Paradise Biryani is always a solid choice, but their Garlic Hakka Noodles completely stole the show for us. Honestly, they are some of the best noodles we've ever had. If you're looking for authentic Indian-style noodles, definitely give them a try. They may not look the most appealing when they arrive, but don't judge them by their appearance--trust me, they're absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. We also ordered the Boneless Chicken Biryani, which was excellent. One thing to note: their spice levels are no joke! We ordered it medium spicy, and it was still quite spicy--even for me, and I'm Indian. So keep that in mind when ordering. Overall, the food was flavorful, fresh, and very satisfying. If you're craving good Indo-Chinese food and biryani, Paradise Biryani is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend the Garlic Hakka Noodles. read more

Had biryani and other tasty food from Paradise countless of times. Surprisingly never left them a review so here we go. Their paradise boneless chicken biryani is my mort favourite and also the OG biryanis in the Bay Area. The best one hands down Other notable items: Hyderabadi dum biryani. Another iconic and can never go wrong with it. Chicken 65: an absolute masterpiece Gobi Manchuria: the one and only veg dish I'll ever order and enjoy every bite of it. Curries are pretty good Naan is tender and soft They also serve Indian beers which are very tasty . Must visit for authentic Andhra foods read more

Didn't love the biryani here. It was okay, but not very flavorful. Had to add a lot of the sauces. The chicken did taste okay. But there's not a lot of meat, so likely you will need to supplement it with some protein. That said, its a fairly large serving size. read more

I don't usually like leaving negative reviews, but I feel like I should be honest about my experience. The food was absolutely amazing, and I would definitely come back for the food. Unfortunately, the service we received was really disappointing. We waited quite a while for our food, and once it came, we had to keep calling our server back for almost everything. I had to remind him about cups, our drinks, and even the roti we ordered. I asked why the service felt so different today, and he said one of the staff members wasn't there. I understand being short-staffed can make things harder, but I don't think that should mean the service becomes this bad. Another issue was with the roti. I ordered naan for myself, but my father doesn't eat oily food, so I specifically ordered roti for him. When they brought it out, it looked like naan. I told them that it wasn't the type of roti we were expecting. Maybe because it's a South Indian restaurant, they prepare or call it differently, but the roti we are used to is round, thinner, and much less oily. Overall, the food was amazing, but the service made the experience really frustrating. I honestly think they can do much better. I would definitely order their food again, but after today's experience, I don't think I'll be dining in anymore. read more

We usually order takeout but decided to dine in on a Friday night. Ordered Chicken 65, Apollo Fish, Mutton Sukka, Chicken Tandoori, Malai Kofta, and naan, with Double Ka Meetha to go. Wait time was about 10-15 minutes and the food came out quickly. Chicken 65 was finger-licking good, the tandoori chicken was juicy with well blended flavors, and the Mutton Sukka was the standout dish. Malai Kofta was creamy with nuts and not overly sweet and the Apollo Fish was good too. The only letdown was the Double Ka Meetha, which wasn't that great. read more

"I tried the biryani at this South Indian spot and unfortunately, it was very oily and felt undercooked. The quality of the meat didn't seem fresh, and there was a slight off smell that made the dish hard to enjoy. I hope the kitchen pays more attention to cooking technique and food quality, because the flavors could be good with better execution." worst Cheff ever read more

This review is for take out only. I love their chicken dumplings biryani. It literally hits all the right spots. It's somehow better than their Santa Clara location. The meat is soft and not over cooked, the portion is great and the rice is perfectly spiced. Would highly recommend! read more

This used to be my favorite place but today we had take home dinner and I saw significant decline in quality. First, garlic Naan was the worst I have eaten ever. We ordered 6 items, one of which was Chicken 65. The staff member who took our order was not professional--he didn't explain any options or variants to us. The Chicken 65 in particular was very disappointing. It was served unusually fast, and based on the toppings, it seemed more like a cancelled Chicken Manchurian dish than Chicken 65, since no authentic Chicken 65 is served that way. When we raised our concern, the staff's response was unprofessional and rude. He said, "You've been coming here for a long time, you should know what it is," in a very mean way. We decided to cancel the remaining items and offered to pay only for this one dish. However, he insisted that all the food was already prepared, which felt like a tactic to pressure us into keeping the full order. Finally, when we stood firm and said we'd only pay for what we are served, --The experience left a very bad impression. Overall, the food is not worth the poor service. Please beware of the staff's attitude and approach here. read more

