After not being kind to my body during the pandemic, I started 2023 focusing on wellness. I found Dr. Chee on Yelp and couldn't be happier with the results! I've always had a sore lower back and since I've been going to Life Balance, my back feels much stronger and I don't wake up with pain. I started golfing again and injured my rib cage, Dr. Chee was able to adjust my rib back into place for proper healing and my flexibility in my golf swing has improved tremendously. The office is very welcoming and feels like a comfortable family run business which I enjoy. Office Manager Cassandra is amazing, she helped figure out the billing with my insurance and makes visits so easy. They truly care about you as an individual, even taking care to ask if I preferred my name over nickname. On top of all this, I started acupuncture for the 1st time with Lina Lui who practices in the same office. Highly recommend coming here. Thanks Dr. Chee and Cassandra for your help! read more

"I can't say enough about the amazing care we've received from Christian. Not only has his chiropractic work and massages done wonders for my back, but the benefits have been felt throughout my family. My youngest son's allergies have improved so much--no more sneezing fits in the mornings! My oldest son was constantly getting sick when he started middle school, but since seeing Christian, he's been healthy and thriving. Truly grateful for all the little ways they've helped our family feel better!!! Amazing :) read more

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Chee and Cassandra. I had never been to a chiropractor before in my life and was a nervous wreck. When I explained my feelings to Cassandra and Dr. Chee they were both super comforting and they walked me through every step. My back was hurting so bad I couldn't even stand up straight.. I was feeling myself again in two days and here's the bonus they called me to follow up and see how I was doing, what Dr's office does that? The office is clean, comfortable and they play great music in the background. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a Chiropractor. read more

I have probably seen close to 10 chiropractors in my life and I must say that Dr Chee is #1. I work in the same building where they are located so out of convenience I decided to try them out. I had foot surgery back in June and due to sitting down at work and the constant limping, my back alignment has started to suffer. In 2 visits I have felt IMMEDIATE relief when I leave the office. I also want to mention that the office manager Cassandra is so friendly. My insurance is out of network so she has been very helpful in providing me the best information for how to go about settling the costs with my insurance company. She logged in to view my account during my visit and was able to tell me exactly the most cost effective way to handle the copayment. Thank you both for terrific service, I will be back!! read more

Once upon a time, I quit my job to go to greener pastures. While in that previous position, I had such crippling back, neck and shoulder pain and horrific anxiety. I had to go on daily medication and get 3 times a week care from this office. I had never had that experience before so the pain was a new and terrifying experience. Of course, when I quit, I felt like a massive weight was lifted. While I was working that job that I tried so hard to succeed in, I was in constant pain. My neck hurt. My back hurt. I wasn't comfortable. I had horrific anxiety that required daily medication. Nothing felt right, even when I did cardio on a daily basis. And working out doing weights was also uncomfortable. I came to this chiropractor for relief and the minutes I was here were the best minutes of my week. I'd never been to a chiropractor before, but they pop locked and dropped me like a pro. Never having been adjusted before, I thought to myself please don't paralyze me! And lo and behold, I was treated very well. I felt a lot better and was better able to manage my ongoing stress and pain. Dr. Chee really helped me a lot before I ultimately got rid of the trigger to my pain. And I'll forever be grateful for his wonderful care. read more

Our family is so blessed to have Dr. Christian Chee of Life Balance Chiropractic as part of our lives. I started seeing Dr. Chee over 2 years ago because of migraine and tension headaches, resulting from what I now know is degenerative disc disease and bone spurs on my neck vertebrae. Through adjustments and cervical traction, Dr. Chee is helping me continue to live an active lifestyle with my family, and keeping me out of surgery! Not only has Dr. Chee helped me immensely, he has also improved the lives of my 3 boys. As a result of his treatments, my boys sleep well and have stayed healthy (knock on wood) through many seasons of team sports. However, Dr. Chee has really helped my oldest son the most. His adjustments have helped calm his behavioral, sensory and attention issues resulting from his autism diagnosis. Last year, my son had a tic in his neck that lasted over a week (he would shake his head incessantly 24/7 and could not control his tics). After trying everything (including a visit to his pediatric neurologist who said it could be Turrets), it took only one adjustment from Dr. Chee to rid my son of his tic. I would highly recommend Dr. Chee for all of your chiropractic needs. He and his office staff are amazing, and always make you and your family feel like you are their only clients. Thank you, Dr. Chee...we adore you! read more

