Actually, it was way past that time, so I opened up my Yelp app and searched for the best rated dry cleaners near me and this location was highly rated and close by. It was a two piece suit and it cost me 22 bucks. I'm not sure if that's cheap, fair, or expensive but that's what I paid. The guy I interacted with was super cool and friendly. I only have one knock and that is that I dropped it off on a Saturday and it was ready on the following Thursday. Luckily I didn't need the suit right away but I did think that was a pretty long turn around.

I made it SUPER clear when I dropped them off that I did not want the vibram covering any of the sizing numbers and you can clearly see the entire first row is covered and it's not even a straight cut on the right shoe. I also asked him to sole the entire heel and he didn't even touch it. The heels are the exact same as when I dropped them off. So I waited almost a month to not even get what I paid for.

Adam, the new owner, is such a friendly face and a honest guy always makes sure to take care of his customers. He is very professional and courteous. I came in with a very delicate silk and chiffon dress with minor drink spills and it was perfectly cleaned in no time. Every garment I have brought in has been treated with care. I've even had sweaters with lamb skin lining that he has made sure to clean without damaging the lining. Adam handled it with great care. They get the job done with perfection. I wouldn't trust my clothes with anyone else! They're phenomenal! They have great prices and quick turnaround times. I go out of my way to get here because they are that good. I've been coming to this location for over 15 years and have observed the ownership change three times. I have not received the type of customer service with any of the previous owners, as I have with Martinizing Dry Cleaning. Adam (the owner) actually cares about your clothes and wants you to get the best for your buck. He makes sure you get your clothes exactly when you need it, and not a minute later. For a woman constantly on the move, I feel absolutely no stress leaving my expensive clothing in their hands. I tend to forget to pick them up and am beyond grateful for the courtesy calls they make! I had a chance to meet the new owner, Adam. Very friendly and overall warm and welcoming demeanor. He seemed to really care about how I wanted my items to be treated and offered a few suggestions on maintenance. He offered to drop off my items free of charge once they were done but I was in the area and picked them up myself. Next time I may give it a try.