I visited with a few friends on a Saturday afternoon. We ordered a biryani, and a few other dishes. We were able to be seated immediately. Our order came piecemeal, but everything arrived within 15 minutes fresh out of the kitchen. The staff were amazing! We accidentally ordered too much and they were willing to cancel our order. They were also super nice and helpful when we were ordering. I plan on coming back again! Bathrooms are clean and parking is abundant. Tables are also clean. read more

We've been coming to Paradise Biryani Pointe in Fremont for a while now, and it has consistently been a great experience. We've ordered biryani, appetizers, entrees, and naan, and everything we've tried has been excellent. The flavors taste authentic and the biryani in particular has that classic dum-style richness that makes it really stand out. The ambiance of the restaurant is pleasant and welcoming, and the service is always prompt. What really stands out to us is the hospitality. The staff is very friendly, and two people we've interacted with several times -- Jaiswal and Mohammed -- have always been incredibly kind and welcoming. Whether we're dining in, picking up food to go, or even bringing the kids along when we stop by, they've always taken great care of us and made us feel welcome. Overall: authentic flavors, great food, friendly staff, and excellent service. An A+ experience every time, and we'll definitely keep coming back. read more

This is the last somewhat authentic Hyderabad Biryani restaurants in the Fremont area. Their Apollo fish, chicken tikka masala and street noodles is good. Food was OK, but worst hygiene!!!!! We recently visited for biryani dine in and were initially served water in plastic glasses that had a strange, unpleasant smell, similar to the lingering odor you get after serving an omelet on a plate. At first, we thought it might be the water, but after some thought and asking them to change the glasses, it became clear that the issue was with the glasses themselves. It was a strong eggy smell, likely reusing disposable plastic. BIG NO when COVID or any viral diseases are rising They did replace the glasses when we brought it up, but it left us concerned about the overall hygiene practices. We hope the management takes this seriously and ensures clean, food-safe serving ware moving forward. read more

I'm writing this review after giving them 3 chances. I've been a customer for a few years and the quality has gone downhill recently. First time i ordered chicken boneless dum biryani (family pack) from doordash and there was barely any chicken in it (there used to be a bed of chicken in the box). I called them and they asked is to bring it so they can fix. Next time when i ordered, still the same situation but i didn't ask to fix. Yesterday i ordered 3 family pack chicken boneless biryani and it's full of rice, barely any chicken. When we try to tell them they refuse to accept that they did anything wrong. $125 for rice. 2 starts because of past experience. Excluding that it would be a 1 star review. read more

Late night dinner with fam..that was open midnight..only food available that time was biryani. Ordered egg biryani- it was fresh and hot off - taste wise ok..felt like vegetarian biryani with egg included...have had better version of egg dum biryani. Raitha and salan helped to accompany with some spice. Portion and service was perfect. Seems like popular for late night with bunch of groups dining that time in this fairly empty parking lot on Mowry Ave. read more

We placed a pickup order for vegetable biryani from Paradise, and the experience was very disappointing. Once we got home and started eating, we realized the biryani was just plain rice with barely 2-3 small pieces of vegetables in the entire dish. We had ordered two separate veg biryanis, but both turned out to be exactly the same -- bland and lacking any real vegetables. If vegetables were unavailable, the staff could've simply informed us instead of handing over what felt like leftover biryani. It was especially embarrassing because we had guests over and were relying on this to be a proper meal. Very unfortunate experience, especially from a place known for its biryani. read more

This is solid ***3.5 review*** most of this review is based on their quality food, full of familiar and new but delicious flavors. Been there twice, we tired following items from their menu! Asian street rice 5 Chili shrimp 4 stars Fried fish 5 stars Chicken kadai 5 stars Goat biriyani 3.5 stars Mango lassi 5 star I've to give it to this Indian restaurant, ambiance was a vibe, I like the indoor plants they've in there, its calming vibe. Restaurant looked clean well stocked. I've been to this place twice with my family, we liked their food but that being said I will NEVER go to Paradise Pointe on Mowry EVER again! It is NOT worth going to a place and give them my hard earned money while you're not treated with respect as a customer. Without going jnto thesis, I'll keep it simple of short. One of their employee male tall gentleman! With curls/perm dusty brown hair need some customer service training sessions by management team! That being said dear yelpers! Their food is on point tho!
