Hiep Ly is the absolute best Chiropractor! He was able to assess and diagnose my issue within minutes of the evaluation. It turns out that my shoulder and arm pain was due to issues with sleeping on my side and my rotator cuff. Hiep made some adjustments, used pressure point therapy and within 1 day my pain was gone. Hiep Ly is an amazing chiropractor! Not only does he treat your ailment, he takes the time to diagnose the cause of your problem. I have been to chiropractors who rush you through a 15-minute appointment. If there is no one scheduled after me, Hiep Ly will spend well over an hour treating me and does not charge extra. He is the only healthcare provider I've had who regularly calls/texts to check how I'm doing. His skill as a chiropractor is exceptional. Dr. Ly has changed my life. When I first started seeing him, my back was failing on me every few months. I was in agony and I'm sure I was not a fun person to be around. He treated my pain, sometimes with 2 hour sessions. He treated me with a combination of acupressure and traditional methods. He started to educate me on what I needed to do to avoid these spasms and pains that would last for weeks at a time. Over several appointments and a ton of hard work on his part, I started to learn how to distribute my weight more evenly. He would gently remind me of the same things over and over again until I started to remember them on my own. Normally these back episodes come every two or three months. When was the last time your Chiropractor made you cookies? Yep, this afternoon was my second appointment with Dr. Hiep T. Ly, DC and as I was entering into his front door he presented me with a bag of home made cookies (walnut, cranberry and oat meal) because he remembered that I snack in my afternoons about 2 to 3 pm each day. I was referred to Dr. Ly by a dear friend of mine who has been seeing him for years. My usual chiropractor moved his practice to Fullerton and it has become difficult to see him on a regular basis, so I was seeking someone closer. Dr. Ly is really easy to see regarding scheduling and he opens his schedule for clients who need to see him as soon as possible. Dr. Ly specializes in Sport Chiropractic so he has helped me regain the strength of my body and heal the damage I have done (two sprained ankles and very tight calf's) while helping me maintain the over-all health and well being of the rest of my body. I am so very impressed with his technique and how wonderful I feel. Being a 49 year old female, I have some very special needs and he has addressed them with a level of professionalism and humor (really getting older is funny and the things my body is doing... please don't get me started) that I have come to appreciate. After sustaining a neck injury during college, I had been to a number of chiropractors with various degrees of relief. It was not until I started treatment with Dr. Ly that I found complete relief. With other practitioners, I would have to get frequent adjustments in order to notice improvement. With Dr. Ly, I initially went for regular adjustments, then once my body responded to the treatment, visits decreased dramatically. I've been to several chiropractors before and Dr. Ly is the best by far! Other doctors require appointments weeks in advance, make you wait 30+ mins, and then crack your back for 5 minutes, and ask you to come back multiple times. I have been seeing Dr. Ly for almost 10 years. I have a lower back injury that flares up periodically, causing great pain. Dr. Ly has developed techniques that enable him to work on a very sore area without any of the pain that I felt when being treated by other chiropractors. And when his treatment is completed, I can stand straight and move about with ease. He is absolutely amazing.
