I let the lady know she was pushing too hard (on my back) she just ignored me and kept doing it even though I was flinching. Then when it was time for the foot massage it was literally 40mins of rubbing my legs not feet. I have been in pain for the past 2 day. I had to take pain meds I had from a previous procedure and have a heating pad on my back. My back hurts so bad I feel like I got hit by a bat repeatedly on my back

Very friendly and very accommodating where they can be. They book quickly on the weekends! Very highly demanded. When there are no appointments expected, they leave the front office to work on rooms that were just used. Eg, placing them for washing machine, dryer, refreshing, cutting slices of pineapple, refilling, etc. The massage is always GREAT! I usually do a 120 or 90 minute but just now, finished a 45 minute. I wondered how they could finish me in 45. I have no expectations anymore, she was very thorough and stretched me so well in just 45 minutes. At the end of service, stay for a slice of cut pineapple and hot tea (or water). They use the prettiest plates and cups. They take both credit and cash and give you stamp cards ! I especially cannot recommend Jason enough. I've been dealing with chronic back pain for almost two years, largely from extremely tight back muscles due to lifting, slight scoliosis, and spending all day at a desk as a lawyer. I've tried just about everything at this point (physical therapy, chiropractors, muscle relaxants, etc.) and nothing has solved the problem. I've now seen Jason three times over the past five or six weeks, and the difference has been incredible. I usually book a 60- or 90-minute targeted deep tissue massage focused on my back, shoulders, and neck. What really sets Jason apart is how attentive he is. Every massage has been a little different because he actually takes the time to figure out which muscles are especially tight, where the knots are, and what needs the most attention that day. He's incredibly thorough and clearly knows what he's doing. He also regularly checks in about the pressure, which I appreciate because I prefer pretty firm pressure. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I'm actually making progress with my back pain rather than just getting temporary relief. I am not waking up with bad pain all across my back and shoulders anymore. At this point I am booking regular massages with Jason every 2 weeks. If you deal with chronically tight muscles or want a really effective, targeted deep tissue massage, I highly recommend Seven Falls and also Jason. He's phenomenal!

Dr. Nick is the best. He takes the time to explain things I can do to improve my issues between visits, always make me feel completely comfortable and gives a thorough exam to any new issues that arise. You included a bunch of stuff in your original evaluation that you much later revealed was untreatable. Why not be up front about it?
