They want to keep something rather than throw it out, not get it ruined while you are paying someone to keep it there. The place is awful; they couldn't care less, and they already know which units get flooded. They still rent it out to you without telling you, 'Oh, by the way, it floods.' Then they have the Gual to raise the rents on you. Stay away, save yourself the grief. So you get insurance money back when your things get ruined, but that is not why you went through the trouble of storing it to begin with, is BECAUSE YOU WANT To KEEP THEM!!!!!

There is a huge miscommunication between office staff and when you call the customer service number 888-786-7243; I was told do not make my payment until I receive a call form the DM and then the office has the nerve to issue a one time $80 credit and then issue a $120 late fee. Be ware when renting here your monthly rent price will raise quickly and they are not staffed or equipped for any issues.

This one was close by, so I decided to go ahead and try it out. It wasn't high class by any means... But I never imagined it would be as bad as it is. I had to literally dump off piles and piles of rat and mice poop that was covering every box and surface in my unit. Not only that, but clothing items are ruined from mouse urine. It smells awful... This is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. For nearly $100 this should not be happening. Ever. Horrible quality. Kudos to PP for brilliantly restoring two decrepit-looking radiators. you can see the before and…read moreafter pics. Those radiators were ancient and in horrendous condition with thick layers of old paint, chipped and peeling. They were so bad, we weren't sure they were worth keeping. PP sanded them down and gave them a gorgeous powder-coated finish. They offered a binder-full of colors to choose from. We are thrilled with the outcome. They honestly look like new. They also refinished an old fashioned shower curtain rod with the same silver coating as the newly restored bathroom radiator. Looks great. We did our homework before getting the radiators refinished. They were fairly priced compared to several other cost estimates. The other reason we went with them is because their business is focused on this sort of restorative work and powder-coated finishing. We were very pleased with the outcome.
