    Rotisserie chicken nacho supreme
    Kristine H.

We stopped in on the recommendation of a friend and were very glad we did. The rotisserie chicken nachos supreme was just the thing after an exhausting day and the even had my husband's favorite beer. Everything was just perfect. :) I also noticed some very tasty looking burgers and wraps at the next table. Would love to come back and explore the menu further. Also - just wanted to say the service was outstanding. This is a winner in my book!

Absolutely amazing experience! The staff are incredibly nice, very knowledgeable, and fast! The atmosphere is very comfortable, clean, and homey! The food is top notch! The menu is soo good! If I was local, this would be my favorite place to come!

    Undercooked filet mignon... for $30.

Came with a group on NYE. Admittedly, the place was packed, even with an early seating. The not so good: The table was tiny and uncomfortable for a group of 6. The waitress was clearly stressed, though as above this was probably an unusually busy night. Ordered a filet, to be cooked medium- it was almost entirely pink and cool - more rare; disappointing given the $30 price. The au gratin potatoes were disappointing as well- tasted like the canned nacho cheese sauce served with chips at sporting events/movie theaters. The good: great salad bar, and the chili was delicious. Big bar selection. The walleye was reportedly good, according to one of our table mates.

The fish (cod) was delicious. Tots for my side

The fish was delicious and you got a trip to the salad and soup bar. my husband ordered the fries and they were very good and I ordered the tots and they were nice and crispy. I ordered a margarita. It was kind of small, but it was only seven dollars and it was delicious. The prices were. not really expensive, but not cheap. Kinda of in the middle but worth it to us. The waitress was very friendly and seemed happy to be there but you don't see that all the time.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat before checking in to our hotel downtown Rochester. The food was meh! The salad bar was equipped with ham and cheese salads, bean soup, bread, cole slaw, spinach and a few other items.Everything just lacked flavor. The bean soup had absolutely no salt.I could go on about how bad it was. Ordered the turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich half.It was not good.Sloppily made and mushy avocados. My Pepsi was watered down. Our server was the only one working and she tried to make in customer service and attitude what they lacked in food flavor. I'll have to check it out next time I'm coming through to see if it was an off day.

Hands down the best place in Rochester to watch the Vikings!! $25 all you can drink Bud Light, well-stocked Bloody bar, BOGO 1/2 apps during the game, raffle tickets with every purchase for the halftime drawings PLUS entries for a free jersey given away EVERY game!! Oh, and free purple shots when we score. It's a sea of purple, excited crowd, lots of friendly banter and cheering - SO MUCH FUN! Definitely try the walleye fingers, the Pappy's nachos made with their homemade chips, and the jalapeño popper stuffed wontons. The staff is awesome - and the service during the games is fantastic - our beers are never empty!

Prices are affordable and you get a lot of food. My husband had the Moby Dick burrito, which was huge. He devoured it. I had the lunch special, 2x quesoburria + salad. There may be other influences but those 3 in general cover a lot of styles, each on their own! My person and I shared 2 appetizers. We had Crunchy Wontons with birria (slow roasted beef in a red broth that is then shredded - similar to an American pulled pork in consistency). They had a layer of creamy coleslaw slaw dressing and a layer of corn salsa between the meet and the wonton. Since these were open-faced wantons this was important to keep the balance of each each Wonton 's flavors just right. Oh! The red sauce the meat was in was Kung-Fi Sauce. It was very flavored so in that sense spicy and for me any more of whatever brought the heat might be too much, but this certainly was Master sauce. Steak Fries was the other appetizer. A play on words. French Fries ... extra long, well fried to hold up to the steak toppings and not at all oily. In addition to steak there was guacamole, and another sauce. Huh, I was so dazzled by the excellent steak I can't think of the other ingredients beyond guacamole.. I did end up using a fork to make sure that I got everything onboard the fries But they supplied the forks. I stayed at the Homewood Suites and ordered delivery through Grub Hub. They promised our meal would be there between 17:35 and 17:55. But it arrived at exactly 17:30 t may be relevant to someone to know that my taste buds are very sensitive to any red pepper flakes They cause me to cough whether the finished product tastes spicy or not. I had no problems with any.of their food! Unfortunately, I cannot answer any questions about the restaurant or employees but the food was awesome and timely. They handled special requests like the best of the professionals!