I've been going to Dr. Chee for about 10 years. What I like the most if that they are really flexible. They have always tried to get me in at a time that works for me, often at the last minute. Dr. Chee is very nice and his adjustments are very "smooth." They are great with kids as well and their pricing is very reasonable. read more

I can't say enough about Dr. Chee. I came into his office not really know what to expect. My hips were completely shifted and I was in so much pain. I was desperate for relief and he was able to help me within the first visit. It took a couple of weeks to get me back to normal but he did it and I can't be more thankful. Also Cassandra at the front desk is the most amazing with scheduling and dealing with insurance and payment plans. She also accommodates my littles every time I have to bring them with me to my appointments. This place is the best! Anyone suffering from back pain should absolutely go here!!!! read more

I started coming here when I noticed intolerable pain/tension in my shoulders -- my very first chiropractor experience ever. I've already been coming here for about 8 years now and am very pleased with Dr. Chee's and the staff's friendly service and professionalism. Dr. Chee is not only great at what he does but also very personable and genuinely caring. Every time I come here, I feel like he cares about me as a patient and also as an individual. He often asks how my work is...or how my week has been. He even remembers my former coworkers (that used to be his patients) by their names and would ask me how they are doing. These may be simple questions...but as we all know, not all doctors care about how your work or week has been. Dr. Chee may recommend certain products or supplements when you tell him about the issues you have but I've never felt pushed to buy their products or to come in for adjustments more often. I mean...I've been coming here for 8 years even after changing jobs and moving to a different city. Enough said, right? :) read more

Dr. Chee is a Miracle Worker! After injuring my back, I had been to 2 other local chiropractors with no results. I was also considering surgery up until the blessed day I went to see Dr. Chee. I felt better from the first adjustment and now a couple months later, am able to do things that I love to do again, like hiking, swimming, and sitting, lol. Dr. Chee is not only very intuitive, he is also smart and witty! Additionally Ashly and Cassandra in reception and admin are both extremely conscientious, bright, friendly and caring. Give Dr. Chee a try and you will surely agree that Life Balance Chiropractor, is the best of its kind in OC! Thank you 'Dr. Feel Good'! read more

I cannot say enough positive things about this Chiropractor and Office! Dr. Chee is so amazing so flexible with his hours and there is even a little play school bus for my little toddler (and big kids) to enjoy while I have my adjustment. Cassandra at the front desk will help answer any questions you might have and also help keep your little one entertained meanwhile answering phones and greeting other patients at the same time. She is phenomenal! I have been going for about five or six weeks now and it's been amazing to see the transformation that I am experiencing by the relief of my back pain. I highly recommend Dr. Chee and his staff if any of you have concerns about your back or are looking for any kind of pain relief THIS is the place to go! Earlier in the month I noticed an unusual pain next to a rib and my spine. I thought that it was just muscle spasms or strain from my line of work, but the next day it was worse and felt like a stabbing hot knife. I started to use a tennis ball around the area and it helped but not everything was back to normal. I made an appointment with Dr. Valle two days later and he told me that I had a dislocated rib.... I am proud to say that every since then I haven't had any issues. Dr. Valle is such an amazing chiropractor! He's very personal and want nothing more than to help you be a better person. I highly recommend him to anyone needing chiropractic care!! read more

Dr. Christian Chee is fantastic! He adjusts my 13 year old daughter. Very personal and professional, Dr. Chee and his staff are always great with my child, and his adjustments bring her HUGE relief from pain. He took the time at the initial visit to take a detailed medical history, and xrays before he ever adjusted her. Always a great experience in this office. Emma in the office is very professional, courteous, and bubbly. Always a pleasure to see her smiling face when we arrive. And the massage therapists in this office are TOP NOTCH! :) read more

Been coming here consistently since 2004. I'll keep it brief, as to not lose the reader's interest. 1. Dr. Chee is excellent at his work and he takes a vested interest in his clients. This has been proven through countless inquiries I have thrown his way, outside the realm of adjustments. 2. His adjustments are gentle, yet effective. He knows where to work even if I can't describe the exact pain I'm in. 3. He doesn't waste time. When there is an office full of patients, don't worry, the longest I've waited was maybe 10-15 minutes. 4. His office staff (Ashley and Cassandra) are excellent and very attentive. They routinely call to ensure the best time for appointments. 5. Aside from chiropractics, Dr. Chee is knowledgeable in natural medicine, which he has recommended on numerous occasions. I have purchased a few for anti-inflammatory and they work. 6. Finally, his adjustments work. It may be not in his best interest, business wise, but he has patched me up to where I don't see him for awhile. He truly is a great chiropractor. read more
