Excellent coffee, and relaxing atmosphere in downtown Cheyenne. Their coffee is brewed overnight using a cold brew process which results in a very smooth coffee. I had the white mocha latte, and a regular drip coffee to go. Both choices were excellent. read more

It's a cute shop with occasional entertainment and decent coffee. I like their location and their wifi is good enough.

I think the clerk was disgruntled at me for walking in before they opened(I also disturbed her smoke break). The door was wide open. I just chilled in a chair until she was ready though, no big deal. I dig that they have almond milk for lattes:) Not stellar, but not bad. read more

Being fairly new to Cheyenne, I am already a huge fan of this fantastic little coffee shop! They have unique, delicious espresso options (I highly recommend the MO-35), and great coffee. They also receive high marks from me for decor and ambiance. I have yet to try their breakfast or bubble tea (yep, they have bubble tea!!), but I am looking forward to trying both in the near future! read more

Without a doubt my favorite coffee shop in Cheyenne. Delicious coffee and teas. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is they need to crack down on the homeless that congregate in there and use the bathrooms. Came to this coffee place to meet a classmate for some study time and to use their free wifi. It was a warm day, for Cheyenne, and the place was stuffy. They had a very small AC unit at the back of the place, so I set up camp there. I needed a place to plug my laptop into, and since their outlets were seriously lacking, I was forced to sit in these oversized cloths chairs. I immediately smelled strong body odor once I sat down. Gross. Get some new chairs or febreeze those things occasionally. The carpet underneath the chairs were stained and looked waxy from its apparent old age. There were flies that continually dive bombed our study session. Again, gross. I got a white mocha frap and was alittle disappointed in their high prices. The girls behind the counter were friendly and quick to call my name when my beverage was ready. It was cold and tasty. Wouldn't order food at this place with all the flies hanging out. The wifi worked great. The building and overall ambiance does have historical charm. read more

The only reason my husband and I came to the paramount cafe is to try their bubble tea. We've been looking for a good bubble tea place for what seems like forever and had high hopes after reading Yelp reviews. It's a pretty big building. It has two lower floor lobbies you can lounge around in and they're renovating the top floor to create more space. The atmosphere of the cafe is very warm and inviting. Quiet enough to focus on any important work you have going on but comfortable enough to enjoy conversation. The staff at the counter wasn't the friendliest around. They didn't smile once while we were there. My husband ordered taro with tapioca and I ordered watermelon with strawberry pearls. The tapioca was very hard and clumped together at the bottom of the drink. Both drinks melted very quickly and were too sweet. They use powder to flavor their drinks and they leave a chalky after taste. Both bubble teas tasted like milk and sugar. The strawberry pearls tasted fine but I won't be returning just for those. The total price for the drinks came to $9.01 - not worth it. read more

The paramount cafe has the best cafe mocha in town! The enivornment is chill and laid back with awesome art on the walls. It has a more personal feel than any of the other million coffee cafes in town. Its local, it has great drinks, and it feels like home. This place said on Yelp that it was open until 9. Got there at 8 and they rather coldly told us they had closed at 7. Left disappointed and went to Starbucks. Must not be as good as some of the reviews say if they can't get business after 7 PM. read more

I come here almost every day and the staff is always friendly no matter who's working. I like to try different things and have discovered that I prefer their house coffee iced, (it is very strong when black), the chocolate bubble tea with strawberry bubbles is the best, and the mint chocolate chip frappe is pretty great. I like that I don't have to rely on Starbucks for my coffee needs. The Paramount is fantastic! The inside atmosphere is very relaxed and comfy and I lob how they change up the art work from time to time. If you're stopping in Cheyenne or just looking for something other than Starbucks, I highly recommend this place! read more

Great addition to Cheyenne. I have seen improvements happening constantly since the opening. The coffee tastes great but often isn't hot enough even when I ask for it extra hot. I would also like to see more seating especially in the gallery space. read more

When somebody says, "Let's meet for coffee," I usually suggest Paramount. I love the historic location, friendly baristas and comfy seating. The owners are turning this little corner of Cheyenne into something special. I'm glad they have bought the Majestic building next door. I was visiting my daughter in Cheyenne recently and stopped into this cafe to have some coffee. Instead of coffee, I tried the Bubble Tea.... OMG I have never had this before -- and it was the best! My daughter tried the Hot Snow and she said she is hooked!! Now I know where she will been hanging out all day... I love this place!! It was very clean and the people were extremely nice! The Paramount Cafe is a great independently owned coffee shop located in the heart of Downtown Cheyenne, Wyoming. It is located in what was the Paramount Theater.
