4 out of 5 stars for their coffee. I got the caramelicious and it was perfectly sweet. Their food options were not great. My husband got the veggie potatoe bowl and I got the bagel. First the egg veggie bowl were little plastic bowls that were microwaved. Although it was from Loveland Colorado, the presentation could have been better. Although it's microwaved, I don't want to know it is. Lastly, the reason for the three stars, was the vast amount of flies. The place is really cute, but the flies really ruined the ambiance. Best advice: buy your coffee to go. read more

Cute little cafe in the heart of Cheyenne. Stopped through here on our way back to Omaha, NE from Fort Collins in need of coffee and sustenance. Great iced americanos and a few pastry options, plus a cooler with yogurt and other prepared goodies. Friendly staff and plenty of seating inside if you'd like to stay awhile. read more

Very cool old theatre-turned-cafe in downtown Cheyenne. We happened upon this place on our way across the country. The drinks were good. I got the MO-35 (or something like that), which was chai + espresso and it was pretty good. My mom got a latte, which was just a latte. I'd come back here to try the other interesting drinks they make (if I lived nearby). read more

I just moved to Cheyenne a few months ago and so far we have traveled to Fort Collins to go to those "chill hippy coffee houses". I was so excited to find this place in Cheyenne!! Had a great time at The Paramount Cafe. I had a decaf Americano, and it was very good. Didnt try the food, though, so I cant speak to that. Luke and Sadie were behind the counter, serving a ton of guests. The place was busy, but comfortable. I'll definitely go back. read more

I absolutely love the coffee here but the only this was that I came in one morning and some guy who didn't work here was gossiping with one of the girl employees while I was ordering my drink and it just was very unprofessional and I felt uncomfortable but other than disrespectful service, the coffee is wonderful. read more

Not sure you could even call if coffee. We got americanos and regular drip coffee and all were EXTREMELY watery. When he said the Americano had 3 shots espresso I thought woohoo! When he put it on the counter I actually thought it was someone else's iced tea because I was so diluted looking. Tasted as watery as it looked. Staff was very friendly though. read more

I also totally love the open library. Take a book, bring in a book. Lovely! Everything was clean, and I think they have made great use out of the space! I positively recommend this place. read more
