They took my order over the phone and had it ready within 2 hours. The bouquet looked exactly like it did online and the colors with very vibrant. However, when I called online I had only left one note: please replace the roses in the bouquet as the recipient is allergic to roses. They left at least 10 roses in the bouquet. As good of a value as they are, I am wary to go back if they are ignoring something like this. Edit: I just compared the photo online to the bouquet I received, and they just replaced the white roses with purple roses. So they did change them, it was just to the same exact flower type she was allergic to. read more

This florist is as good as it gets. Not only are the flowers beautiful and fresh but their customer service is among the best. Customers always come first. This is refreshing in today's day. The Paradise Flower Shop made my birthday celebrations a success. Thank you. read more

My sister and I decided to support local flower shop and order Mother's Day flowers deliver to my mom. Can't believe how small of a bouquet she received. We paid $90 for this bouquet! So small! No way this is a $90 bouquet. Extremely disappointed. Will not be ordering from here again. Save yourself money and order somewhere else. read more

After I received a subpar birthday bouquet from another florist (via an online flower behemoth), my Mom called FTD and they rectified the situation by sending flowers from a local place, Paradise Flowers. OMG! The flowers are absolutely beautiful!! (yellow roses, small sunflowers, daisies, pink carnations, etc.) I gasped when I opened the package because the flowers were so pretty. Thank you so much, for creating such a nice arrangement! This bouquet certainly brightens my day and I couldn't be happier. read more

Love this place!!! Ordered flowers this morning for my mom. I chose the designers choice so I didn't even get to see them at first. I was a little skeptical but I guess you never know until you try. My mom called me an hour and a half later she had already received them and LOVED THEM!! They look great. So glad I trusted them. Will be using them again! Thank you. read more

Redownloaded Yelp JUST to warn you. Do not order from here. Heed my warning. ++ So disappointed. This shop with ruin your special day- AVOID. Ordered flowers for Valentine's 3 weeks before to be delivered 10AM - 4PM. The day before I called and asked if the flowers were good to go. They said yes. 2PM comes around, I call and they said all flowers are out and they should be getting there. 4PM comes around, I call and they said there's a chance the flowers won't make it. The day of Valentine's. When I can't order a replacement. The worst part? They wouldn't have even told me. I had to call three times to get an answer of "it won't make it out there." They called back at 5:30PM on Valentine's to ask if they can deliver it the next day, citing "high volume" of orders that day. No way...ON VALENTINE'S?!? Completely unprofessional. You TRY to support local businesses and this is what you get. HUGE disappointment. I'm going with Amazon flowers next time and forego this whole train wreck of a flower shop/delivery service. They ruined my day. read more

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING!!!!! Completely terrific company! Disgusting bunches were delivered. Two bunches were delivered. Both of them were terrible. They put carnation flowers instead of roses!!! "Guaranteed delivery before 12:00" is really 18:00 in the evening. No apologises. Unfriendly staff! Never again! read more

Ordered from 1800 flowers to celebrate my grandmothers 83rd birthday. She's a big flower person. I selected the summer dunes extra large flowers. Flowers arrived small sad and wilted. Thanks a lot paradise flowers. When were these flowers put together? Looks like the flowers been in this vase since Monday when I placed the order; then driven in a car with no air conditioning. Today temperature is 89 degrees. read more

I googled flowered shops same day delivery in Brooklyn. And though this wasn't the first that popped up, I loved that they had free delivery. The flowers were delivered in a timely manner on the same day. And my friend was super impressed by the arrangement. I don't know why this place only has 3 stars. The efficiency and quality of flowers and service exceeded my expectations. Especially when you order online. I've been disappointed more times than satisfied with ordering flowers online. They usually look cheap and sparse. These flowers were full and beautiful. AND they are reasonably priced! Keep up the great work! read more

Outstanding service from these guys! They will be my primary source for flower delivery as of now. Flowers came as shown on the website! Website isn't generic template like the rest of the florists!! This was my main appeal to them because it shows dedication to their job not just slapping something to the Internet. They don't charge the $15 service fee like the rest of the florist. Their delivery charge is free and I didn't have to pay 7.99 for same day delivery and extra 7.99 for a 4 hour delivery like the other florists because they come under 4 hours (12:30pm placed order, delivered by 4pm). Only tax was applied which completely understandable. I don't know these guys, nor are they my friends. It was a pleasure doing business with them, my girlfriend was very happy! read more

ParadiseFlower Shop - Fast delivery. Flowers are like picture described! - Florists Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