The service was fantastic, from the ease of booking online through Open Table, the prompt warm greeting from the hostess, and the wait staff -- all were friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding- I had the mixed greens salad, followed by the wagyu roast with grits and roast carrots (forgot to get a picture of this because I couldn't wait to dig in!), and the mini dessert (triple chocolate cake for me and creme brûlée for the hubs) with cappuccino. The mini dessert option was great-- much nicer than being served a huge portion I wouldn't eat and at a much more reasonable price too! The ambiance was lovely - updated decor, soft lighting, with live music (pianist) tonight. Noise level was quieter than many of the other restaurants in town, even as more guests trickled in. A welcome addition to the Rochester restaurant scene!

Chilean sea bass looked good ;) might try next time! Edamame was a definite hit. Potatoes we probably only really needed one serving for the group actually. Service was a bit slow and so we had a small delay in getting our meals but it was nice to catch up and chat. Since there was background piano music going on it was a bit hard to hear but the music was fun to listen to and try to identify pop songs we knew! Given it's a bit on the pricier end, definitely would recommend for business casual situations and groups coming together and sharing. Otherwise they have some decent takeaway options like their soup of the day wild rice soup here that I enjoyed a while ago.

The service is improving but still a couple of odd one offs to fix like my husband's Manhattan was served over ice which is atypical. Edible flowers, that finally come in, along with some dried fruit, which were gorgeous, but also seemed dried and inedible in my humble opinion. Their classic gin and tonic with refreshing local mixers was still my favorite drink on the menu after we tried several from the happy hour menu in between appointments and dinner. Our server took the order for drinks and apps (spinach dip and cheese curds) around 5:45. At 6:10, our server dropped off the appetizers and we were getting nervous about time so asked to order right away and told her about the show. She went to go get her order pad and didn't come back until after 6:30. After ordering, we asked for our bill right away so we could pay and leave as soon as we were done eating. I paid through a QR code on the receipt (love that), but after I paid it - and added a tip - I saw that our party of 5 was already charged a 20% gratuity! On the menu it says gratuity is charged for parties of 6 or more, so buyer beware on that! I went to go find someone to talk to about the tip on top of the gratuity charge, and our server intercepted me and told me she would talk to the manager to have the duplicate tip removed. Food for *four* of us finally arrived at 6:55. We ordered a flatbread, walleye fingers, a French dip and two burgers. The final burger came out several minutes later. The food itself was decent. I really liked the spinach dip and the bread it came with was awesome- but there was easily twice as much dip than what the bread could accommodate. I recommend ordering more bread right away. The curds were good and spicy dipping sauce was really nice. I ordered roasted root vegetables instead of fries with the French dip. They were roasted with red peppers, mushrooms, onion and spinach (I think). I do not like peppers and it never occurred to me that they would be included. The sandwich was good, and my husband liked his burger, but we all had to gobble our food down to make it to our event. Overall - I definitely would not recommend eating here if you have a hard stop. We spent hundreds of dollars on dinner and were so rushed at the end it wasn't an enjoyable experience.

Just wanted a bit more sauce. The salmon was cooked well with a crispy skin underneath. Flavors played together nicely with the textures. We enjoyed the dessert as the textures (there's a theme here) had great interplay with the flavors in the dish. Only wish that pastry was hot. The ambience is nice and chill. It can feel a bit cramped but gives kinda a speakeasy vibe meets hipster. Note that finding parking is a bit challenging here. There are two booths on the window that would make excellent date spots. The reason for the rating is due to the service. I made a reservation for the spot and made reference to it being our anniversary. However, nothing was done to reference the reason for the dinner. I had never been there and didn't know about the booth availability. The place was busy but we didn't get much attention (menus were left on the table, didn't get small plates to eat the Drummies properly, got one refill of water toward the end, etc). I felt bad about this rating because I've read people enjoying the experience. However, this is what I experienced. The food is great. Service could be better.
