My New Go-to-Place for Manis and Pedis!!! Last Saturday morning, I made an appointment for later that afternoon. Stella was wonderful and patient helping me choose from an array of colors. First, I had a Shea Spa Pedi $35. This price was five dollars less than another place in the area. I received an excellent foot and calf massage along with a beautifully and meticulously done pedi by a tech(sorry I forgot your name). Next, Stella did an Amazing Gel Mani!!! Originally, I had chosen a pinky gel colored polish. While I was getting my nails prepped, I noticed a tech who had a lovely shade of gray on her nails. I asked Stella if I could have that color instead. There was no problem at all. I was truly happy with the outcome of my manicure. Most of all, I received excellent overall customer service from everyone! The Gel Mani was $25 and Shea Spa Pedi was $35 totaling $60. The place is very clean. A private parking lot is available. Definitely, I will be returning!!! read more

Have never really had a great experience there but yesterday took the cake. Got the quickest manicure of my life and my daughter also got a manicure and her nails are chipping!! Has not even been 24 hours!! They seem really warm and friendly with their regulars but we got a little if the third class citizen treatment. The parking and location is very convenient. It's too bad but not a great nail place. read more

I love it here! I can always count on them for a quick gel mani and regular pedicure. They will always take walk-ins and do a pretty decent job of sticking to appointments. **Note: Please read the entire review because I wanted to like this place-- a very good friend of mine who's opinion I trust recommended it after she had gone there a few times. All I can think is that they gave it their all when they opened and now you can see they raised their prices (all their price signs are written over in black marker) but did not keep up their services. I went in on a Thursday and saw it was busy--I just wanted to get a business card with their times. I returned the next day to get a basic manicure -- $10. They took me right away but it took close to 45 minutes to complete this manicure, which wasn't due to being meticulous, just slow. It was odd to me that they never had me wash my hands during the manicure--I had to request to because my hands were feeling sticky. After drying my nails I left, and noticed when I got home that my nails had little bubbles all over them--odd. I get my nails done 1x/week with essie polishes for so many years, and have never seen this. I noticed the next day that a few of my nails were chipped--less than 24 hours later! I happened to have dinner that night with my friend who recommended the place who said she got her french manicure done on Thursday night and all her white was chipping like crazy too--2 days later! I went in on Sunday asking for them to fix it. I requested a polish change (free of charge, one would figure!?) and I was accused of having ruined my nails on purpose by the manager--yet, I was asking for the same color I had chosen on Friday. She said she would touch up the chips but wasn't giving a free manicure. I told her not to bother because I could accomplish that on my own at home, and she said I should choose a new salon next time because she didn't want me to bad mouth her salon. Well, anyone who doesn't want my patronage and money and is going to turn me away after they give a bad service should be bad mouthed. You can check out my other reviews and it is VERY RARE I give a bad review. But this was just ridiculous--both my friend and I will not be returning to pay for such bad service. read more

Not a bad nail salon! The staff is nice! I came in on a Saturday morning around 10AM and they were busy! I had to wait 20 minutes (not a big deal) and then I got a pedicure and manicure. While getting my pedicure I saw many women waiting next. I guess next time I'll have to make an appointment so that's not me hahah. I love when they do the paraffin wax on your feet! My pedicure and manicure (regular polish) altogether only was$25! Not bad! They also do facials and waxing here. The reason why my review is getting 3 stars is because the pedicure chair I was in had looked broken down and the massage chair remote's label was partially peeling off and seemed very old. read more

Stopped by this place on a Sunday morning and was pleased to see they were open. Handmade sign in the window advertised $20 for a Mani/Pedi. Staff was nice and everything seemed clean. Standard pedicure came with a longer-than-usual foot massage with hot stones and parrafin wax for heels. Manicure was pretty standard but found that it lasted a long time so I'm thinking they used a good top coat. Would have given 5 stars but when I returned 2 weeks later the price had increased to $30. Still worth it, but not as great of a value. Will still be returning though. read more

PSA from my Daughter... "Walked in for a normal acrylic fill. I moved here from California (with a full set) to Caldwell for School (needed a fill). I was immediately told the price and was floored. I settled for a manicure and asked if they could simply remove the acrylics. Here I am with MOST of my acrylics removed but you can clearly see old acrylics under my new paint job. This is bad and I cannot believe I walked out paying for this service. I really should have negotiated for the nail polish they used to paint all over my fingers and nails." This nail salon is filthy. The equipment is old and the furniture is mismatched and torn up. The pedicure chairs are old and uncomfortable. Dirty floors and shelving. Certainly not a luxury experience! I will never go back. read more

Standard nail salon. Nothing big. I would give such a place 3 stars but the one woman was coughing all over my friends as they had their nails done. It was absolutely disgusting. On top of that, they were pretty rough with my nails. I had to ask the woman to be careful. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon. read more

Been going here 3 times in the past few months. Basics: it is clean, bright, and seems sanitary. I have never had an issue with the work they have done. (Gel Mani/reg pedi) Pros: easy to schedule an appointment, decent prices, good location/parking. love the selection of gels(why doesn't everyone use gel these days?!?!) Cons: it CAN take a while here, but i never feel like i am sitting not having work done. CASH TIP(not that big of a deal, its very common). not a walk in kind of place, you will wait a while. and yes, like many other salons, most employes speak english as a second language(not unusual). read more

This is my favorite nail salon in the area, and the most price appropriate. I always go in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure for $40. Anywhere else in the area is $60. The women are all polite and do a good job. I am always able to wait 2-3 weeks before returning because of the great quality of the gel and never need to make an appointment. Never. Again. Came in with my 2 friends waited about 20 minutes, took 2 for a pedicure while I got my gel mani. Finished that in 20 minutes, while my friends were getting pedicures, sat in the pedicure chair for a pedicurist about a half hour to come start my pedicure, which was horrible, painful, and way too long for a BAD pedicure. My other 2 friends stood around for about a half hour waiting for someone to do their gel manis, one of my friends needed to soak, on one put foils on her so there's another 10 minutes of waiting for a mani to start. Gel mani was painful as well. I used to come here all the time for my eyebrows. And won't even come back for that. And the people are RUDE. They knew we were all pissed too, they were whispering in Spanish to each other. Jokes on them, my friend speaks Spanish. HORRIBLE customer service. An hour and a half for a mani pedi? Nope. I typically don't write reviews, even on places I love, but this is second visit where I have experienced the worst energy and service. First time was while getting a pedicure months ago and the woman was absolutely un-polite, brought, rushing, etc. She kept rolling her eyes as if I were doing something wrong. I asked her what was wrong and she had no response. Just today I decided to try it again after several months and I got what seems to be the owner. Same experience, I wasn't even seated to a minute and the energy was unfriendly, unprofessional, unaccommodating. It seems she didn't like it when I requested her to cut my nails shorter than she was doing so I stood up and walked out just as she was starting. Couldn't sit through even a fifteen minute manicure with such terrible service and energy. What a shame because it is right across from where I live but now I know it is better to simply drive elsewhere. Nail salons are a dime a dozen, she should care more about how her customers are handled. read more
