First they told my insurance covers my treatment and I confirmed several times about it. after couple of weeks later all of sudden, all of treatment I did need to get paid and I needed to pay surprise bill of almost 1k. They claimed insurance company changed report but they can not provide evidence because they changed billing system. I contacted insurance company and insurance company told they never changed report. I am 100% sure it's this place faults. They blame insurance company for this and now I need to take responsibility for their fault. Now they are sending to collectors to screw up my credit reports. This is one of worst experience in my life. Please avoid this place if you don't want to handle similar situation. Also, whatever reason if I call them 10 times they only pick up my call 1 time. So hard to book appointment or communicate. ----------------------- To respond to business owner, Please educate your staff about this. As I mentioned the staff told me that I don't need to pay anything as insurance fully covered.. He confirmed me several visits. Then after 5 weeks or so.. You guys told I owe about 1k and I can't do any treatment today until I pay them all. What a surprise! It's worth noting that he is a busy surgeon, so you do need to be patient with scheduling -- but in my opinion, that speaks to how in-demand and trusted he is. One thing that really stood out to me was the environment of the office. It has a strong faith-based presence, and while I'm not personally religious, I found it surprisingly comforting. I was told that during the building process, he would come in and write scripture within the structure of the office, which I thought was such a meaningful and intentional touch. On the day of surgery, I was understandably nervous, but the entire team made me feel at ease. The anesthesiologist was absolutely hilarious and helped lighten the mood right away. Right before surgery, the doctor asked if I would like him to pray with me. Even though I'm not religious, I said yes -- and it ended up being a really grounding, calming moment that I genuinely appreciated. Now, about 14 weeks post-op, I can honestly say I am so happy with my results. I feel confident, comfortable, and like I got exactly what I asked for. I'm still working on scar management, but overall, I love how everything looks. And coming from Las Vegas, I paid a fraction of what I would have locally, which made the experience even better. If you're considering working with him, especially as an out-of-state patient, I highly recommend it. I felt supported, safe, and truly cared for every step of the way.

I should have picked up on how unorganized and…read moreunprofessional they are when the scheduling secretary didn't ask for my name or anything to identify me as a person; just my date of birth and my insurance policy number. I even asked her if she wanted it and she said no. I scheduled my appointment with them and even forwarded my X-ray images. They called me back due to troubles accessing the email. Over the phone they confirmed how they received my X-rays. I thanked them and hung up. That was on a Monday morning. My appointment is scheduled the same week on Wednesday afternoon. This unprofessional Drs office called me 6 hours before my appointment and canceled it; gave a vague explanation as to why they can't see me; gave me the number of who can see me and hung up. Now I get to scramble to find a new Dr to treat my broken bone. They assume people don't have lives and they love calling around for help when they have a broken bone. I don't mind having to go elsewhere, I appreciate the importance of a specialist over a general practitioner. However, they had Monday and all day Tuesday to inform me they can't help me. They chose to call the morning of the scheduled appointment and cancel. That's beyond disrespectful and inconsiderate. Now I will be making sure to tell people not to go to them if possible. There's no reason for anyone to be treated like they're just a number rather than a person who needs help.

I shattered my kneecap in April. I went to a different surgeon who put three pins in it. After 5…read moremonths of physical therapy I could only bend it 67°. My physical therapist recommended I go to Dr Duggan because his patients were doing a lot better than I was. Dr Duggan performed a second surgery on December 11th where he took out the pins, scraped the scar tissue and forced my knee to bend under anesthesia. I went to my first physical therapy appointment the same day. That was less than 3 weeks ago. I can now bend my knee 110° and I'm still working on it. It has made a huge difference in my life. I highly recommend Dr Duggan.
