Tried Paradigm for the first time on a Friday for St. Patrick's day because they had green beer & live music. The inside space was smaller than expected and it was packed!! We were not expecting to have to wait 45 min for a table at a brewery. If the weather was warmer, I think more people would have been outside. It is kid friendly as well. The food was good but the service was slower due to the amount of people there. It would be nice if they offered ciders too. read more

I used to love this place. Good beer. Good food. I am very disappointed in the patio. It was much more pleasant to sit out there, order your own from the walk up window and enjoy the casual atmosphere. Now, with table service outside, you wait for a very long time to order and for your food and beverages. You can't order food and sit out under the trees either. I've never been treated like this in a restaurant, ever. We arrived at 6:15 and ordered drinks. Waitresses were friendly but said they didn't serve food at tables in the park so we had to see the hostess to wait for a table. We did. 30 minutes later I approached the hostess center. She said oh yeah your outside table is ready. We sat at the outside table (40 minutes in now), and another friendly waitress took our order. We were $100 into drinks by now. Here is the bad part. Another hour and 45 minutes went by. The waitress made numerous apologies. She was obviously stressed about the delay. It finally became clear that we would never be served. This place is an absolute $hit show. We arrived at 6pm and were seventh on the wait list. At 7:30 we were number 5. There were several tables open during the duration of our wait. I approached the manager as we were leaving and he had several excuses, none of which made any sense. One was that people order food and then sit at the tables for hours. The other excuse was that the he didn't have kitchen staff to support the 20 or so tables in the eating area. So basically people were just drinking and not ordering food yet they couldn't service the tables available because the kitchen was at capacity. Hopefully the beer is good enough to support this place while they get their stuff together. It seems like it has potential but right now it's a complete waste of a great venue. read more

I tried to give them feedback on their website but there was no vehicle to do so. I like their beers. A lot. But I bought a case of the winter IPA and 2 of the 4 six packs were underfilled, and then I also bought a six pack of "three seashells" ... they sat in my fridge for 3 days, but when I opened them 4 of them bubbled over on popping the can top. That's not a good sign for clean fermentation. Not sure about their quality control, but when you get the good stuff, it's really good. read more

This is a nice place with a nice setting. However, they only pretend to be family friendly. There are multiple tables near the children's play area. Unfortunately, there is no food service allowed at any of these tables. So, if you want to set up shop near your little ones, you're out of luck. While there were several open tables a little further away under their patio, we were told we must be seated by the hostess. I walked to the front only to be informed by the hostess that there was no available seating at this time on the patio. We were also informed that there are no reservations at the Paradigm. So, I'm not quite certain how there was no available seating at this time. We were attempting to celebrate a birthday with our children and grandchildren. We will know better going forward. I love this place! The set up and venue are gorgeous. The bartenders Ashley, Natasha, and Ari's customer service skills are above and beyond. They're attentive and very welcoming. The food at Paradigm is amazing! Their pretzel is my favorite but they also have amazing sandwiches. More importantly, the beer is to die for! Highly recommend coming out and giving them a visit. First, this place is really nice for my first time there. The food was good not great. I recommend the pork belly bites, they had great taste and flavor. The Nashville hot chicken Mac and cheese could of used some more flavor. Only thing I would recommend fill up personal growlers to take home or put signage saying no growlers. read more

I was disappointed in my dinner at Paradigm. For an appetizer, we ordered the pork belly. They were good. For dinner, I ordered a pretzel appetizer and my husband ordered the beef tacos. We had a longer wait for our food, which was fine. Our dinner came and my pretzel was over cooked. I don't think the kitchen was paying attention and our server brought it to the table anyways. The meat on the tacos was dried out with too much taco seasoning. When I told the waiter that my pretzel was over cooked, he just replied "I'm sorry". This was our third time trying the restaurant. We won't be back. The beer is great. They need to improve their kitchen. read more

Love love love the location! The beautiful building is set in a really pretty setting with trees, corn hole, frisbee golf, picnic tables. The inside ambience is also very nice. Also they have a nice selection of non alcoholic beverages as well as their top notch beer. The servers I've had experience with are friendly and knowledgeable. We so wanted to like this place! An hour after we ordered our appetizers arrived with our food order following about 1.5 hrs in. One meal didn't arrive until requested because the rest of us were leaving... so it left with us in a to go box. An order of French fries never made it at all. The place is pleasant, has a lot going for it but adjustments were not made for being short staffed making it a disappointing visit for my family. I doubt we'll be back! Came here today with my family and they have a very cool atmosphere. Outdoor playground and setting but the menu is fairly confusing. They ask you to scan a qr code; which is okay but then only the appetizers are available outside. In mine and my families options that just doesn't make much sense. Why would you not be able to order certain items from the menu because you're sitting outside? Is it really that hard to take a couple of extra steps to serve the guest that are outside? They are paying customers just like indoor so that was pretty big inconvenience and made us want to leave. The bartenders were very short and cold with their responses and were no help whatsoever. The atmosphere here is great, just not the ticket times on food. Today was our first day to come out here and check out the markets. We arrived at 11:30am and ordered food and didn't get our food till an hour and a half later. We had a group of 6 and 2 kids. We ordered 3 Appetizers thinking they would come out first, nope, brought one of them out and then we waited the hour and a half till we got everything. I don't mind waiting, but almost 2hrs for ticket times is INSANE, especially when the food was Appetizers!!! I really do want to come back and give this place a try. Their food is great once served and so is their beer, I just feel they need to find a system that works for them so their ticket times on food won't take forever and you'll have happier customers. Better yet, make your menu smaller and just have Appetizers to make it easier till you have a better system. Just me. I will definitely come back and give them another try, I will just make sure to eat beforehand! Note to self: Don't show up hungry, eat a lite snack beforehand due to ticket times. read more

I've been coming to Paradigm since they opened. I thought it was a family friendly establishment but today changed my mind. My 1yr old was slapped in the face FOR NO REASON but one of the owners much older children and not only did I not get an apology but when the mother was told she just smiled and carried on. She was slapped so hard that her head hit the table and a mark was left on her face. I am so disappointed. If the parent was indeed an owner then I'm shocked that this is how they handle customers and I can definitely say we will not be going back and all our friends will be made aware of this also read more

Service was awful. I never write reviews but this needs to be said. First time being to this brewery. Sat at bar , over all the place was busy but not to the point were someone wouldn't get served. Me and my girlfriend . It took one girl to tell the main, I guess bartender to wait on us after 10 minutes . We tried two beer samples a piece. Decided on what we wanted got a beer and was not talked to for 45 min. Needless to say we sat with empty glasses for 20 min. 20 min And at the end when we were asked if we finally wanted something. I just wanted to leave . The system up at the bar sucks. Gave two stars cause the orange Porter wasn't bad. read more
