Sign and website says closed at 5pm. Rushed to get there at 4:30 sharp, and was told the doctors aren't seeing anymore patients. There were TWO people waiting. WHY not put the closed sign up? ALL other retail businesses lock the doors at closing, and HELP ALL THE CUSTOMERS. I have never been told 30 minutes before closing they are not taking patrons. The guy was matter of fact. Didn't apologize, just looked at me. Told me their hours, as IF they abide by them. DO they open but not take the first 30 minutes so the doctors can sleep in? HUGE difference in Chiropractors. Some great, others are not strong enough to get the lower back. Had to go back again and get the same spot done right by Dr. Molly - she is very good. Dr. Noori, is a Grand MF'N Master Wizard! I woke up with a stiff neck and had it since last week Thursday, I was not able to turn my head to the right at all. I knew right away I had a rib out from past experiences. The moment that I walked in and approached his table, he already knew. I barley had the chance to complain about the pain I was in. He said, "shhhhh..., with his finger pushed against my upper lip , he says, "I already know." He asked me to please sit down and face towards him, he said to me "put your finger on my shoulder to pin-point the pain. He said, "I already know" in his soft spoken GURU voice, please face down, he placed one hand on my right shoulder, and the other on the back of my head, without warning, within a fraction of a nanosecond, an enormous loud thunder clap had erupted and shook the entire room that echoed right over the reception wall towards the waiting area. The sound had reflected and rumbled back against the glass panels and reverberated back towards the table where I was laying on, like Captain Crunch is in the MF'N building! In my minds eye while still laying face down on the table, I saw the people that were in the building all turn their heads back at the table I was laying at after I had cried like a little girl for a split second following a drop of silence. I had realized that Dr. Noori had froze time. It took me approximately 120 seconds to catch my breath after moaning. Long story short, the pinch and pain that I had to endure over the weekend was 99.99% gone. Dr. Noori straight up rocked this funky joint! I recently had a hip injury when, while riding, I fell off my beloved horse. I did not think anything of it as there was no pain, until 2 days later. The fall had caused painful spasms and inflammation to the muscles of my hip. I did see an MD who was most kind and prescribed medication. Even so, I did not get much relief with the non steroidal anti inflammatory medications prescribed by my doctor. I had ongoing pain when going up or down stairs, I was limping on the injured and had extreme muscle pain in my hip, my knee, ankle and outer thigh. I had never gone to the Joint chiropractic office, but friends of mine at the ranch highly recommended them. So on day 3 after the injury I went to Lake Fores The Joint Chiropractic office. Which I did! But that doesn't even work either. I got charged twice; one while I froze my membership and once after I CANCELLED my membership. I called front desk last week to get a refund and the front desk does not have the ability to do that. They told me I would get a call from a manager to refund me. Well it's been a week. I've been to quite a few Joint locations across SoCal, Oregon, Idaho, Colorado and Utah, and Dr. Greg is by far the best (a close tie with the one I had in Utah) chiropractor I had out of all of them. No matter how busy the office is, he takes his time to ask how I'm doing and what we can work on. He tries more than just the standard adjustments I get at every other clinic, and he explains what he's doing and why. He has a very light and pleasant disposition, too, which I really appreciate. He gives me good suggestions as to what to do when I get home, too (like ice for X mins, stretches, etc.) I find myself driving to this location over the three other local ones in my area --gladly. A couple months ago I went in and waited 1 hour until I was seen. There was only 3 people before me but since they were not already customers he took his time with them as to try to hook them in for a membership and talking forever. When the customers where finishing up at the front they didn't even sign up for a membership! Once I got to the back I was adjusted within 3 minutes not nearly any motivation to help my body or to please an existing customer. And I got the minimal adjustments. I did not have a positive experience at all and the whole time my boyfriend was waiting in the hot car which does not have AC. Then last night I went to get adjusted and the doors were locked at 648 which I thaught closing was at 7pm. I'm wearing thin from my experiences here and I am very unhappy. read more

