My wife and I ate here for the first time today. The food was fabulous. I had spicy biscuits and gravy, and my wife had a bagel breakfast sandwich - and both were excellent! I also had a nitro cold brew with sugar free caramel and loved it! I'll likely be hitting the drive-through for those on a regular basis. There were so many things on the menu that looked awesome that it'll probably take a few trips back just to decide my favorites. When I read about Papo's online and checked out their menu, for some reason I was expecting sort of a Nashville coffee shop vibe (they have avocado toast!). Not so much. Don't get me wrong - it's definitely decorated nicely, but it won't compete with Wm. Van's for that hipster coffee shop feel. As another reviewer mentioned, "a Chip and Joanna inspired modern-farmhouse." More of a soccer mom appeal. In fact, while we were there, there were shrieks of children coming from the Gathering Room. (I think I was one of only three male customers in the entire place.) And it is that loud sort of room that seems to make everyone around you want to talk loudly. Bottom line - Looks like a great place for coffee and breakfast food. Just not quite the vibe I was hoping for. read more

What a great find! Last minute breakfast date and a quick search on Yelp led me and my love to Papo's Cafe. It's definitely not a Fixer Upper but certainly felt like I was walking into a Chip and Joanna inspired modern-farmhouse. You walk up to the register and order, take your number and in just a short wait your delicious bites are in front of you. Ordered the spicy biscuits and gravy, daily frittata and avocado toast. We were able to order a shot of Rumchata in our coffee! A welcoming place to gather with friends or to plug in for a quick working breakfast/lunch. I'm in trouble now that I know there is a drive thru. I'll be back! read more

This place has a nice atmosphere and the building is pretty but some of the worst coffee I've ever had. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it basically just tasted like warm skim milk. Not a hint of pumpkin. And it was not even hot. The medium brew coffee didn't even taste like coffee and it was just lukewarm. I got a blueberry muffin that was good but The person who brought it out to me had their mask under their nose so that defeats the purpose of wearing a mask in the first place. Definitely won't be returning to this place. I can make better coffee at home read more

Nice new neighborhood cafe option. Love the interior - but can be a big noisy when busy. My husband had the Caesar wrap and I had the pork belly sandwich. Very fresh ingredients and great service. The Santa Fe Bowl is a tasty breakfast dish, a clever creation with egg, chorizo, and potatoes but it has to be served much hotter, heat that is. The potatoes were cold, the rest of the ingredients were warm, not hot enough. Coffee is delicious tho miss the porcelain cups. Paper cups are great for carry out. Staff always friendly. Came here twice one for lunch and the second time for a bridal shower. I had the pork belly sandwich , the pork wish the pork was crispy . The second time I had the pesto chicken sandwich and it was good, the pesto chicken sandwich had chicken breast, cream cheese , pesto and balsamic vinegar on lettuce onion , wheat bread . We had lunch there, almost didn't stop in because the parking lot felt really busy, but glad we did. The line moved quickly and the food was brought to our table pretty quickly. The Cobb salad was amazing, the Ceaser chicken wrap was great! The Mac and cheese was good. The Cuban sandwich tasted fine but left a lot to be desired as far as portion size verses other dishes that were brought out for the same price, didn't live up to a 9$ sandwich. Homemade cinnamon rolls on the weekend are so delish! If you dine in it come out warm and goey and oh so good! Avocado toast is also tasty, plenty of balsamic and avocado. You can customize some of the sandwiches too which is nice for pickier eaters. Service is always great, drive thru option is awesome and there's plenty of parking and seating. read more

Great, quick breakfast spot. I always get the staple breakfast sandwich and substitute the bagel for an English muffin. My boyfriend always gets the southwest breakfast wrap. Today his wrap was lacking the "southwest" aspect and was mostly egg. The man that delivered our food could tell that my boyfriend was disappointed as the wrap did not look like it usually does. The man addressed that the wrap wasn't made to the standard and offered him a new sandwich. My boyfriend declined, but the man came back shortly after with a new (great looking) wrap and said, "this is the proper way we make the wrap" and gave it to him. Great customer service! I loved this place before, but will definitely be back for the customer service alone. The lattes and coffees are delicious as well. Looking forward to trying their bakery items! I was excited to try this cute little cafe that I had driven by so many times, but had to say my experience was less than great. We went through the drive through, was greeted right away with a "hold on please"- we continued to wait for them to be able to take our order, so after 5 minutes we said hello and someone was there right away to take our order. Service was a little rude, they were having difficulty hearing/understanding what we were ordering, and at the window the cashier did not offer a friendly apology for the difficult transaction process, or even acknowledge it, nor did she even make eye contact or look away from the computer screen when taking payment or handing us our order. We asked about the grilled cheese of the day- sounded great but since I'm vegetarian I asked for just a plain grilled cheese. Can't go wrong with a grilled cheese.... unless it's two slices of bread, microwaved with cheese inside for $8.99. Went home and made a way better grilled cheese. So after the bad service and sorry excuse for a sandwich, we will not be returning. read more

The quality and creativity of the food was great. My son had the chicken Caesar salad. It was a very generous portion and plenty of chicken. Dressing was very nice. I had the ham and pimento melt. Genius combination in my opinion. The iced tea was freshly brewed and even the ice was great. I'm a sucker for the good ice pellets and this is what they had. This place is amazing! I tried it out on Tuesday and visited again on Friday! The first visit I had a chocolate chip muffin and a Toasted Coconut Iced Latte. So good! On the second visit, I had biscuits and gravy and a cold brew. The biscuits and gravy were delicious! Nice size portion! The interior was much bigger than what I was expecting. Super cozy!
