Stopped in here with some local friends and enjoyed a pitcher and a couple appetizers. Chips and some avocado dip - both very good. It was a comfortable environment with a friendly staff. We paid our first visit to Paradise Creek Brewery a couple of weeks ago, chosen because it was the starting point for the walking tour of the historic buildings in Pullman. My husband ordered a burger, and I ordered the brisket sandwich with sweet potato fries. Both were very good, and I wouldn't hesitate to try them again or anything else on the menu. The service was great. The downside of this restaurant is the noise level. The accoustics are not right for a conversation at your table unless you shout... so we had trouble hearing each other, but we could hear the conversation at another table halfway across the room. read more

The beer is amazing. The food though... not as good as it can be. You would think with such great beer they would have a chef who would do pairings with their food and change up their menu. Was open for Thanksgiving. Food was pretty fresh. The blue cheese burger was great. Had a bacon cheese burger that was close to rare otherwise it was good. The house salad was tasty. Holy !Mac!! Our new fave place. Visiting son at U of Idaho and staying in Pullman and walked to PCB. Best. Happy hour. Ever! Had blue burger, got the second free, so delicious! Shrimp bisque side was good. Cougar gold Mac was great , washed down with great beer, and g&t's. The building and ambiance was cool with relaxing dim lighting and fire, good music, comfy seats. We live over the state line in Moscow, but for date nights and special events, we always go to Paradise Creek. Their food is absolutely incredible (the Get figgy pizza is my all-time favorite), reasonably priced, and the beer and wine selection is fantastic. Finally we have a good brewpub option in the quad cities for dinner. Only reason for four stars is the limited seating. I know they are trying to work the fireplace/lounge ambiance with the living room set, but it kills me how few people the room can seat, especially since it's so popular. read more

I had the lamb burger and my wife had the Cobb salad and we were both happy with our meals. I had a Risling from Columbia Valley that was amazing. Our host/waiter was a nice guy and to top it off, our appetizer of Cougar Gold Mac and Cheese was excellent! A must try for anyone! read more

Amazing burger and beer place. I am a vegetarian and there are only options I could explore here -- the most amazing the lentil burger (Pullman being a city famous for lentils makes it a very apt option) and a pasta. Both are delicious, bough I am more inclined to take the burger every time I go here. It offers a great ambiance to sit and chat out loud with friends or even discuss a design project or to enjoy a game or there trivia quizzes. The waiters are smart, smiling and patient. I have great memories of this place and would keep visiting it time and again. read more

Love this brewery! Their beer was fantastic, good German style beers. Also our waiter, I think his name was Martin, went above and beyond to earn the five star review. So the food here is always good and the service is too but this time we sat at the bar. The bartender Kyle was by far one of the best servers and bartenders around. Extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and just a really nice person. He discussed different types of alcohol and gave recommendations and even samples. I highly recommend visiting this place and definitely sit at the bar for a discussion with him. Great experience. read more

Stop with the nutmeg!!! First you have horrible mac n' cheese ruined by nutmeg and now you've ruined the pappardelle, turning it from a delicious garganzola cheese sauce on wonderful pappardelle noodles, into an inedible nutmeg cream sauce. So disappointing. Hard to believe you this place hasn't received numerous complaints about the overuse of nutmeg....and I like nutmeg. read more

For being a brand-new brewery, these guys make some pretty good stuff. Seven beers last time I counted. Pretty good menu & food, too. Not a thing over $20. Cool stuff going on like trivia on Tuesdays and movies on Thursdays. Cheep beer, too...$3.50 pints. Check 'em out if you're in town. read more

Context: Arrived at 2:00 on Cougar game day with 7:30 kickoff..... Cool building and re-purposing effort. Great location. 40 minute wait time. Small - Seating for less than 100 people. Service average. Food average, chili good but not hot. Burgers and nachos average. Beer typical of craft brew pubs. Biggest rub - two TVs in bar. Three requests to change one TV to the game of interest. Waitress and bar tender didn't get it done and didn't seem to care. Watched infomercials instead.....for a half hour while game of interest ended. Got to know your clientele, your business and what makes your customers happy.... Wouldn't go back before exploring other options. read more

Went to pick up my granddaughter for the end of the WSU school year. We took a friend of hers to lunch before leaving town. I also was looking for a good beer. Mission accomplished! The food is good the beer is good. The service is typical of Pullman, friendly but slooooooooooooooow. He had the brisket with the chef's vegetables and the garlic mashed red potatoes. Delicious! The meat fell apart. The veggies were flavorful and the mashed potatoes were excellent. I had the "Get figgy with it" pizza and it was amazing. A little heavy on the goat cheese which I loved. The only thing I wish is that it had a little more ginger. I think all of the ginger I got was in one bite but it had enough flavors that it didn't really matter. Now for the service. We went there after the wine tasting on a Friday night and the entire meal took about 1 hour and 45 minutes. The main room of the restaurant was full but the patio was closed and there weren't any tables in the side room. There must have been maybe a total of 15 tables. So really no reason for the food to take so long. And then I remembered I was in Pullman. I also thought it was weird, considering we had to wait almost an hour to get our food, that they didn't bring out the salads first. Bottom line, we're looking forward to another visit but I wouldn't recommend it if you're in a hurry. read more

Probably some of the worst food I have ever had in a restaurant. Dinner took 40 minutes (not ok in a small town on a non-event weekend) and the appetizer was delivered with the dinner. Um, isn't the point of an appetizer to be BEFORE the main course? Fish in fish tacos was completely flavorless; yuk. Chicken Club sandwich - crust was dry, chicken was tough and un-seasoned and was half the size of the bread, terrible. Very disappointed; will never try again. read more

Paradise used to have an awesome menu until they changed it. Nothing pops out and the burger was dry and has no flavor. They used to also have these amazing fries but they definitely downgraded. At least they still have the beer going for them. read more

Good beer, Terrible service. It was practically empty when we were there, it took an hour for someone to take our order and the staff was extremely rude. We were definitely treated as an inconvenience and it seemed the other group of patrons were friends of the staff and they were treated great. I understand that everyone has bad days, but our server actually made a joke about the person I was with to the other group of patrons. Maybe he thought I could not hear. It was just unprofessional, inappropriate and unacceptable behavior on the staff's part. Although I like their beer, I will not go back or recommend this place to anyone because of the disgusting way we were treated. read more

EXCELLENT. Great atmosphere. The old post office has a nice feel. The chairs at the tables are incredibly comfortable. The food was superb. We had the fish taco appetizer and the curried lentil burger sandwich. They were hot, tasty, fresh. and reasonably priced. The beer was also excellent. They have coupons in the palouse survival kit--we used them this time and are glad we tried them cuz we WILL be back. You really have to try this place. read more

Paradise Creek Brewery is a must stop if your traveling though Pullman Wa,. To Start off with the beer is a must try. Enjoyed their Stocking Stuffer and Paradise Hoe microbrews. The bartender went above and beyond mixing us drinks with their own infused liquors. The building itself is historical as it used to be the old post office. Just has a great feel to it.... come try and you will be impressed. read more

The beer and the atmosphere warrant a 4 or possibly even 5 star rating. It's a very cool place to hang out and drink some real quality brews in a fun atmosphere.
