I have been looking to find a DC that has a fitness background so i know he or she will understand my issues being that i weight lift. I have seen a few DC's and did help fix some of my issues but never fixed my shoulder issue. I went in about a week and a half ago. It was a bit hard to find the place because it doesn't stand out but I Loved the environment it was very calming. Went in for neck issues due to anxiety/stress. I absolutely love this place. I was suffering from anxiety so bad that I was tensing up my neck and shoulders. I was beginning to have a numbing sensation on the side of my head and face. I also had jaw pain and vertigo. I was starting to convince myself that I had MS. He let me know that my neck was so tense that I was causing the weird symptoms on my head. After He adjusted me I felt so much better . The day the weird sensation on the side of my head, the jaw pain, and neck pain was gone. I'm going through a lot of stress at home and my anxiety and vertigo has not completely gone away but it is a little better. I always look forward to coming to this place. Came in to see Dr. CONTRERAS for an assessment. She advised that cupping and acupuncture for my neck and shoulder pain. She was very informative and explained each step of the procedure. I'm very sensitive to deep tissue massages so was a bit nervous to try both procedures. It was painless to me and My neck and shoulder pain lessened. I also slept great that night. Great place I encourage others to see both doctors. The place is very clean never had an issues with being seen even if I show up last minute they do their best to see me (best to make appointment). Yepez and Contreras have amazing knowledge about chiropractic and Acupuncture I have a lot of trust in them. I had my baby 8 months ago, after delivering her my tail bone started hurting. I went to 3 different chiropractors and none were able to help with the pain. I am the kind of person that has never been to a chiropractor because I have never been severely injured or have never had surgery. However, one year ago, I woke up with a pinched nerve on the left hand side of my neck and could not move it side to side, I panicked and called out of work since I couldn't move my neck. My sister referred me to Dr. Yepez, so I contacted his office and they were able to see me on the same day. The office staff was very courteous when I checked in and made me feel very comfortable. When I met Dr. Yepez, he was very thorough and validated the pain level that I was experiencing. He explained what he was doing during the session and also explained how I would be for the next couple of days. I was happy to return to work the next day and be able to move my neck. I went back to see him for some readjusting on my back. Since I am a college counselor, I sit on the computer for a living and have been experiencing neck issues and signs of carpal tunnel due to being on the computer for the past 10 years of my career.
