Time and time again, they've been professional, kind, and great at conversations! I'm sensitive to pain, but they're amazing at making conversation to try and distract me from the hair removal pain. They've since closed their Black Mountain location, but the Carmel Mountain location is clean, has plenty of parking, and is easy to find and drive to. They offer tap to pay, and QR codes to pay whichever staff does your service. I personally have the brow tab, which gives you 6 brow threadings for the price of 5.
