They were very on top of their responses and customer service was always professional and amazing. Down to the bottom line, i was more excited than a kid waiting for christmas to get this procedure. I went it and they were very hospitable since i had to bring my 2 kids who waited in the waiting room. The ambiance was very relaxed and real. The personalities werent fake and made you feel more at ease. There was an no one at fault hiccup whoch made me freak out abd the nurse was so patient and helpful and calming thru the entire ordeal. She even called after to make sure i was okay. She let me look in the mirror and pick apart the results before the swelling set in. The recovery was brutal and panicy. I recommend not looking in the mirror for at least 3 days. I went in for a follow up and again, all my expectations and wants were met with fantastic professional results after goibg thru multiple options. All i can say is, being my own worst critic tonight i looked in the mirror 2 weeks post procedure. And for the first time in 34 years i love the reflection looking back at me. I wish i had done this sooner and i will be going back. They earned a lobg term client and im here to tell everyobe to come 3bcause theyre amazibg, professional, welcoming, fairley priced ((esp for boston)) and the results were beyond expectations! Melissa was the obe who did all my procedures and shes fantastic. Thank you all so much!

I purchased a Groupon for this business and have experienced completely nonexistent customer…read moreservice. I first used the contact form on their website to book--no one responded. I then called and left a voicemail, which was ignored. Instead, I received an automated text asking me to send all of my personal details and credit card information over text message. When I replied with my info but stated I was uncomfortable texting my credit card number, the automated system told me to call. I called again, left another voicemail, and never received a call, email, or text back. I even texted the number back to let them know I left a voicemail, and I was still completely ignored. It shouldn't be this difficult or sketchy just to schedule an appointment.

I love coming to Capelli Chic and working with Jay!…read more It doesn't matter that I live an hour away - the drive is more than worth it. The salon is bright and cute and well stocked with Living Proof (my fav!) products as well as Kevin Murphy that I love being able to conveniently pick up for my husband while I'm there. Speaking of convenience, it's so helpful to be able to pay and tip via Venmo. Jay is an absolute master who can really do it all. Her coloring skills are second to none - she has made me a perfectly toned (SO HARD to find someone who can tone perfectly!!!) bleach blonde as well as brunette. When I asked her to get me back to my natural color she got it perfectly blended in one seemingly effortless shot. Amazing cuts too. I'm able to give her barely any instruction and she knows just what to do with my face shape and hair texture. Also able to give me manageable bangs as well as able to help me grow them out when the time came. And to top it all off I always leave the salon with a blowout that makes me feel like a celeb ready to take on the world. Almost don't want to recommend her just so I can keep her secretly to myself and not have to wait for appointments lol. Book with Jay and you won't be sorry.