I ordered a bouquet on Sunday online for delivery on Monday. I genuinely expected delays to happen and was okay with it as everyone is trying their best during these times. I called in twice today (Monday) to get an estimated time for delivery, and both times I called, someone picked up right away and was eager to help me and update me on the delivery estimate. Fortunately, the flowers were indeed delivered on the right day! Ordering flowers online has always been a headache for me, but this shop has impeccable service, regardless of the circumstances with COVID-19, and the flowers look as gorgeous in real life! I would 100% order from here again. read more

Not open on Sundays. Hours seem sporadic - which is weird - the are RIGHT ON Coney Island Ave. Window displays are very old and dusty and need to be cleaned and changed out. Actual plants and flowers seem fine, though. It's an old-scholl business with a "we don;t need your business" attitude. Not cool! read more

TLDR: do not order from here; you'll never receive flowers. Steve will talk over you and make up excuses and waste your time. -- My boyfriend tried to send me flowers for valentines as a surprise - since he lives out of state - and this flower shop simply ruined the day. Their delivery driver called me while I was at work and said he didn't get an answer for the delivery so he was going to hide my bouquet behind a pile of garbage near my buildings trash bins. When I said please do not do that - as that's not a proper place to put flowers and they will still be seen from the street and get stolen (day before valentines) - he said "but then we'll have to redeliver!" And seemed quite bothered by it. Around 6:40pm that same day, I got a call from him again saying he would be at my house for redelivery in TEN minutes. I was still at work. Had he given me proper notice I could have come home! I asked for the flower shops name and contact info so I could sort this out. I got in contact with Steve - whom I assume is a manager of some sort. Some back and forth and lots of him speaking over me rather than letting a customer explain herself and finally he GUARANTEED a two hour time slot for delivery - where I would rearrange my work schedule and be home for. I was home from before 3pm until 5:20pm and not once did I receive a call as to why I still hadn't gotten my flowers. I had to REARRANGE my busy work day and sit at home for apparently no reason to yet again be disappointed. When I called Steve he claimed the van broke down but he "didn't know that until I called." That's something I should have been made aware of so I wasn't wasting my time. He then became extremely passive aggressive and just kept insincerely saying sorry but not offering any viable solution. I told him - since IM not the one who placed the order so I don't even know what was ordered - he needed to contact my boyfriend and figure out a solution. He called my boyfriend and told him that I "didn't want flowers" and issues him a refund with more excuses as to why my day was ruined. Do not order from here unless you want to cry and waste your time. Worst experience ever. I was a florist myself for a few years and this is completely unacceptable. read more

Have been ordering from them for years. Fresh flowers that always last a long time, great arrangements, deliver anywhere in Brooklyn (that I know of) and there were a number of times when they accommodated me for the same day delivery with the last minute notice. It's an old school establishment, but the work they do is first rate. Additionally, they have a fully functional website so all order can be done without speaking to anyone. read more

I had a fantastic experience with this flower shop. I ordered the "deal of the day" with a happy birthday balloon. The arrangement delivered to my daughter was simply gorgeous (she sent me a photo with the caption "so beautiful"). The delivery guy actually called me because my daughter wasn't home and he was concerned about just leaving them on the porch - I thought that was amazing service. read more

I have order ed flowers using the website SendFlower.com. they forward my order to Paradise Flower Shop who made a mess of everything. The flowers are red roses with red carnations. I bought the premium size which ran me $80. I would not have like to see the ordinary purchase. Its the worst arrangement I have ever saw. You could have sworn that the flowers were experiencing some kind of hardship. The amount of flowers use? Very little. I confronted them and his response was...."you have never order your flower from some fancy website. Instead use your local flower shop." That's what I did. That how he got the order, he is in the neighborhood. Without these convenient website he would never have had my request. Its the worst and his mannerism....you can fuggaboutit! read more

Flowers always look great, but I guess they say "You get what you pay for". That's because you need to pay a lot for the great flowers.

I ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered same day. They called to tell me that the driver couldn't find the address, and asked me to confirm if the address I submitted was correct. I ordered an arrangement of flowers and balloons this morning through their website (paradisebrooklyn.com) to be delivered to my fiancee at her workplace. After 4 hours, and still no appreciation from her, I called to check if the order had been delivered yet. The lady I talked to had no knowledge of my order and I was put on hold multiple times while she tried to figure it out. I'm guessing they misplaced my order form. The flowers and balloons were finally delivered, but it was 30 minutes before she was scheduled to leave work. The whole point of ordering an embarrassingly large arrangement is for her coworkers to see it and laugh and be jealous. For what it's worth she did really like the flowers and balloons, but this was a big screw up on Paradise Flower Shop's part. No apologies offered. read more

I had an excellent experience with this flower shop. I had placed an order for sympathy flowers on a Tuesday late night.