Absolute monster. I waited 45 minutes to be treated like absolute garbage. I will never return to this location in my life. The worst doctor and worst energy. Doctor: Do not be rude to your patients because you are significantly understaffed. I have happily waited 15 minutes per patient. That's a significant amount of time. But 45 minutes? That is way too long. You are responsible for being understaffed. If it's going to take 45 minutes, you need to be honest and tell patients that. If you lie and say "a few minutes", they will expect you to take the standard amount of time. If you were honest from the beginning, I would have left and not wasted my time. I was in severe pain. It took a lot for me to make it in and I was unable to go anywhere else this day. To be treated this way because your location is understaffed, is abhorrent. I've been a patient for a year and this doctor is a joke, ever since Dr. Kennedy left this place has been a nightmare. You never know the amount of pain a patient is in. To make me wait 45 minutes and then tell me to "go somewhere else" is the way a child reacts. You were short staffed and mad, projected your errors onto me. I don't want this rude, awful doctor's hands on me. No one deserves to be treated this way. Period. This doctor is a monster. Never go here. read more

I enjoyed the joint's service. I felt that the prices were fair and the doctors were experienced. I felt comfortable and relaxed at the Joint. I suffered a back injury while playing basketball. I got adjusted 3 times and yet the chiropractors couldn't figure out the issue. I had to go to another chiropractor that my parents go to, and right away he noticed my hip was misaligned. He said it was noticeable and that it should've been fixed by the Joint. He realigned my hips and I saw improvement right away. When I went back to the Joint, they apologized to me for not fixing it. I believe it was an honest mistake. This is the only reason they got a 4 star. The facilities are nice, the employees are kind, and it's an overall good experience. This Joint has become my favorite location ever since moving to Orange County almost 2 years ago. The reason it is my favorite location is because of DayLene at the front desk and Dr. DeLaMare. Both of them have not only been friendly and helpful, they have been generous above my expectations. It's sad to see some people haven't had the best experience because these 2 truly care about helping people. Even when I show up right before closing they are both helpful with any questions. If you're one of those people who had a bad experience, please don't judge the whole company based off that one experience. Understand that they are in high demand because they are helping so many people with affordable chiropractic care. That means sometimes there will be a longer wait. My solution, take a book with you or make a phone call. Do something to pass the time or try going at a different time the next time you visit. Or call ahead. Be solution minded, please. We were driving back from San Diego to Northern California after a long 2 day tournament for our son. We were excited to stop and get adjusted as we usually do when we're out of town and about to head home. My husband and son went with the gentleman chiropractor and I went to the lady. She wanted me to lay on my stomach, I'm 6 months pregnant and it's noted in my chart, I told her I wasn't able to. I laid on my back and she started "massaging" my neck. She didn't put any pressure when she was locating where I may need adjustment. She gently turned my neck and attempted to crack it. My neck and back always crack loud . Nothing happened and it felt like she was forcing something to happen. She tried the other side and same thing- nothing. She attempted to crack each side two more times! I immediately felt my neck become uncomfortable. She was going to move on to my back and I stopped her because I didn't feel comfortable or safe with her adjusting me any more, especially being 6 months pregnant. I have gone to 3 different Joints back home while pregnant and they have all adjusted me the same and with great success. I left crying with a headache and a pinching sensation in my neck and middle of my back. She seemed new, but clearly had no idea what she was doing. I'm very disappointed and now have to go elsewhere to try to fix what she caused. My husband and son were fine with the gentleman who adjusted him and he offered to readjust me, but I was so upset, uncomfortable and in pain I just wanted to leave. read more

So two doctors, and a PT.. and 4+ years of frozen shoulder pain. The Dr. here told me my problem at first site. Ran his thumb down to my pain point in 1 second. Then told me I had a dislocated ligament in my shoulder in the next few seconds. He asked if it was okay for a little pain and he stick his thumb in my armpit and FIXED me. He then gave me an adjustment and that felt great all over. Not sure I followed about the ribs.. but 4 days later I feel 10 years younger, walking taller and straighter and LIFTING with my right arm. Best $19 ($29 new patient - $10 yelp check in) I ever spent in my life. I could put it on my HSA which made it even more pain free. I first when to The Joint when neck pain wouldn't abate, and I was desperate for relief. Since day one, I've had a great experience with the doctors I've seen. I regularly see Dr. DeLaMare, and he has been great not only giving adjustments, but also simple exercises and stretches to help me keep problems from coming back. Membership at the joint is less expensive than chiropractic through my insurance, and flexible, too--with the option to visit multiple locations. That's especially helpful when I'm working at my office, which has a location near there.
