I drove 30 minutes to their office only to be told after my X-ray that they did not have time for the laser therapy and I needed to come back the next day. I was never informed of this before my appointment. The advertised service was not delivered and my time was completely wasted. This is false advertising and very unprofessional. I will be filing formal complaints with the California Chiropractic Board, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the California Department of Consumer Affairs. Oh man I made the huge mistake with their clickbait ad. I saw that they had a promotion for first time customers with a really great price so I started filling out the form they had but because I have such a busy schedule and have physical therapy a few times a week, I closed it out before hitting submit and scheduling. The VERY next day, I received a call at 8am - no voicemail but then it was followed up with a text and it was from them. As I said, I'm very busy hence why I couldn't schedule my appointment. I didn't get a chance to call or text back that day...but everyday after that, I received 1-2 calls and texts each single day from them. I couldn't get to them but it was starting to bother me so I just blocked their number...but of course after that, they used new numbers to call and text me!!!! I can't even give this place a try. I get that it might be their job to contact inquiries, but I really didn't appreciated being hounded down like that, especially since I never even submitted my inquiry. read more

The good part: +2 stars for how nice everyone was and the quality of the discussion during the exam/xrays. Solid folks it seems and Sean was super nice and knowledgable. The not-so-good part: -3 for the way things went. So... I booked a LivingSocial deal that included an x-ray/exam *AND* 60 minute massage. Called, mentioned the LivingSocial deal and said I'd like to schedule for that. Came in for the appointment, was examined and x-rayed, all great so far. Then I'm guided to the desk and met with "when do you want to book for an adjustment" and we'll see you later. Wait, huh? Where's the massage folks?? I asked if my LivingSocial deal included the 60-minute massage and the admin said "Oh, you have to schedule that." I thought that's what I did... So, NOW I have to cordon off yet another 90 minutes of time to go back for the other half of the deal? Really whack. No one explained that and it's a shame because they wasted my time. I would have connected the visits had someone communicated effectively. Plenty of time open to come in for paid adjustments, not so much open schedule for the massage part... Of course. Feeling kind of taken for a ride. Bummer. read more

I can honestly say my experience at Dr. Sean's office has been the absolute best! One thing that I have valued the most was the continuing education that Dr. Sean provided me for my day to day activities (sitting, walking, running, working out, etc). Dr. Sean helped identify areas of my back that I needed to strengthen. This has helped me tremendously during my course of treatment while I was there. I like this Doctor and his office. The girls are sweet, & actually really chipper...Both Dr. Sean and Dr. Joe are cool.... they explain things in terms i can understand... not crazy Doctor talk. My main Dr is Dr Sean, thats who i originally met & why i started going in for adjustments. But ive also had adjustments from Dr. Joe, usually if Dr. Sean was outta town. Both give great adjustments and take the time to listen to my complaints, concerns etc. I dont go for specific problems exactly...but more for overall well being and health. I LOVE getting adjusted & its important to me to have a Dr that has a real hands on approach. Not someone who hooks you up to a machine & hangs you upside down forever & then sends you on your way- or some hippie that wants you to hold onto some herbs & jump around. My xrays were painless, (a chiropractor that doesnt do xrays is a joke...how can they tell you/show you what the problem is if they dont see what your spine looks like?) and its cool to look back at what my spine looks like. It reminds me not to bend stupidly for a heavy box or sit all sideways in my truck like im a gangster whos rolling with the homies. I dont have insurance that covers chiropractic so it was cool that they had a payment plan for me. And since im on a "go as needed" plan it works great for my wallet (and back!)! read more

I have to admit I was pretty skeptical about going to a chiropractor but I was so uncomfortable with a slipped disk I was wiling to try anything. Dr Rundle was really nice and explained what was going on. The adjustments have made that a nonissue for me and I am back to my normal activities. Not only was that issue reesolved, but while getting regular adjustments he helped educate me and my family to all the advantages of chiropractic. I love going and getting adjusted after a hard 2 weeks worth of work. The adjustment doesn't just make me feel good it makes me feel great!

First of all, I want to say that I, too, learned of this practice from a Living Social Deal. I came here because I was tired of my chronic low back problems. It has affected me most of my later life (34+, after having my son). At pushing 50, I did not want to be sidelined when I have so many good years left in my life. I started Zumba and Ripped classes this past summer, only to be sidelined because I my back would limit me. I used to walk 20 miles per week and was also learning how to run. I was not able to maintain any exercise pattern - after a few weeks I'd have to stop due to the back, hip or feet! When I called to make my appointment, I simply asked "how does this work?". They explained the full deal to me - consultation, xrays, and then massage separate. When I arrived, Dr Rundle also explained everything to me to make sure that I understood the deal I signed up for. I think that when you purchase a deal, you read the fine print and ask the right questions, then there are no miscommunications or misunderstandings. For me, I was there for a chronic low back pain problem, not a massage. The massage was nice - right on par with the one I had at Burke Williams. My caveat is this: I get standard massages - I do not go for anything grand. The therapist did exactly as I wanted, so I call that great service. The staff here is awesome. Dr. Rundle has helped me greatly with both educating me about my issues overall care of myself. I've been going since September and my chronic problems are extremely well managed. I am very happy with the results and my ability to be more active in my life, having more confidence that I can handle things and be consistent (and I have been). Life isn't perfect, but instead of having to stop activity for 3 to 4 weeks, it's more like 1 or 2 days until I go see Dr. Rundle to get an adjustment and get my life back in order.
