Having an injury and having to go to PT sucks but it's not so bad when you have an awesome team awaiting your visit. I must confess that I actually look forward to my visits. Janie at the front desk was my first impression of this office. My insurance was being difficult about honoring my benefits. Janie went above and beyond to fix things and make sure I got the care I needed. In the few instances where I've needed to move an appointment, she's always super helpful and friendly. Curtis, Patrick, Stephen, Katie, Josh, and Jackie (there's a few more awesome people but their names are escaping me right now) have been incredibly helpful with my care. They listen to me and adjust my exercises to be what I need at specific times during my recovery. They come up with creative ways to accommodate my needs. Their encouragement during my sessions is extremely helpful. I appreciate that they keep a close eye on me during my exercises in case I need to correct something or do something differently. I just finished therapy on my knee replacement. What a group of excellant people. My aid was Malia and physical therapist was Patrick. I walked in with a walker the first day. They were very attentive with my every needs. Malia was always near me to help. Patrick would check my knee everytime and message when needed. Again they were excellant. I walked out of there on my last day without any aid.. They really helped to speed up the process. Also Amanda at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. Kenny and Patrick are great! I had a strained bicep ligament. All the muscles , tendons, ligaments around it were trying to compensate for it. My shoulder was constantly hurting and even woke me up at night. Only 6 visits and of course faithfully doing the exercises, I am no longer in pain and so appreciative! read more

When I first went here, they gave me a list of "at home" exercises to do. Thereafter, when I drove over there, the first thing they wanted me to do is my home exercises! The physical therapist worked with me very little and I hardly used any specialized equipment. I can do all my home exercises at home and I don't need to drive over there and repeat them. This review is long overdue. My 12-year-old daughter had been experiencing jaw pain to a point that she couldn't eat. Her dentist and orthodontist attributed it to growing molars in the back of her mouth. After consulting with an oral surgeon, she said it was TMJ and referred us to Curtis at Intecore. At first, I was skeptical thinking how can PT help with TMJ pain??? After 2 months of weekly visits, the pain is gone! Curtis performs this manual therapy that was really effective for TMJ pain. Curtis and Shaundra put me back together after a car accident, My pain was intense and I barely crawled in there on my first visit. Can't express how awesome this place is. From the facility/location, equipment, and most importantly the people. The staff was amazing and truly helped me get back to where I wanted to be. I knew it was going to be along process, the team walked me through each step week to week. They listened to my feedback and worked with me to be more aggressive and pull back when my body wasn't reacting to pushing it. Each and every staff member contributed to my success over the six month period, starting from barely walking to jumping/squatting/running. He's very thorough and hardworking. Over the years with various injuries or aches and pains I have always chosen Intecore PT. Prior to retiring from the medical field these physical therapists were the ones the doctors referred to for our patients. So I already knew they were good, yet being a patient I saw not only their expertise and professionalism but also great bedside manner and making you feel welcome. I have experienced several physical therapy companies. Having had three back surgeries I went to the finest sports medicine facilities...Not until I went to Intercore Foothill Ranch was I able to "compare" The finest IS Intercore Foothill Ranch! 8 Months ago I tore my rotator cuff 100%...Dr Thomas did the repair and Dr Curtis (at intercore) did the physical therapy to return my motion 100%. I came to him stiff and a wee bit late in the game...He moved mountains and I am healed! I'm currently a patient at Intecore PT in Foothill Ranch following total knee replacement. This group of therapists are very friendly while maintaining their professionalism. They make you feel like you're part of the family. I have been treated by multiple therapists as I've been attending therapy sessions since mid November, and will finish up in a few more weeks. I had very extensive rotator cuff surgery 6 months ago and have been in physical therapy with my therapist Bradon Griffith at Intecore several times a week. He is AMAZING! I had scheduled an appt that they had to cancel on me because it would go later then 5pm, so I spoke with Curtis who said with my 5mm disk bulge there is nothing physical therapy can do, and that the MRI would show the same bulge a year from now. He said that without surgery my condition would worsen. Be careful getting terrible advice from some PT who is not a doctor and shouldn't be giving out advice in the first place. I would never want to go this place especially when they don't even believe in their own practices. read more

I would like to thank Bradon Griffith and Adam Skrove for their 5 star PT care over the course of 10 months. Adam took me from Pre Op, to Post Op PT. Then Bradon took me from Post Op to full Recovery in 6 months. I had a hemi-orthoplasty right shoulder reconstruction with a titanium implant. And now I am back to working out 7 days a week with zero limitations. I want to also mention that the scar from surgery is very very small due to the fact that Intecore also does scar treatment while you are in PT with them. This is very very important and can be overlooked at other PT establishments. So, thank you very much again to Bradon and Adam and the great front office staff Laurie and Janie. I fractured my foot back in April and from the front office to the therapists and therapist assistants, I felt everyone was on my team and dedicated to getting me back on track. In 2013 I was tboned by a car that ran a red light going at 60 mph. My back was broken in 2 places. I needed a physical therapist that was close to me. I found Intecore. It was covered by my insurance. Going to Intecore made a monumental difference in my recovery. My son also needed to go to PT for a volleyball injury. The were great with him. The phenomenal attention you gave my wife on her broken ankle recovery led to my no-brainer decision to engage with Intecore. She's very grateful for all you've done to heal her. After a substantial shoulder surgery involving torn rotator cuff repair and a tenodesis procedure, I commenced my visits to Intecore Physical Therapy. During the first few months of therapy, I was certain that I'd have to live with shoulder pain for the rest of my life -- I second-guessed myself for having gone through with the surgery. Boy was I wrong! After initial evaluation/treatment by the always-smiling Sydney, responsibility for my program was taken over by Yvonne and Kathryn. I had just a great experience at Intecore in Foothill Ranch. The entire staff are so friendly and helpful. They really take an interest in their patients and their wellbeing. I starting feeling just as soon as I started to get PT with this group. And it just continued and got better as I followed a schedule of appointments. Unfortunately I had torn my labrum... had surgery and needed Rehab. Fortunately I ended up at this rehab center. They are a great bunch of pro's and not only are they nice but they are extremely knowledgeable. I was assigned to Adam. He was innovative and thought outside the box and really customized my therapy/rehab to fit me; not some general treatment that a lot of other rehab facilities do. Adam was great, he was thorough and very smart. Also during the end of my rehab for my shoulder I had a grade 2 ankle sprain... these guys treated that too. A year ago I had to have knee surgery. Being an athlete and playing sports growing up, I had encountered a few injuries requiring physical therapy. Bradon had been the one who treated me back in high school for a serious shoulder injury from playing volleyball. He got me back into playing mode and always checked in to make sure my shoulder was good. Flash forward to this past summer, I knew I had to find him to help me again with my knee. Bradon is hands down the best PT and I was so relieved to have had him help me gain back the strength and mobility in my knee.
